步驟 S107:根据存储的上述用户的自谱曲彩铃的曲谱代码及和弦代码, 查找对应的音文件;
步驟 S108: 对上述曲谱代码对应的音文件和上述和弦代码对应的音文 件进行混音处理;
这里, 所述混音处理为: 将曲谱代码对应的音文件和上述和弦代码对 应的音文件同步播放。
步驟 S109: 根据上述曲谱代码的顺序, 依次播放混音得到的音文件给 主叫用户终端。
如图 4所示, 是本发明用户自谱曲彩铃的实现方法实施例三的流程图, 本实施例假设用户发送的自谱曲彩铃请求中彩铃内容为曲谱和和弦代码, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 S201 : 彩铃中心收到自谱曲彩铃;
步驟 S202: 删除上述彩铃内容中的无效内容; 步驟 S203: 将上述彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码及和弦代码; 步驟 S204: 存储上述曲谱代码及和弦代码;
步驟 S205: 根据上述曲谱代码和上述彩铃内容中的和弦代码, 查找对 应的音文件;
步驟 S206: 对上述曲谱代码对应的音文件和上述和弦代码对应的音文 件进行混音处理;
步驟 S207: 存储上述混音得到的音文件;
步驟 S208: 上述用户终端被叫;
步驟 S209: 判定上述用户终端开通自谱曲彩铃业务;
本步驟中, 若判断出用户终端未开通自谱曲彩铃业务, 则播放默认彩 铃给主叫用户。
步驟 S210: 根据存储的上述自谱曲彩铃的曲谱代码的顺序, 依次播放 存储的混音得到的音文件给主叫用户。
如图 5 所示, 是本发明彩铃中心的优选实施例的原理框图, 本实施例 包括: 彩铃业务接口机 01、 彩铃业务服务器 02、 媒体服务器 03; 其中, 彩铃业务接口机 01 , 设置为在收到用户终端发来的自谱曲彩铃后, 对 其中的彩铃内容进行规整,并将规整得到的结果发送给彩铃业务服务器 02; 彩铃业务服务器 02, 设置为存储所述彩铃业务接口机 01发来的结果; 以及设置为在开通自谱曲彩铃业务的用户终端被叫时, 通知媒体服务器 03 播放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户终端;
媒体服务器 03 ,设置为接收彩铃业务服务器 02发来的播放自谱曲彩铃 给主叫用户终端的通知后, 将被叫用户的自谱曲彩铃播放给主叫用户。
所述彩铃业务接口机 01 , 还设置为删除彩铃内容中的无效内容, 并在 上述彩铃内容为曲谱时, 将上述彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码, 将上述曲谱代 码发送给彩铃业务服务器 02; 在上述彩铃内容为曲谱及和弦时, 分别将上 述彩铃内容中的曲谱翻译成曲谱代码及和弦代码, 将上述曲谱代码及和弦 代码发送给彩铃业务服务器 02;
相应的, 所述彩铃业务服务器 02,设置为存储彩铃业务接口机 01发来 的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码; 在收到曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码时, 查找相应的 音文件, 并对上述曲谱代码对应的音文件和上述和弦代码对应的音文件进 行混音处理, 并存储混音后得到的音文件; 以及设置为在开通自谱曲彩铃 业务的用户终端作为被叫时, 通知媒体服务器 03播放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用 户, 所述通知中包含该用户终端的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码;
所述媒体服务器 03,设置为根据彩铃业务服务器 02发来的播放自谱曲 彩铃给主叫用户的通知中的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码, 查找对应的音文件; 并对曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码对应的音文件进行混音处理, 将混音后的音文 件播放给主叫用户终端; 或者直接将彩铃业务服务器 02中存储的混音得到 的音文件播放给主叫用户。
如图 6所示, 是本发明完整的自谱曲彩铃用户呼叫处理流程信令图; 本实施例以宽带 SIP双呼彩铃呼叫为例,设 UE_A为主叫终端, UE_B为被 叫终端, 主要包括以下步驟:
步驟 S301: 1^_ 呼叫开通了彩铃业务的 UE_B, 发送邀请(Invite ) 消息接续到核心网, 消息中带有主叫的媒体信息 sdpA;
步驟 S302: 核心网转发 Invite消息给被叫 UE_B;
步驟 S303: UE_B振铃, UE_B回复 180振铃 ( ring ) (对 Invite消息 的回复) 消息给核心网;
步驟 S304: 核心网查询被叫签约信息, 判断 UE_B开通了彩铃业务, 发送 Invite消息给彩铃业务服务器,消息中带有主叫的会话描述协议媒体信 息 ( SDP ) A;
步驟 S305: 彩铃业务服务器触发彩铃业务, 查询到 UE_B开通的是自 谱曲彩铃业务,发送 Invite消息给媒体服务器, 消息中带有主叫的媒体信息 SDPA;
步驟 S306: 媒体服务器回复 200 同意 (OK ) (对 Invite消息的回复) 消息, 消息中带有经过协商的媒体服务器的媒体信息 SDP CA;
步驟 S307: 彩铃业务服务器发送确认( Ack ) 消息给媒体服务器; 步驟 S308: 彩铃业务服务器发送 183对 Invite消息的响应给核心网, 消息中带有经过协商的媒体服务器的媒体信息 sdpCA;
步驟 S309: 核心网发送 180对 Invite消息的响应给 UE_A, 消息中带 有经过协商的媒体服务器的媒体信息 sdpCA;
步驟 S310: UE_A发送对响应信息的确认消息(Prack )给核心网; 步驟 S311 : 核心网转发 Prack消息给彩铃业务服务器;
步驟 S312: 彩铃业务服务器回复 200 OK (对 Prack消息的回复)消息 给核心网;
步驟 S313: 核心网回复 200 OK (对 Prack消息的回复)消息给 UE_A; 步驟 S314: 彩铃业务服务器发送信息( Info )给媒体服务器, Info中带 有彩铃用户设置的自谱曲彩铃的代码信息;
步驟 S315: 媒体服务器回复 200 OK (对 Info的回复) 消息给彩铃业 务服务器; 媒体服务器根据代码信息, 给 UE_A播放自谱曲彩铃。 1^_ 开 始收听到播放的自谱曲彩铃。
步驟 S316: 当 UE_B接听时, 发送 200 OK (对 Invite消息的回复)消 息给核心网, 消息中带有经过媒体协商过的被叫媒体 sdpBA;
步驟 S317: 核心网发送确认(Ack ) 消息给 UE_B;
步驟 S318: 核心网发送释放 ( Cancel ) 消息给彩铃业务服务器, 要求 停止播放彩铃并切断呼叫;
步驟 S319: 彩铃业务服务器发送释放 ( Bye ) 消息给媒体服务器, 要 求停止播放彩铃并切断呼叫;
步驟 S320: 媒体服务器停止放音, 发送 200 Ok (对 Bye消息的回复) 给彩铃业务服务器;
步驟 S321: 彩铃业务服务器回复 200 Ok (对 Cancel消息的回复)给核 心网;
步驟 S322: 彩铃业务服务器回复 487 Cancel (对 Invite消息的回复) 给核心网;
步驟 S323: 核心网发送 Ack确认消息给彩铃业务服务器;
步驟 S324: 核心网发送重新邀请(Re-Invite ) 消息给 UE_B;
步驟 S325: UE_B回复 200 Re-Invite (对 Re-Invite消息的回复 ) 消息 给核心网, 带有被叫再次用来协商的媒体 sdpB';
步驟 S326: 核心网发送更新 ( Update ) 消息给 UE_A, 要求更新主叫 媒体, 带有被叫再次用来协商的媒体 sdpB';
步驟 S327: UE_A回复 200 Ok (对 Update消息的回复)消息给核心网, 消息中带有经过二次协商的媒体 sdpAB';
步驟 S328: 核心网发送 200 Ok (对 Invite消息的回复)消息给 UE_A; 步驟 S329: 核心网发送 Ack消息给 UE_B, 消息中带有经过二次协商 的媒体 sdpAB' , 主被叫进行通话。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用户自谱曲彩铃的实现方法, 该方法包括:
彩铃中心收到用户终端发来的自谱曲彩铃后, 对其中的彩铃内容进行 规整并存储;
当所述用户终端作为被叫时, 所述彩铃中心播放所述用户终端的自谱 曲彩铃给主叫用户终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述彩铃内容为: 曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述对其中的彩铃内容进行规 整并存储, 包括:
若所述彩铃内容为曲谱, 则删除所述彩铃内容中的无效内容, 将所述 彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码并存储;
若所述彩铃内容为曲谱及和弦, 则删除所述彩铃内容中的无效内容, 将所述彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码及和弦代码, 存储所述曲谱代码及和弦代 码。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述彩铃中心播放所述用户终 端的自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户终端之前, 该方法还包括:
判断所述用户终端是否开通了自谱曲彩铃业务, 若是, 则播放所述自 谱曲彩铃给主叫用户终端; 否则, 播放默认彩铃给所述主叫用户终端。
5、 根据权利求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述播放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户 终端, 包括:
根据存储的所述自谱曲彩铃的曲谱代码, 查找对应的音文件; 根据所述曲谱代码的顺序, 依次播放相应的音文件。
6、 根据权利求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述播放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户 终端, 包括: 根据存储的所述自谱曲彩铃的曲谱代码及和弦代码, 查找对应的音文 件;
对所述曲谱代码对应的音文件及所述和弦代码对应的音文件进行混音 处理;
根据所述曲谱代码的顺序, 依次播放混音后的音文件。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据存储的所述自谱曲彩 铃的曲谱代码及和弦代码, 查找对应的音文件之前, 该方法还包括:
删除所述彩铃内容中的无效内容;
将所述彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码及和弦代码;
存储所述曲谱代码及和弦代码;
根据所述曲谱代码及和弦代码, 查找相应的音文件;
对所述曲谱代码对应的音文件和所述和弦代码对应的音文件进行混音 处理, 并存储混音得到的音文件。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述依次播放混音后的音文件, 包括:
根据存储的所述用户的自谱曲彩铃的曲谱代码的顺序, 依次播放存储 的混音得到的音文件。
9、 一种彩铃中心, 该彩铃中心包括: 彩铃业务接口机、 彩铃业务服务 器和媒体服务器; 其中,
彩铃业务接口机, 设置为在收到用户终端发来的自谱曲彩铃后, 对其 中的彩铃内容进行规整, 并将规整得到的结果发送给所述彩铃业务服务器; 彩铃业务服务器, 设置为存储所述彩铃业务接口机发来的结果; 以及 设置为在开通自谱曲彩铃业务的用户终端作为被叫时, 通知媒体服务器播 放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户终端;
媒体服务器, 设置为接收彩铃业务服务器发来的播放自谱曲彩铃给主 叫用户终端的通知后, 将被叫用户的自谱曲彩铃播放给主叫用户。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的彩铃中心, 其中,
所述彩铃业务接口机, 还设置为删除彩铃内容中的无效内容, 并在所 述彩铃内容为曲谱时, 将所述彩铃内容翻译成曲谱代码, 并将所述曲谱代 码发送给所述彩铃业务服务器; 在所述彩铃内容为曲谱及和弦时, 分别将 上述彩铃内容中的曲谱翻译成曲谱代码及和弦代码, 将上述曲谱代码及和 弦代码发送给彩铃业务服务器;
相应的, 所述彩铃业务服务器, 还设置为在收到彩铃业务接口机发来 的用户的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码时, 查找相应的音文件, 并对所述曲谱代 码对应的音文件和所述和弦代码对应的音文件进行混音处理, 并存储混音 后得到的音文件; 以及设置为在开通自谱曲彩铃业务的用户终端作为被叫 时, 通知媒体服务器播放自谱曲彩铃给主叫用户, 所述通知中包含该用户 终端的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码;
所述媒体服务器, 还设置为根据彩铃业务服务器发来的播放自谱曲彩 铃给主叫用户的通知中的曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码, 查找对应的音文件; 并 对曲谱代码和 /或和弦代码对应的音文件进行混音处理, 将混音后的音文件 播放给主叫用户终端; 或者直接将彩铃业务服务器中存储的混音得到的音 文件播放给主叫用户。
