1 ) 接收用户输入的本机号码, 根据本机号码查询该终端本机号码的归属地; 2) 获取终端的用户识别卡的 IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, 国 际移动用户标识符), 根据该 IMSI查询该终端本机号码的归属地。 如果比较的结果为主叫用户的归属地与终端本机号码归属地一致, 生成本地铃音 的控制信号; 如果比较的结果为主叫用户的归属地与终端本机号码归属地不一致, 生 成非本地铃音的控制信号。 终端将根据生成的具体控制信号控制来电铃音的设置, 本 实施例中该铃音的设置方式不再局限于用户预先对来电铃音进行设置, 无论什么归属 地的来电均使用设置的一种铃音提示用户, 而是可以动态地根据来电归属地控制铃音 的设置, 以使用户得到与现有设置铃音方式不同的用户体验。 对于不同的市区对应不同的来电铃音的情况,上述步骤 S104还可以包括:根据预 先存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系,生成主叫用户的归属地对应的铃音控制信号; 根据铃音控制信号设置主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。 这种方式下, 将会有多种 铃音效果,例如,用户可以将远在异地的父母的铃音设置为铃音 A, 当响起铃音 A时, 用户不需要看手机屏幕上的来电显示, 即可获知该来电是父母所在地的, 进而可以及 时判断来电的归属地。 步骤 S106, 播放上述设置的来电铃音。 本实施例通过设置来电铃音与主叫用户的归属地关联, 可以在收到来电时, 通过 播放的铃音即可确定来电的归属地, 解决了无法根据铃音获知来电归属地的问题, 增 强了终端的功能, 方便了用户使用, 满足了终端用户的使用需求。 基于上述方法, 下面以具有根据号码归属地改变来电铃声功能的手机为例进行说 明, 参见图 2所示的手机结构框图, 该手机包括: 号码归属地查询模块 210、 本机号 码归属地处理模块 220、 来电号码查询发送模块 230、 铃声设置模块 240及存储模块 250; 各个模块的功能如下: 号码归属地查询模块 210, 主要用于对获取的号码在号码归属地数据库中进行号 码归属地查询, 号码归属地数据库可以从运营商获取或者从网站下载。 例如, 号码归 属地数据库可以通过向运营商服务器发送更新请求, 获取最新的号码归属地数据库资 料。 本机号码归属地处理模块 220, 与号码归属地查询模块 210相连, 主要用于获取 本机号码并启动号码归属地查询模块 210查询本机号码归属地; 具体获取方法可根据 实际情况确定, 例如, 本机号码归属地处理模块 220可以包括: 本机号码接收查询单 元 221, 用于获取用户输入的本机号码并查询出本机号码的号码归属地信息; 或本机 号码归属地处理模块 220可以包括: 本机号码自动获取查询单元 222, 通过后台自动 获取手机卡的 IMSI号并查询手机 IMSI号的归属地。 当然, 本机号码归属地处理模块 220也可以同时包括本机号码接收查询单元 221和本机号码自动获取查询单元 222。 来电号码查询发送模块 230, 与号码归属地查询模块 210和本机号码归属地处理 模块 220相连, 主要用于获取来电号码并启动号码归属地查询模块 210查询来电号码 归属地信息, 将查询的来电号码归属地信息与本机号码归属地信息进行比较, 根据比 较的结果产生相应的控制信号, 并将该控制信号发送给铃声设置模块 240; 铃声设置模块 240, 与来电号码查询发送模块 230相连, 主要用于根据来电号码 查询发送模块 230发送的控制信号, 控制该手机的存储模块 250自动更改相应的来电 铃音。 例如如果来电号码归属地与本机号码归属地不同, 铃声设置模块 240将铃声自 动更改设置为铃音 B,如果来电号码归属地与本机号码归属地相同,铃声设置模块 240 保持原设置铃音 A。 优选地, 铃声设置模块 240可以对高频出现的不同归属地信息进行不同的铃音设 置。 存储模块 250, 与铃声设置模块 240相连, 用于存储与归属地信息相关的铃声, 可以包含各种格式的铃声, 根据用户的需要预先存储一些与号码归属地有关的来电铃 声, 例如本机归属地铃音和非本机归属地铃音, 以便于铃声设置模块 240根据相应的 号码归属地而自动更改相应的来电铃音。 参见图 3所示的来电号码查询发送模块 230结构框图, 本实施例中的来电号码查 询发送模块 230包括: 来电号码获取单元 231、 查询单元 232、 号码归属地比较单元 233和发送单元 234。 来电号码获取单元 231, 设置为实时获取来电号码, 每当有来电, 读取来电号码。 查询单元 232, 设置为启动号码归属地查询功能对获取的来电号码进行号码归属 地信息查询, 如陕西西安号码来电正确查询来电号码归属地信息为陕西西安。 号码归属地比较单元 233, 设置为将所查询的来电号码归属地信息与本机号码归 属地信息进行比较, 根据不同的判断结果产生相应的控制信号。 发送单元 234, 设置为将上述控制信号发送给铃声设置模块 240。 基于上述图 2所示的手机, 本实施例还提供了一种手机来电铃音的播放方法, 如 图 4所示, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S410: 本机号码归属地处理模块 220获取并查询本机号码归属地信息, 具体 获取方法可根据实际条件确定, 例如, 通过本机号码接收查询单元 221接收用户输入 的本机号码, 根据本机号码获取, 或通过本机号码自动获取查询单元 222自动获取。 步骤 S420,来电号码查询发送模块 230获取查询来电号码归属地并与本机号码归 属地比较,如前面所述获取来电号码后启动号码归属地查询功能查询来电号码归属地, 并将查询的号码归属地信息与本机号码归属地信息进行比较判断。 步骤 S430, 根据比较结果的不同将相应的控制信号发送给铃声设置模块 240, 不 同的比较结果对应不同的控制信号, 根据不同的结果将相应的控制信号发送给铃声设 置模块 240。 步骤 S440, 铃声设置模块 240根据接收的控制信号, 控制该手机自动更改相应的 来电铃音, 不同的控制信号对应手机不同的更改结果, 对应不同的来电铃音, 从而不 同的号码归属地可以产生不同的来电铃音。 本实施例根据来电号码归属地的不同改变来电铃音, 从而用户能够通过铃音迅速 判断来电号码归属地信息, 解决了无法通过来电铃音判断来电归属地的问题, 为用户 提供了方便, 大大提高了用户体验。 实施例 2 本实施例提供了一种终端来电铃音的播放装置, 该装置可以设置于手机等终端设 备上, 参见图 5, 该装置包括: 归属地查询模块 510, 设置为接收主叫用户的来电, 根据来电的号码查询主叫用 户的归属地; 铃音设置模块 520, 与归属地查询模块 510相连, 设置为根据预先存储的归属地 与来电铃音的对应关系, 设置归属地查询模块 510查询的主叫用户的归属地对应的来 电铃音; 铃音播放模块 530, 与铃音设置模块 520相连, 设置为播放铃音设置模块 520设 置的来电铃音。 其中, 存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系可以有多种形式, 例如, 以市或县为 单位, 不同的市区对应不同的来电铃音。 或者, 以与本机号码是否属于同一归属地为 依据, 将铃音划分为两类, 一类为与本机号码属于同一归属地的铃音, 另一类为与本 机号码属于不同归属地的铃音。 基于上述归属地与来电铃音的对应关系, 铃音设置模块 520包括: 号码归属地比 较单元, 设置为比较主叫用户的归属地与终端本机号码归属地是否一致; 第一铃音控 制信号生成单元, 设置为根据号码归属地比较单元比较的结果生成铃音控制信号; 第 一铃音设置单元, 设置为根据第一铃音控制信号生成单元生成的铃音控制信号设置主 叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。 铃音设置模块 520还包括: 本机号码归属地获取单元, 本机号码归属地获取单元 包括以下之一:
1 )本机号码接收查询单元, 设置为接收用户输入的本机号码, 根据本机号码查询 该终端本机号码的归属地;
2)本机号码自动获取查询单元,设置为获取终端的用户识别卡的 IMSI,根据 IMSI 查询该终端本机号码的归属地。 优选地, 第一铃音控制信号生成单元包括: 第一控制信号生成子单元, 设置为如 果比较的结果为主叫用户的归属地与终端本机号码归属地一致, 生成本地铃音的控制 信号; 第二控制信号生成子单元, 设置为如果比较的结果为主叫用户的归属地与终端 本机号码归属地不一致, 生成非本地铃音的控制信号。 对于不同的市区对应不同的来电铃音的情况, 上述铃音设置模块 520包括: 第二 铃音控制信号生成单元, 设置为根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系, 生成 主叫用户的归属地对应的铃音控制信号; 第二铃音设置单元, 设置为根据第二铃音控 制信号生成单元生成的铃音控制信号设置主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。 当然, 本实施例的终端也可以采用实施例 1中图 2所示的结构实现, 这里不再赘 述。 本实施例通过设置来电铃音与主叫用户的归属地关联, 可以在收到来电时, 通过 播放的铃音即可确定来电的归属地, 解决了无法根据铃音获知来电归属地的问题, 增 强了终端的功能, 方便了用户使用, 满足了终端用户的使用需求。 从以上的描述中可以看出,上述实施例通过根据来电用户的归属地设置来电铃音, 使用户在收到来电时, 通过播放的铃音即可确定来电的归属地, 解决了无法根据铃音 获知来电归属地的问题, 增强了终端的功能, 方便了用户使用, 满足了终端用户的使 用需求。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种终端来电铃音的播放方法, 包括:
接收主叫用户的来电, 根据所述来电的号码查询所述主叫用户的归属地; 根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系, 设置所述主叫用户的归属 地对应的来电铃音;
播放设置的所述来电铃音。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的 对应关系, 设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音包括:
比较所述主叫用户的归属地与所述终端本机号码归属地是否一致; 根据比较的结果生成铃音控制信号;
根据所述铃音控制信号设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端本机号码归属地通过以下方式之 一获取:
接收用户输入的本机号码, 根据所述本机号码查询所述终端本机号码的归 属地;
获取所述终端的用户识别卡的国际移动用户标识符 IMSI, 根据所述 IMSI 查询所述终端本机号码的归属地。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据比较的结果生成铃音控制信号包 括:
如果比较的结果为所述主叫用户的归属地与所述终端本机号码归属地一 致, 生成本地铃音的控制信号;
如果比较的结果为所述主叫用户的归属地与所述终端本机号码归属地不一 致, 生成非本地铃音的控制信号。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的 对应关系, 设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音包括:
根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系, 生成所述主叫用户的归属 地对应的铃音控制信号; 根据所述铃音控制信号设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。 一种终端来电铃音的播放装置, 包括:
归属地查询模块, 设置为接收主叫用户的来电, 根据所述来电的号码查询 所述主叫用户的归属地;
铃音设置模块, 设置为根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的对应关系, 设 置所述归属地查询模块查询的所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音;
铃音播放模块, 设置为播放所述铃音设置模块设置的所述来电铃音。 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述铃音设置模块包括:
号码归属地比较单元, 设置为比较所述主叫用户的归属地与所述终端本机 号码归属地是否一致;
第一铃音控制信号生成单元, 设置为根据所述号码归属地比较单元比较的 结果生成铃音控制信号;
第一铃音设置单元, 设置为根据所述第一铃音控制信号生成单元生成的铃 音控制信号设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述铃音设置模块还包括: 本机号码归属 地获取单元, 所述本机号码归属地获取单元包括以下之一:
本机号码接收查询单元, 设置为接收用户输入的本机号码, 根据所述本机 号码查询所述终端本机号码的归属地;
本机号码自动获取查询单元, 设置为获取所述终端的用户识别卡的国际移 动用户标识符 IMSI, 根据所述 IMSI查询所述终端本机号码的归属地。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一铃音控制信号生成单元包括: 第一控制信号生成子单元, 设置为如果比较的结果为所述主叫用户的归属 地与所述终端本机号码归属地一致, 生成本地铃音的控制信号;
第二控制信号生成子单元, 设置为如果比较的结果为所述主叫用户的归属 地与所述终端本机号码归属地不一致, 生成非本地铃音的控制信号。 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述铃音设置模块包括:
第二铃音控制信号生成单元, 设置为根据预先存储的归属地与来电铃音的 对应关系, 生成所述主叫用户的归属地对应的铃音控制信号; 第二铃音设置单元, 设置为根据所述第二铃音控制信号生成单元生成的所 述铃音控制信号设置所述主叫用户的归属地对应的来电铃音。
