具体实施方式 本发明的核心在于通过改进车轮架与主车架的连接方式使行李车具有 调节平衡的功能, 使用者通过操作可使其载物平台始终保持水平, 从而能 够稳定的通过各种倾斜、 坑洼路面。 为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案, 下面结合附图和具 体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。 本文中的 "上、下、前、后"等表示方位的用语是基于附图的位置关系, 不应将其理解为对保护范围的绝对限定。 请参考图 1 , 图 1为本发明所提供平衡式行李车的一种具体实施方式 的整体结构示意图。 在一种具体实施方式中, 本发明提供的平衡式行李车, 主要由车轮 1、 轮轴组件 2、 车轮架 3、 主车架 4等部件构成, 其中车轮 1通过车轮架 3 安装于主车架 4下方, 其轮轴组件 3与车轮架 3的下端连接, 主车架 4的 中央设有旋转轴 5 , 车轮架 3的上端通过旋转轴 5与主车架 4转动连接。 请一并参考图 2至图 5 , 图 2为图 1所示平衡式行李车在抽出旋转轴 时的结构示意图; 图 3为图 1所示平衡式行李车的轮轴组件与车轮相连接 的结构示意图; 图 4为图 1所示平衡式行李车的车轮架与轮轴组件相连接 的结构示意图; 图 5为图 4中所示车轮架处于折叠状态时的结构示意图。 车轮 1的数量为两个, 左右各一个, 分别安装于轮轴组件 2的两端, 轮轴组件 2包括轮轴 2-1以及套装在轮轴上的长轴套 2-2,轮轴 2-1的两端 开设有径向通孔, 在分别穿过车轮 1的中心孔后, 通过垫片 6和穿入径向 通孔中的" 8"字形插销 7定位。 车轮架 3 呈倒" V"形, 其左车轮架和右车轮架的上端设有位于同一轴 线上的短轴套 3-1 , 并通过短轴套 3-1与旋转轴 5转动连接, 左车轮架和右 车轮架均呈" U"形, 短轴套 3-1位于其 "U"形开口的两端, 其开口中设有一 道支撑梁 3-2,底部的连接接片与上述长轴套 2-2上的连接接片通过销轴相 铰接。 如此, 在拆卸后, 左车轮架和右车轮架可以折叠收拢至接近平整的 状态, 有助于减小运输体积。 为了保证短轴套 3-1 能够处于同一轴线上, 左车轮架和右车轮架在结 构上需要具有一定的错位关系, 具体如图 4所示。 主车架 4的底部设有定位套 4-1 ,该定位套在横截面上呈正方形,旋转 轴 5 的端部设有在横截面上呈正方形的定位头 5-1 , 在组装时, 旋转轴 5 从前向后依次穿过定位套 4-1、短轴套 3-1将车轮架 3和主车架 4连接在一 起, 最终, 旋转轴 5前端的定位头 5-1套入定位套 4-1中并通过螺釘、 插 销等紧固件相对固定, 而旋转轴 5的后端侧伸入主车架 4底部固定的轴套 中。 本文对车轮架的具体结构不做限定, 凡是能够通过旋转轴与主车架转 动连接的车轮架均可以用来实现本发明目的。 请参考图 6至图 11 , 图 6为图 1所示平衡式行李车的主车架及其上相 关部件的结构示意图; 图 7为图 6所示主车架在左挡管、 右挡管处于收拢 状态时的结构示意图; 图 8为图 7所示主车架在前挡管处于收拢状态时的 结构示意图;图 9为图 8所示主车架在支腿处于收拢状态时的结构示意图; 图 10为拆卸把手时图 9所示主车架的结构示意图; 图 11为拆卸把手后图 9所示主车架的结构示意图。 如图所示, 主车架 3呈矩形框架结构, 其框架内部设有三道横梁, 前 侧设有前挡管 8 , 前挡管 8与主车架通过旋转接片 9转动连接, 其相对于 主车架 4的载物平台能展开至 90。。 主车架 3左、 右两侧分别设有左挡管 10、 右挡管 11 , 左挡管 10和右 挡管 11分别与主车架 3通过旋转接片 9转动连接,其相对于主车架 3的载 物平台能展开至 90°。 主车架 3的后侧设有拆卸式扶手 12和折叠式支腿 13 ,扶手 12前端的 管件插入主车架 3的管件后通过扶手锁紧件 12-1进行固定; 支腿 13具有 伸缩功能, 在调节后可通过锁紧手轮 13-1进行固定, 支腿 13的底部设有 万向脚板 13-2, 以应对不同的路面条件, 支腿 13的上端通过脚托 13-3与 主车架 3转动连接, 可向前折叠。 在拆卸后, 前挡管 8、 左挡管 10、 右挡管 11可以折叠收拢在主车架 3 上方, 支腿 13可以折叠收拢在主车架 3下方, 处于接近平整的状态, 从而 有效减小运输体积, 扶手 12则可以完全拆卸。 当然, 上述平衡式行李车仅是一种优选方案, 其具体结构并不局限于 此, 在此基础上可根据实际需要作出具有针对性的调整。 由于可能实现的 方式较多, 为节约篇幅, 本文就不再一一举例说明。 下面对上述平衡式行李车的工作原理进行详细说明: 请参考图 12至图 16, 图 12为图 1所示平衡式行李车在常规水平路面 上行进时的正面示意图;图 13为图 1所示平衡式行李车在坑洼路面上行进 时的正面示意图;图 14为图 1所示平衡式行李车在隆起路面上行进时的正 面示意图;图 15为图 1所示平衡式行李车在左倾路面上行进时的正面示意 图; 图 16为图 1所示平衡式行李车在右倾路面上行进时的正面示意图。 当行李车在常规水平地面上行进时, 其主车架 4可转至与轮轴组件 2 平行的位置, 从而保持车体处于正常的水平运输状态; 当行李车在坑洼或 斜坡地面上行进时, 使用者可以通过旋转轴 5的调节功能, 使两车轮 1与 地面完全接触, 并将主车架 4在一定范围内调节到左右水平状态, 此时主 车架 4的载物平台与轮轴组件 2之间具有一定夹角, 从而达到防止行李车 侧倾甚至侧翻的目的, 与传统行李车相比, 其使用更加平稳、 省力, 且驻 车装卸物品也更加稳定, 不会因重物左右不均而发生侧翻。 以上对本发明所提供的平衡式行李车进行了详细介绍。 本文中应用了 具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明只是 用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想。 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对本发明进行若干改进 和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims

1、 一种平衡式行李车, 包括车轮、 车轮架以及主车架, 所述车轮通过 车轮架安装于所述主车架下方, 其轮轴组件与所述车轮架的下端连接, 其 特征在于, 进一步包括位于所述主车架中央的旋转轴, 所述车轮架的上端 通过所述旋转轴与所述主车架转动连接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述车轮架呈 倒" V"形, 其左车轮架和右车轮架的上端设有位于同一轴线上的轴套, 并 通过所述轴套与所述旋转轴转动连接。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述左车轮架 和右车轮架均呈" U"形, 所述轴套位于其" U"形开口的两端。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述左车轮架 和右车轮架的下端与所述轮轴组件相铰接。
5、根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所 述主车架底部设有定位套, 所述旋转轴的一端设有位于所述定位套中的定 位头并通过紧固件相对固定。
6、根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所 述主车架前侧设有前挡管。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述前挡管与 所述主车架转动连接, 其相对于所述主车架的载物平台的展开角度为 90。。
8、根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所 述主车架左、 右两侧分别设有左挡管、 右挡管。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述左挡管、 右挡管分别与所述主车架转动连接, 其相对于所述主车架的载物平台的展 开角度为 90°。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的平衡式行李车, 其特征在于, 所述主车架的后侧设有拆卸式扶手和折叠式支腿。
