技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法及其净化回收装置。
背景技术
据报道,中国约有2/3的城市陷入垃圾围城的困境。中国仅“城市垃圾”的年产量就近1.5亿吨,这些城市垃圾绝大部分是露天堆放。它不仅影响城市景观,同时污染了与我们生命至关重要的大气、水和土壤,对城镇居民的健康构成威胁,垃圾已成为城市发展中的棘手问题。垃圾不仅造成公害,更是资源的巨大浪费。每年年产1.5亿吨的城市垃圾中,被丢弃的“可再生资源”价值高达250亿元!
我国目前各方面建设都需要资金,环境保护资金投入严重不足的状况难以立即改变。面对巨量的被丢弃的“可再生资源”,我们既不能完全照搬西方发达国家,全部靠高投资来消纳,又不能置之不理,任其泛滥成灾。故怎样低成本的有效处理城市垃圾是全世界都面临的一个亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,能够将厨房有机物垃圾就地发酵、加工成肥料,消除环境恶臭,减少环境污染,回收可再生资源。
本发明的另一目的在于:提供一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收装置,能够将厨房有机物垃圾净化、加工成粉状或颗粒状肥料进行回收。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将家庭或厨房内产生的有机物垃圾收集于粉碎系统内进行粉碎;
步骤二:将粉碎后的有机物垃圾送入去水分离作业室进行脱水处理,通过脱水业,把大量的水份分离,分离的水排入下水道,脱水后的有机物垃圾送入发酵容器;
步骤三:向所述发酵容器内加入适量的微生物菌剂进行发酵作业;
步骤四:将发酵后的有机物垃圾送入干燥灭菌作业室进行干燥、灭菌处理,并制成粉状或颗粒状的有机肥料。
作为优选,步骤三所述的微生物菌剂为EM菌剂;步骤四所述的干燥处理为红外线干燥处理,所述的灭菌处理为紫外线灭菌处理。
作为优选,上述技术方案还包括排除废气的步骤:
将所述各步骤所使用的粉碎系统、去水分离作业室、发酵容器、及干燥灭菌作业室安装于设置在水槽下面的密闭壳体内,将水槽的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统的垃圾入口连接,将设置于密闭壳体上的具有气体单向阀的废气排管与下水管连接。
一种采用所述厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收装置,包括具有有机物垃圾入口的粉碎系统、去水分离作业室、发酵容器和干燥灭菌作业室,所述粉碎系统通过第一通道与设置在其下方的去水分离作业室的入口连通;去水分离作业室的出水口通过第二通道与下水道管道连通,其脱水物出口通过第三通道与设置在其下方的所述发酵容器的入口连通;发酵容器的出口通过阀门与设置在其下方的所述干燥灭菌作业室的入口连通;干燥灭菌作业室设有有机肥料出口。
作为优选,所述粉碎系统、去水分离作业室、发酵容器和干燥灭菌作业室均安装于设置在水槽下面的密闭壳体内,所述水槽的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统的垃圾入口连接,设置于密闭壳体上的具有气体单向阀的废气排管与下水管连接。
作为优选,在所述干燥灭菌作业室的有机肥料出口下方设有带有舱门的存放容器;所述废气排管通过波纹管或橡胶管与下水管软连接。
有益效果:本发明一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,通过充分粉碎和脱水处理的家庭或厨房内产生的有机物垃圾,在加入微生物菌剂后,发酵更快速、高效,且发酵时所产生的异味相对较少;发酵后的有机物垃圾由干燥灭菌作业室进行干燥、灭菌处理,直接制成粉状或颗粒状的有机肥料,不仅处理了垃圾,而且还回收了可再生资源,方便家庭使用,干净卫生。
本发明的一种采用所述厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收装置,结构紧凑,体积较小,能够将家庭或厨房有机物垃圾净化、加工成粉状或颗粒状肥料进行回收,消除环境恶臭,减少环境污染。
进一步的有益效果:由于所述粉碎系统、去水分离作业室、发酵容器和干燥灭菌作业室均安装于设置在水槽下面的密闭壳体内,所述水槽的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统的垃圾入口连接,设置于密闭壳体上的具有气体单向阀的废气排管与下水管连接,这种结构,可以将整个垃圾处理所产生的废气排出室外,确保室内没有异味。更进一步的,所述废气排管通过波纹管或橡胶管与下水管软连接,可以消除震动传递。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1至10所示,本发明一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将家庭或厨房内产生的有机物垃圾从水槽9的下水口经粉碎系统2的有机物垃圾入口1进入该粉碎系统2内进行粉碎;
步骤二:将粉碎后的有机物垃圾通过第一通道6送入去水分离作业室3进行脱水处理,通过脱水业,把大量的水份分离,分离的水通过第二通道7排入下水道,脱水后的有机物垃圾通过第三通道8送入发酵容器4;
步骤三:向所述发酵容器4内加入适量的EM菌剂进行发酵作业;
步骤四:将发酵后的有机物垃圾通过设有阀门的发酵容器4出口送入设置在其下方的干燥灭菌作业室5,在干燥灭菌作业室5进行红外线干燥处理、紫外线灭菌处理,并制成粉状或颗粒状的有机肥料;
以上各步骤所使用的粉碎系统2、去水分离作业室3、发酵容器4、及干燥灭菌作业室5是安装于设在水槽9下面的密闭壳体10内的,将水槽9的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统2的垃圾入口1连接,将设置于密闭壳体10上的具有气体单向阀11的废气排管12通过波纹管与下水管连接,用于将整个垃圾处理过程中所产生的废气排出室外,确保室内没有异味。
实施例二:
如图1至10所示,本发明一种厨房有机物垃圾净化回收装置,包括安装于密闭壳体10内的具有有机物垃圾入口1的粉碎系统2、去水分离作业室3、发酵容器4、干燥灭菌作业室5和带有舱门13的存放容器14,所述密闭壳体10设置在水槽9下面,水槽9的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统2的垃圾入口1连接。所述粉碎系统2通过第一通道6与设置在其下方的去水分离作业室3的入口连通;去水分离作业室3的出水口通过第二通道7与下水道管道连通,其脱水物出口通过第三通道8与设置在其下方的所述发酵容器4的入口连通;发酵容器4的出口通过阀门与设置在其下方的所述干燥灭菌作业室5的入口连通;干燥灭菌作业室5设有有机肥料出口,该有机肥料出口与设置在其下方的存放容器14连通。在所述密闭壳体10上设有废气排管12,在所述废气排管12上设有气体单向阀11,用于防止废气回流至密闭壳体10内,废气排管12通过波纹管15与下水管连接。

    步骤一:将家庭或厨房内产生的有机物垃圾收集于粉碎系统(2)内进行粉碎;
    步骤二:将粉碎后的有机物垃圾送入去水分离作业室(3)进行脱水处理,通过脱水业,把大量的水份分离,分离的水排入下水道;脱水后的有机物垃圾送入发酵容器(4);
    步骤三:向所述发酵容器(4)内加入适量的微生物菌剂进行发酵作业;
    步骤四:将发酵后的有机物垃圾送入干燥灭菌作业室(5)进行干燥、灭菌处理,并制成粉状或颗粒状的有机肥料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,其特征在于:步骤三所述的微生物菌剂为EM菌剂;步骤四所述的干燥处理为红外线干燥处理,所述的灭菌处理为紫外线灭菌处理。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法,其特征在于,还包括排除废气的步骤:
    将所述各步骤所使用的粉碎系统(2)、去水分离作业室(3)、发酵容器(4)、及干燥灭菌作业室(5)安装于设置在水槽(9)下面的密闭壳体(10)内,将水槽(9)的下水口通过一止气回弯管与所述粉碎系统(2)的垃圾入口(1)连接,将设置于密闭壳体(10)上的具有气体单向阀(11)的废气排管(12)与下水管连接。
  4. 一种采用权利要求1所述的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收方法的厨房有机物垃圾净化回收装置,其特征在于:包括具有有机物垃圾入口(1)的粉碎系统(2)、去水分离作业室(3)、发酵容器(4)和干燥灭菌作业室(5),所述粉碎系统(2)通过第一通道(6)与设置在其下方的去水分离作业室(3)的入口连通;去水分离作业室(3)的出水口通过第二通道(7)与下水道管道连通,其脱水物出口通过第三通道(8)与设置在其下方的所述发酵容器(4)的入口连通;发酵容器(4)的出口通过阀门与设置在其下方的所述干燥灭菌作业室(5)的入口连通;干燥灭菌作业室(5)设有有机肥料出口。
