本发明具有以下有益效果:
在状态报告中添加了时序信息, 从而使得 RLC发送端能够根据状态报 告中的时序信息, 判断状态报告是否为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状 态报告, 减少不必要的处理流程, 节省了空口资源。
利用状态报告中现有的 CPT字段,或者利用 CPT字段和 D/C字段,记 录状态报告的时序信息, 不需要对现有的状态报告做其他改变, 适用于现 有的通信协议, 节省了更换成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。 如图 1 所示为本发明的状态 4艮告的处理方法的一流程示意图, 该状态 报告的处理方法应用于 RLC接收端, RLC接收端可以是 eNB, 也可以是 UE, 该方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 101 , 根据从 RLC发送端接收到的数据报文, 生成当前需要发送 的状态报告, 当前需要发送的状态报告中包含当前需要发送的状态报告的 时序信息; 该时序信息可以为当前需要发送的状态 4艮告的生成时间, 或者, 还可以为当前需要发送的状态报告的序号。
步驟 102, 将当前需要发送的状态报告发送给 RLC发送端, RLC发送 端接收到状态报告后, 能够根据状态报告中包含的时序信息, 判断状态报 告是否为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告。 RLC 发送端可以是 UE, 也可以是 eNB。
当上述时序信息是该发送的状态报告的序号时, 上述步驟 102 中的生 成当前需要发送的状态报告可以具体包括:
步驟一, 获取前一个发送的状态报告的序号;
步驟二, 根据前一个发送的状态报告的序号, 计算当前需要发送的状 态报告的序号;
步驟三, 根据当前需要发送的状态报告的序号, 生成当前需要发送的 状态报告。
与现有技术中的状态报告相比, 本发明的状态报告中添加了时序信息, 从而使得 RLC发送端能够根据状态报告中的时序信息, 判断状态报告是否 为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告, 减少不必要的处理流程, 从 而节省了空口资源。
本发明中, 可以通过多种方式在状态报告中添加时序信息, 例如, 可 以将现有的状态报告扩展一个字段, 用于记录状态报告的时序信息, 或者, 利用状态报告现有的某一字段中记录状态报告的时序信息。
当上述时序信息是状态报告的序号时, 本发明中可以利用状态报告中 的 CPT字段来记录状态报告的序号。状态报告中的 CPT字段的描述如下表 所示:

CPT字段包括 3位, 其值为 000时, 用于指示控制报文的类型, 其他 值为保留值。
目前, RLC层只有一种控制报文, 并且已经通过状态报告的 D/C字段 来区分, 因此, CPT 字段实际上没有实际用途, 因此, 本发明中可以利用 CPT字段来记录状态报告的序号。
当 RLC接收端发送第 1个状态报告时,可以将其序号设置为 0(即 CPT 字段的值为 000 ),发送第 2个状态报告时,可以将其序号设置为 1 (即 CPT 字段的值为 001 ), 依次累加。 当 RLC发送第 8个状态报告时, 其序号为 7 (即 CPT字段的值为 111 )。 当 RLC发送第 9个状态报告时, 可以将其序 号再次设置为 0, 也就是说, 依次循环累加。
由于 CPT字段中的 3位仅能表示 8个有效数字 (000至 111 ), 在有些 情况下, 3位的 CPT字段难以满足需求, 本发明中, 可以同时利用状态才艮 告的 CPT字段和 D/C字段, 来记录状态报告的序号。 状态报告的 D/C字段 是 1位, CPT字段和 D/C字段同时使用时, 可以表示 16个有效数字( 0000 至 1111 ), 另外, 为了区分数据报文和控制报文, 可以将 16个有效数字中 的一个有效数字, 用来表示报文的类型 (是数据报文还是控制报文), 其他 15个有效数字用来记录状态 4艮告的序号。
当 RLC接收端发送第 1个状态报告时,可以将其序号设置为 0(即 CPT 字段的值为 0000 ), 发送第 2个状态报告时, 可以将其序号设置为 1 (即 CPT字段的值为 0001 ), 依次循环累加。
上述实施例中, 利用状态报告中现有的 CPT字段, 或者利用 CPT字段 和 D/C字段, 记录状态报告的时序信息, 不需要对现有的状态报告做其他 改变, 适用于现有的通信协议, 节省了更换成本。
上述实施例中, 是 RLC接收端对状态报告的处理流程, 下面对 RLC 发送端对状态报告的处理流程进行详细说明。
如图 2所示是本发明的状态报告的处理方法的另一流程示意图, 该状 态报告的处理方法应用于 RLC发送端, 该方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 201 , 获取当前接收到的状态报告中包含的时序信息; 该时序信息 可以为当前接收到的状态报告的生成时间, 或者, 还可以为当前接收到的 状态报告的序号;
步驟 202,根据该时序信息, 判断当前接收到的状态报告是否为重复接 收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告, 如果是, 执行步驟 203 , 否则, 执行步 驟 204;
步驟 203, 丟弃所述当前接收到的状态报告;
步驟 204, 根据当前接收到的状态报告的内容, 执行相应的操作。 具体 的, 在当前接收到的状态报告中包含 NACK 时, RLC发送端需要针对该 NACK信息构造重传 PDU报文, 并发送给 RLC接收端。 在当前接收到的 状态报告中不包含 NACK时, RLC发送端可以继续传输其他 PDU报文。
上述实施例中已经提到, 可以通过多种方式在状态报告中添加时序信 息, 例如, 可以将现有的状态报告扩展一个字段, 用于记录状态报告的时 序信息, 或者, 利用状态报告现有的某一字段中记录状态报告的时序信息, 例如, 利用状态报告的 CPT字段记录状态报告的序号, 或者, 同时利用状 态报告的 CPT字段和 D/C字段记录状态报告的序号。
当利用状态报告的 CPT字段记录状态报告的序号, 或者, 同时利用状 态报告的 CPT字段和 D/C字段记录状态报告的序号时, 上述步驟 301 (获 取当前接收到的状态报告中包含的时序信息) 方法具体为: 获取当前接收 到的状态报告的 CPT字段携带的序号; 或者获取当前接收到的状态报告的 CPT字段和 D/C字段携带的序号。
本发明中, 可以利用以下方法判定当前接收到的状态报告是否为重复 接收的状态报告: 存储前一个接收到的状态报告的序号, 利用当前接收到 的状态报告的序号与前一个接收到的状态报告的序号相比, 如果当前接收 到的状态报告的序号与前一个接收到的状态报告的序号相同, 则认定当前 接收到的状态报告是重复接收的状态报告。
本发明中, 可以利用以下方法判定当前接收到的状态报告是否为过期 的状态报告: 根据前一个接收到的状态报告的序号, 以及一个合适的接收 窗口, 确定一个当前需要接收的状态报告的序号的滑动区间, 判断当前接 收到的状态报告的序号是否位于当前需要接收的状态报告的序号的滑动区 间内, 如果当前接收到的状态报告的序号是否位于当前需要接收的状态报 告的序号的滑动区间之外, 则认定当前接收到的状态报告是过期的状态报 告。
也就是说, 上述步驟 202 (根据该时序信息, 判断当前接收到的状态报 告是否为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告 ) 可以具体为:
步驟一, 判断当前接收到的状态报告的序号是否满足以下条件: 与前一个收到的状态报告的序号相同; 或者
位于当前需要接收的状态报告的序号的滑动区间之外;
步驟二, 当所述当前接收到的状态报告的序号满足上述条件时, 判定 所述当前接收到的状态报告为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告; 步驟三, 当所述当前接收到的状态报告的序号不满足上述条件时, 根 据当前接收到的状态报告的序号更新当前需要接收的状态报告的序号的滑 动区间, 并记录当前接收到的状态报告的序号作为前一个收到的状态报告 的序号。
下面举例以利用状态报告的 CPT字段记录状态报告的序号为例, 对是 上述状态报告的处理方法进行举例说明。
对于 RLC接收端, 可以设置一变量 status(S), 用于记录前一个发送的 状态报告的序号, status(S)的初始值均为 0。
RLC接收端发送第 1个状态报告, 其序号为 0, 此时 status(S)不变, 仍 为 0。 RLC接收端发送第 2个状态报告, 执行 status(S) = ( status(S) +1 ) % 8 操作, 并把计算得到的 status(S)填入当前需要发送的状态报告的 CPT字段 中, 此时计算得到的 status(S)为 1 , 并将当前记录的 status(S)的值更新为 1。 依次类推,每需要发送一个状态报告时, 均执行 status(S) = ( status(S) +1 ) % 8操作,并把计算得到的 status(S)填入当前需要发送的状态报告的 CPT字段 中, 并更新当前记录的 status(S)的值。
对于 RLC发送端, 可以设置一变量 status(R), 用于记录前一个接收到 的状态报告的序号, 并设置一接收窗口, 窗口的大小为 4, 当前需要接收的 状态报告的滑动区间为 ( status ( R ), ( status ( R ) +4 ) %8 )。
RLC发送端接收到 RLC接收端发送的状态报告之后,获取当前接收到 的状态报告中的 CPT字段的值, 并与 status ( R ) (前一个接收到的状态报 告的序号 )进行比较:
情况 1 : 如果当前接收到的状态报告中的 CPT字段的值与 status ( R ) 相等的话, 则认为是重复接收的状态报告, 丟弃当前接收到的状态报告。
情况 2: 如果当前接收到的状态报告中的 CPT字段的值 X位于(status ( R ), ( status ( R ) +4 ) %8 )滑动区间内, 更新 status ( R )值为 CPT字段 的值 X, 然后根据状态报告的内容执行相应的处理。
情况 3:如果当前接收到的状态报告中的 CPT字段的值 X在( status( R ), ( status ( R ) +4 ) %8 ) )滑动区间之外, 则认为是重复接收的状态报告, 丟 弃当前接收到的状态报告。
如图 3所示, 本发明还提供一种通信设备, 作为 RLC接收端, 该通信 设备包括: 生成模块 301 , 用于根据从 RLC发送端接收到的数据报文, 生 成当前需要发送的状态报告, 所述当前需要发送的状态报告中包含所述当 前需要发送的状态报告的时序信息; 发送模块 302, 用于将所述当前需要发 送的状态报告发送给所述 RLC发送端,所述 RLC发送端接收到所述状态报 告后, 能够根据所述状态报告中包含的时序信息, 判断所述状态报告是否 为重复接收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告。
该时序信息可以为当前需要发送的状态报告的生成时间, 或者, 还可 以为当前需要发送的状态报告的序号。
当所述时序信息为所述当前需要发送的状态报告的序号, 所述生成模 块 301 可以包括: 获取模块, 用于获取前一个发送的状态报告的序号; 计 算模块, 用于根据所述前一个发送的状态报告的序号, 计算所述当前需要 发送的状态报告的序号; 执行模块, 用于根据所述当前需要发送的状态报 告的序号, 生成当前需要发送的状态报告中。

该时序信息可以为当前需要发送的状态报告的生成时间, 或者, 还可 以为当前需要发送的状态报告的序号。

更新模块, 用于当所述当前接收到的状态报告的序号不满足上述条件 时, 根据所述当前接收到的状态报告的序号更新所述当前需要接收的状态 报告的序号的滑动区间, 并记录所述当前接收到的状态报告的序号作为所 述前一个收到的状态 4艮告的序号。
13、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: RLC接收端、 RLC发 送端; 其中,
RLC接收端, 用于接收到 RLC发送端发送的回复状态报告请求, 根据 从 RLC发送端接收到的数据报文, 生成当前需要发送的状态报告, 所述当 前需要发送的状态报告中包含所述当前需要发送的状态报告的时序信息, 并将所述当前需要发送的状态报告发送给所述 RLC发送端;
RLC发送端, 用于获取当前接收到的状态报告中包含的时序信息, 根 据所述时序信息, 判断所述当前接收到的状态报告是否为重复接收的状态 报告或者过期的状态报告; 当判断出所述当前接收到的状态报告是重复接 收的状态报告或者过期的状态报告时, 丟弃所述当前接收到的状态报告。
