安全针组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全针組件, 尤其是能够防止注射器和采血器等 医疗器械所使用的针头在使用后发生意外刺伤的安全针组件。 背景技术
在医疗实践中, 带有尖锐的针头的医疗器械使用得非常广泛, 例 如注射器、 采血器等。 这些医疗器械不仅是在医疗机构中由专业人员 使用和处理, 而且还常常由非专业人员在家庭中使用和处理, 例如糖 尿病人自行注射胰岛素。
由于注射器等医疗器械在使用后其针头露在外面, 很容易刺伤相 关人员,给收集处理造成非常大的困难。这种刺伤还可引起感染病菌。
为了防止意外刺伤的发生,人们提出了使用后针头能够缩回的注 射器。 但是, 这种注射器结构复杂, 成本高。 发明内容
相应地, 本发明的目的是提供一种安全针组件, 不仅能够防止带 有针头的注射器和采血器等医疗器械在使用后发生意外刺伤, 而且结 构简单、 成本低。
本发明一方面提供了一种安全针组件, 其包括针头和针对防护装 置。 所述针头包括针座和安装在所述针座上的针。 针头防护装置包括 一侧形成有开口的防护臂和安装部。 所述安装部包括与所述针座连接 的第一端、 与所述防护臂连接的第二端以及在所述第一端和所述第二 端之间延伸的连接部分。 所述第二端通过餃链构件与所述防护臂连 接, 使得所述防护臂能够以所述餃链构件为中心转动。 所述防护臂能 够转动到防护位置, 在所述防护位置, 所述针经过所述开口进入到所 述防护臂的内部。所述防护装置还包括形成在所述针座和 /或所述安装 部上的第一卡合构件和形成在所述防护臂上的第二卡合构件。 当所述 防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述第二卡合构件与所述第一卡合构件 卡合在一起。
根据本发明的一个方面, 在所述针座和所述安装部的第一端被构 造为防止所述针座和所述安装部的第一端在轴向和周向相对运动。 所 述安装部可以包括位于所述第一端的柱状部分, 在所述柱状部分中形 成有针座孔, 所述针座能够安装在所述针座孔中。 其中, 在所述针座 和所述针座孔之间形成有能够防止所述针座和所述针座孔在轴向和 周向相对运动的凸凹结构。
根据本发明的另一个方面, 所述安全针组件还包括保持装置。 所 述保持装置可以包括从所述连接部分向着所述防护臂一侧延伸的第 一突起和位于所述防护臂上的第二突起, 所述第一突起和所述第二突 起被构造成当所述防护臂转动到预定位置时能够接合从而以可解除 的方式至少防止所述防护臂沿着一个方向转动。
优选地, 所述凸凹结构可以包括: 形成在所述针座孔和所述针座 中任意一个上的周向四槽和形成在所述针座孔和所述针座中另一个 上的、 能够与所述四槽卡合的周向凸起; 形成在所述针座孔和所述针 座中任意一个上的轴向凹槽和形成在所述针座孔和所述针座中另一 个上的、 能够与所述轴向凹槽卡合的轴向凸起。
或者, 所述凸凹结构可以包括在所述针座孔和所述针座中任意一 个上形成的不连续四槽和形成在所述针座孔和所述针座中另一个上 的、 能够与所述不连续凹槽卡合的不连续凸起。
优选地, 所述保持装置包括从所述连接部分向着所述防护臂一侧 延伸的保持臂, 所述第一突起位于所述保持臂的自由端。 当所述防护 臂转动到接近所述针的包装位置时, 所述第二突起与所述第一突起接 合, 以可解除的方式至少防止所述防护臂远离所述针转动。 所述保持 装置还可以包括位于所述保持臂的自由端并与所述第一突起方向相 反的第三突起。 当所述防护臂相对于所述针座转动到远离所述针的使 用位置时, 所述防护臂上的第二突起与所述第三突起接合, 以可解除 的方式至少防止所述防护臂向着所述针转动。 或者, 所述保持装置还可以包括从所述防护臂向着所述针座一侧 延伸的保持臂, 所述第二突起形成在所述保持臂的自由端并大体垂直 于所述保持臂。 当所述防护臂位于接近所述针的包装位置时, 所述第 二突起与所述第一突起接合, 以可解除的方式至少防止所述防护臂远 离所述针转动。在所述保持臂的自由端上还可以形成有与所述第二突 起相对的第三突起, 当所述防护臂位于远离所述针的使用位置时, 所 述第三突起与所述第一突起接合, 以可解除的方式至少防止所述防护 臂向着所述针转动。
所述第一^ ^合构件可以包括形成在所述柱状部分或者所述针座 的两侧的一对第一钩状件, 所述第二卡合构件可以包括形成在所述防 护臂的两侧的一对第二钩状件, 当所述防护臂转动到所述防护位置 时, 所述第二钩状件和所述第一钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合。
所述第一"" ^合构件也―可以包括从所述柱状部分或者所述针座围 绕着所述针延伸的筒状件, 所述第二卡合构件可以包括位于所述防护 臂内的钩状件, 当所述防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护臂内的 钩状件钩在所述筒状件的壁上而与所述筒状件以可不退出的方式卡 合在一起。
所述第一卡合构件也可以包括形成在所述柱状部分或者所述针 座外部的卡槽, 所述第二卡合构件可以包括位于所述防护臂内的钩状 件, 当所述防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护臂内的钩状件钩在 所述卡槽的壁上而与所述卡槽以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
所述第一卡合构件也可以包括至少一个从所述连接部分大体沿 着平行于所述针的方向延伸的钩状件, 所述第二卡合构件包括至少一 个形成在所述防护臂的向着所述针座一侧的端部上的开口, 当所述防 护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述连接部分上的钩状件伸进所述防护臂 上的开口并与所述开口以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。 或者, 所述第 一卡合构件包括至少一个形成在所述连接部分上的开口, 所述第二卡 合构件包括至少一个从所述防护臂的向着所述针座一侧的端部向着 所述针座延伸的钩状件, 当所述防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述防 护臂上的钩状件伸进所述连接部分上的开口并与所述开口以不可退 出的方式卡合在一起。
所述第一- ^合构件也可以包括位于所述连接部分的两侧的一对 第一钩状件, 所述第二卡合构件可以包括位于所述防护臂的开口的两 侧或者位于所述防护臂的向着所述针座一侧的端部的两侧的一对第 二钩状件, 当所述防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述第一钩状件与所 述第二钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
本发明的安全针组件结构简单, 能够在使用后将针可靠地收纳在 防护臂内部, 防止发生意外的刺伤。 附图说明

下面参照附图详细地描述本发明的安全针组件的优选实施方式。 如图 1、 2、 3所示, 本发明的安全针组件包括针头 10和针头防 护装置 1。 针头 10包括针座 12和安装在针座 12上的针 1 1 ; 针头防 护装置 1 包括一侧形成有开口 60的防护臂 6和安装部分 2。 如图 4 和 6所示, 安装部分 2包括与针座 12连接的第一端(图中未示出) 、 与防护臂 6连接的第二端(图中未示出)以及在第一端和第二端之间 延伸的连接部分 24。 连接部分 24在第二端通过铰链构件 4与防护臂 6连接, 使得防护臂 6能够以铰链构件 4为中心转动。

在图示的具体例子中, 针 11通过针座 12被固定到针筒 15的锥 头 14上。 其中, 图 1所示的是产品使用前的包装状态, 这时, 针帽 16罩住针 1 1 , 防护臂 6位于靠近针 1 1 (或者针帽 16 ) 的位置, 即包 装位置。 可以理解, 防护臂 6越靠近针 1 1 (或者针帽 16 ) , 就越可 能节约包装空间。 图 2所示的是产品的使用状态, 这时, 针帽 16被 去掉, 防护臂 6被转动到远离针 11 (或者靠近针筒 15 )位置, 即使 用位置。 图 3所示的是产品的使用后状态, 这时, 防护臂 6被转动到 将针 11收纳在其内部的位置, 即防护位置。
下面参照图 4〜图 11描述本发明第一实施方式的针头防护装置 1。 如图 4和 6所示, 作为一种具体例子, 安装部 2包括位于第一端 的柱状部分 20,连接部分 24从柱状部分 20的一端向着防护臂 6—侧 延伸出。在柱状部分 20中形成有针座孔 21。针座孔 21的形状和大小 主要取决于针头 10的针座 12, 本发明对此没有限制, 只要能够通过 针座孔 21将安装部 2固定地安装到针座 12上即可。
根据本发明的一种优选例子, 针座 12和安装部 2的第一端被构 造为防止二者在轴向和周向相对运动。 例如, 可以在针座 12和针座 孔 21之间形成有凸凹结构, 这种凸凹结构能够在产品的使用过程中, 例如使用注射器注射时, 防止针头防护装置 1相对于针座 12发生相 对运动,例如周向转动和 /或轴向窜动,从而防止针头防护装置 1干扰 甚至危及正常的医疗操作。
参见图 1、 2、 4、 8 , 特别是图 11, 图 11是图 1中 "A" 部分的 放大示意图。 作为一个例子, 凸凹结构包括形成在针座孔 21 上 (内 表面) 的周向凸起 22和形成在针座 12上 (外表面) 的周向凹槽 13。 周向凸起 22能够卡合在周向凹槽 13内。 在图示的具体例子中, 周向 凸起 22和周向凹槽 13分别沿周向一周基本连续地形成在针座孔 21 和针座 12上, 以防止针头防护装置 1和针座 12间发生轴向窜动。 在 本例子中, 凸凹结构还进一步包括在针座孔 21上形成的沿针座孔 21 的轴线方向延伸的轴向凸起 23。轴向凸起 23向着针座孔 21的轴线凸 出。 轴向凸起 23可以如图所示为多个, 也可以只有一个。 图 4中清 楚地显示了四个对称设置的轴向凸起 23 ,但显然,本发明并不限于此。 参见图 12, 与轴向凸起 23相对应地,在针座 12的外表面上形成有轴 向凹槽 17, 轴向凸起 23 能够卡进轴向凹槽 17并能够在轴向凹槽内 17滑动, 以防止针头防护装置 1和针座 21之间发生周向相对转动。
在将针头防护装置 1安装到针座 12上时, 先使轴向凸起 23对准 轴向凹槽 17,将轴向凸起 23卡进轴向凹槽 17中, 然后使针头防护装 置 1在轴向凸起 23和轴向凹槽 17的引导下滑动, 直到周向凸起 22 卡入周向凹槽 13中。
作为另一个具体例子 (没有示出) , 周向凸起 22可以形成在针 座 12上 (外表面) , 而周向凹槽 13可以相对应地形成在针座孔 21 上 (内表面) 。
类似地, 轴向凸起 23可以形成在针座 12上, 而对应的轴向凹槽 17可以形成的针座孔 21上。
作为又一个具体例子 (没有示出) , 周向凹槽 13和周向凸起 22 可以不是连续的, 而是沿着相对表面形成的分散的、形状和 /大小相匹 配的成对的凸、 凹特征, 例如两对以上。 这时, 周向凹槽和周向凸起 形成的凸四结构就可以同时完成十座和针座孔之间的轴向和周向定 位, 可以不另外设置轴向凸起 23和轴向凹槽 17。 作为替换方式, 周 向的凹槽和凸起, 也可以是轴向的凹槽和凸起, 还可以是斜向的凹槽 和凸起, 以及各种方式的凹槽 /凸起的组合, 只要不连续即可。
防护臂 6是截面大致为 "U" 字形的臂状结构件, 包括底防护壁 63和从底防护壁 63的两侧向着安装部 2—侧延伸的一对侧防护壁 61。 底防护壁 63和一对侧防护壁 61形成了防护臂 6的开口 60,同时请参 见图 9和图 10。
参见图 5和图 8 , 防护臂 6 可以包括两个大体平行第一部分 68 和第二部分 69, 第一部分 68相对于第二部分 69更加向着安装部 2 所在的一侧突出, 这两个部分 68和 69由拐角部分 67连接在一起。
底防护壁 63 可以是大体平面的形状, 也可以为曲面形状; 或者 如图 9、 图 10所示, 一部分(例如第一部分 68 ) 的底防护壁 63为曲 面, 而另一部分(例如第二部分 69 ) 的底防护壁 63为大体平面。
在本发明中, "向着安装部 (所在的)一侧" 指的是防护臂 6在 使用前的包装位置或者使用完毕后的防护位置时面对安装部 2 的一 侧, 例如, 图 1、 3 的图纸左侧; "远离安装部 (所在的) 一侧" 指 的是防护臂 6的与 "向着安装部 (所在的)一侧" 相反的一侧。 "向 着 (或者远离) 防护臂 (所在的)一侧" 与上述的定义相类似, 不同 之处是讨论的对象为安装部 2, 而参照的对象是防护臂 6。
餃链构件 4可以包括设置在防护臂 6的底防护壁 63两侧 (或者 大致在一对侧防护壁 61 的延伸方向上) 的一对铰链构件。 本发明不 是为了设计或者改进铰链结构, 因此, 本领域中已知的各种铰链结构 都可以考虑用来实现本发明中的铰链构件 4。 例如, 注塑工艺中广泛 采用的由弱化结构形成的铰链构件。 优选地, 铰接构件 4能够使得防 护臂保持在某一个或者某些转动位置。 更优选地, 弱化结构能够起到 弹簧的作用, 使得防护臂在超过受到保持的一个转动位置后可以自动 转向其他位置。
如图 1~8所示, 在本发明的一个优选例子中, 针头防护装置 1还 可以包括保持装置 5。 保持装置 5包括从连接部分向着防护臂 6—侧 延伸的第一突起 51和位于防护臂 6上的第二突起 52。 第一突起和第 二突起被构造成当防护臂转动到预定位置时能够接合从而以可解除 的方式至少防止防护臂 6沿一个方向转动。本领域技术人员应该明白, 保持装置和上述的凸凹结构既可以独立存在于不同的例子中, 也可以 在同一个例子中使用。 预定位置可以任何希望的位置, 包括但不限于 下面所述的包装位置和使用位置。
如图 8最为清楚示出的, 保持装置 5包括从安装部 2向着防护臂 6一侧延伸的保持臂 50、位于保持臂 50自由端的第一突起 51和位于 防护臂 6上的第二突起 52。 在图 4所示的具体例子中, 保持装置 5 位于一对铰链构件 4之间, 其中, 保持装置 5的保持臂 50形成在连 接部分 24上,第二突起 52形成在底防护壁 63上,与保持臂 50相对。 如图 1所示, 当防护臂 6相对于安装部 2转动到接近针 11的包装位 置时, 第二突起 52与第一突起 51接合, 至少防止防护臂 6沿着远离 针 1 1的方向转动。 通过设计两个突起的位置, 使得例如第一突起 51 位于第二突起 52绕铰链构件 4转动的路径上, 就可以实现上述两突 起的接合。 另外, 通过设计两个突起 51、 52 的尺寸使其在防护臂 6 转动到包装位置时相互间发生干涉, 也可以实现上述两个突起的接 合, 而且不仅可以防止防护臂远离针的转动, 也可以防止防护臂向着 针 11的转动。 可以想到, 两个突起间也可以利用凸凹配合实现接合, 例如下面所述的第二突起和第三突起间的接合。
参见图 8,保持装置 5还可以包括位于保持臂 50的自由端并与第 一突起 51 方向相反的第三突起 53。 在第三突起 53的远离第一突起 51 的一侧形成有凹部 54。 如图 2所示, 当防护臂 6相对于安装部 2 转动到远离针 11的使用位置时, 防护臂 6上的第二突起 52与第三突 起 53接合, 伸入凹部 54, 于是, 第二突起 52的两端分別抵靠在凹部 54的两侧, 使得防护臂 6被托住, 从而将防护臂 6保持在使用位置, 可以同时防止其远离针头和向着针头转动, 从而防止防护臂在诸如注 射等的使用过程中妨碍正常的医疗操作。 可以想到, 凹部 54不是必 要的。 只要第三突起 53和第二突起 52相接合从而防止防护臂 6在使 用时向着针转动, 即可以实现保持装置的预期效果。
可以理解, 防护臂被保持在上述预定位置上是一种可解除方式的 保持, 即可以通过向防护臂施加更大的力而被解除。 这可以通过将相 互作用的结构件设计为弹性来实现。 例如这里的 "臂" 和 "突起" 本 身是一种有弹性的悬臂结构, 以及 /或者使用有弹性的材料。这种可解 除的保持还可以通过在相互接触的部位上使用倒角或者圆角等便于 进入和退出的结构来实现。
保持装置还可以具有其他的实现方式。例如, 可以将第一突起 51 和第二突起 52的位置互换。 参见图 13~17所示的第二实施方式, 尤 其是图 14和 15。第二突起 52可以被认为是直接从连接部分向着防护 臂一侧伸出; 而笫一突起 51和第三突起 53可以形成在从防护臂 6向 着针座 12—侧伸出的保持臂 50的自由端。 如图所示, 第三突起 53 稍微地突出, 从而形成一个小的凹部 (没有示出) 。 第二突起 52和 第三突起 53 接合时卡在该凹部中, 可以更有效地至少防止防护臂 6 向着针头的方向转动 (图 15 ) 。
可以想到, 对于防止防护臂在使用时向着针头转动来说, 第三突 起 53并非必要的。 如上所述, 只要第二突起 52位于保持臂自由端绕 铰链构件的转动路径上, 第二突起 52就可以接合保持臂自由端, 防 止防护臂向着针座或针转动。如果这种接合还伴随着相互干涉造成的 变形, 那么, 可以同时防止防护臂远离针座或针转动。
如图 3所示, 在产品使用完毕后, 防护臂 6从图 2所示的使用位 置被转动到防护位置。 在防护位置, 为了将针 11保持在防护臂 6的 里面, 防止针意外刺伤事故, 本发明的安全针組件还包括形成在针座 和 /或安装部上的第一卡合构件和形成在防护臂上的第二卡合构件。当 防护臂位于防护位置时, 第二卡合构件与第一卡合构件卡合在一起。
在一个具体例子(图 1〜3 )中, 针座 12被安装在安装部 2第一端 的柱状部分 20的针座孔 21中。 在这种情况下, 如图 4和 6所示, 第 一卡合构件可以包括形成在柱状部分 20的两侧的一对第一钩状件 7, 第二卡合构件可以包括形成在防护臂 6的开口 60的两侧的一对第二 钩状件 8。 当防护臂转动到防护位置时, 第二钩状件和第一钩状件优 选地以不可退出的方式卡合, 从而防护臂 6被永久性地保持在防护位 置, 既可以防止用过的产品再次使用, 也可以防止防护臂因为外力作 用意外脱离而暴露针头。 第一钩状件 7和第二钩状件 8可以是本领域 中已知的各种能够将两个部分锁定、 固定或者卡合在一起的结构。
更具体地, 一对第一钩状件 7从安装部 2的柱状部分 20的周面 沿切向对称地延伸, 并通过连接部分 24连接在一起。 第一钩状件 7 包括从安装部 2向着防护臂 6—侧延伸的延伸部分 71、 从延伸部分 71的自由端向着安装部 2倾斜延伸的第一楔状部分 72和在楔形部 72 的向着安装部 2的端部形成的第一钩状部分 73。应该明白,将第一钩 状件 7分成若干组成部分, 仅仅是描述上的方便, 这些部分可以是一 个不可分的整体。 类似地, 可以将第二钩状件 8分成两个部分: 向着 安装部 2所在一侧的第二楔状部分 81和远离安装部 2所在一侧的第 二钩状部分 82 (见图 4 ) 。 当防护臂 6转动到防护位置时, 第二楔状 部分 81越过第一楔状部分 72,使得第二钩状部分 82和第一钩状部分 73以不可退出的方式卡合。
在本发明中, 术语前使用的 "第一,, 、 "第二" 和 "第三" 等限 定词, 仅仅表示同类结构或者构件中的不同个体。
虽然没有示出, 但本领域技术人员应该理解, 第一钩状件 7也可 以形成在连接部分 24的两侧, 类似于图 13和 19的情形。
在另一个具体例子中, 参见图 13、 18~21所示的第二〜第六实施 方式, 安装部 2的第一端没有柱状部分, 连接部分 24通过第一端与 针座 12—体形成。
在图 20和 21所示的第五、 第六实施方式中, 第一卡合构件包括 形成在针座 12的两侧的一对第一钩状件 7。 第一钩状件 7可以如图 20那样在针座 12的两侧大体沿着针座 12的轴线方向或者针的方向延 伸, 也可以如图 21所示那样在针座 12的两侧大体沿着垂直于针的方 向延伸。 "大体沿着针的方向" 指的是第一钩状件 7的延伸方向既可 以与针 1 1相同, 也可以成希望的角度。 类似地, "大体沿着垂直于 针的方向" 指的是第一钩状件 7的延伸方向既可以与针 1 1垂直, 也 可以成其他希望的角度。
第二卡合构件可以包括形成在防护臂 6的开口 60的两侧的一对 第二钩状件 8, 如图 20所示; 或者, 第二卡合构件可以包括形成在防 护臂 6的向着针座 12的端部的两侧的一对第二钩状件 8。
在图 13和图 19所示的第二、 第四实施方式中, 一对第一钩状件 7可以形成在安装部 2的连接部分 24的两侧; 而一对第二钩状件 8 可以对应地形成在防护臂 6的开口 60的两侧 (图 13 ) , 或者形成在 防护臂 6的向着针座 12的端部的两侧 (图 19 ) 。
这些钩状件可以具有与参照图 4和 6描述的钩状件相同的结构, 也可以具有本领域公知的其他结构。 应该明白, 可以对第一钩状件和 第二钧状件的相互位置和方位进行设计,使得当防护臂 6转动到针被 收纳在其内部的防护位置时, 两对钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合。
在本发明中, 虽然上面具体描述了钩状件的一种构型, 但是, 本 发明的 "钩状件" 指的是本领域技术人员已知的形状像钩子一样的构 子; 或者, 其末端部分形成有一个突出部分, 钹突出部分背离末端的 面 (例如平面或者曲面等) 向内凹或者大体垂直于主体而形成钩子。 本发明对于钩状件的具体外部形状没有限制。
参见图 18所示的第三实施方式,第一卡合构件包括至少一个(图 中是 2个 μ人连接部分 24沿着大体平行于针的方向延伸的钩状件 93, 而第二卡合构件包括相应的至少一个形成在防护臂 6 的向着针座 12 的端部上的开口 94。 当防护臂 6位于防护位置时, 钩状件 93伸进开 口 94并与开口 94以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
可以理解, 钩状件 93和开口 94的位置是可以互换的, 即钩状件 93可以形成在防护臂 6的向着针座 12的端部上,而开口 94可以形成 在连接部分 24上。
在图 13、 17〜19所示的实施方式中, 除了上述钩状件外, 第一卡 合构件还可包括从针座 12围绕着针 1 1延伸的筒状件 91 ,第二卡合构 件还可以包括位于防护臂 6内的钩状件 92。 如图 17所示, 当防护臂 6位于防护位置时, 防护臂 6内的钩状件 92钩在筒状件 91的壁上而 与筒状件 91 以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。 钩状件 92和筒状件 91 的卡合可以用来与上述成对钩状件 7和 8的不可退出的卡合一起使用 (如图所示),也可以在不使用成对钩状件 7和 8的情况下单独使用。
本领域技术人员可以想到, 上述筒状件和钩状件的卡合结构也可 以应用在图 1~12所示的针座 12安装在柱状部分 20中的情况。这时, 筒状件是从柱状部分围绕着针延伸而形成的。
图 22示出了本发明第七实施方式的针头防护组件, 图 23示出了 本发明第七实施方式的安全针组件。 在图 23所示的具体实施方式中, 针座 12固定地安装在针筒 15的前端的针座接收部 97中。 第七实施 方式与图 1~12所示的第一实施方式类似, 在安装部的第一端形成有 柱状部分 96。 该柱状部分 96为套筒状, 能够以螺紋联接、 卡扣连接 或锥面配合等本领域已知的连接方式固定地安装针筒 15上, 例如针 座接收部 97上。 本领域技术人员可以想到, 在没有针座接收部的应 用场合中, 柱状部分 96也可以通过螺纹联接、 卡扣连接或锥面配合 等本领域已知的连接方式固定地在针座 12或者针筒 15的其他位置。
如图 22和 23所示, 第七实施方式与图 13~19所示的实施方式类 似, 也包括形成在防护臂 6中的钩状件 92作为第二卡合构件; 但不 同之处在于, 在图 22和 23 中, 第一"" ^合构件是形成在柱状部分 96 外部的卡槽 95。钩状件 92能够以不可退出的方式与卡槽 95卡合在一 起, 例如, 如图 23所示, 卡在卡槽 95的壁上。 钩状件 92与卡槽 95 的卡合, 与上面描述的钩状件 92与筒状件 91的卡合相似, 这里不再 赘述。
在本发明没有示出的作为图 13、 17~19所示实施方式的替换实施 方式中, 图 22和 23所示的卡槽 95替换筒状件 91。
如图 3所示, 当防护臂 6转动到防护位置时, 针头 10的针 11经 过防护臂 6的开口 60进入到防护臂 6的内部。 为了进一步保证针 11 不会从防护臂 6中脱离, 参见图 4、 9和 10, 防护臂 6还可以包括第 三钩状件 64。第三钩状件 64包括从底防护壁 63向安装部 2—侧延伸 的立柱部 641和在立柱部 641的自由端弯向底防护壁 63的钩部 642。 通过弯向底防护壁 63的钩部 642, 针 1 1可以容易地被引导进入钩状 件 64的钩部 642并被以不可退出的方式卡在钩部 642中。
作为进一步优选的实施方式, 防护臂 6 还可以包括第四钩状件 65。 第四钩状件 65和第三钩状件 64具有相同的结构, 沿着防护臂 6 的延伸方向布置, 使得第四钩状件 65和第三钩状件 64的钩部交错相 对。 这种交错相对的布局, 有利于更加准确地引导针 1 1。
作为一种实施方式, 如图 4、 8、 9所示, 通过在底防护壁 63上 切割出第三、 第四钩状件, 然后向防护臂 6的开口侧立起钩状件, 来 形成上述的钩状件。 这样, 在底防护壁 63上面对着钩状件的钩部的 位置上形成了开口。
作为更加优选的方式, 还可以沿着一对侧防护壁 61 的内侧设置 一对上端有导引斜面的导引肋 66。 这种设置特别有利于将针 1 1约束 到钩状件 64、 65所在位置, 因此特别适合于针 1 1在使用后发生弯曲 的情形。
防护臂 6上与连接安装部 2的一端相对的另一端, 即与铰链构件
4所在的一端相对的另一端,还可以形成将底防护壁 63和一对侧防护 壁 61连接在一起的端防护壁 62。端防护壁 62提供了针对被卡在钩状 构件中的针 1 1的进一步防护。
针头防护装置 1可以使用塑料材料通过注塑工艺一体形成,作为 一体注塑件; 或者分别注塑带有保持装置 5的第二突出部分 52的防 护臂 6和带有保持装置 5其他部分的安装部 2, 然后再将二者通过铰 链构件的注塑连接在一起。
本发明的防护臂结构在注塑时无需要使用带有滑块的模具, 简化 了模具结构, 大大提高了模具腔的数量 (例如可以达到 96腔) , 非 常有利于釆用大模具通过一次注塑成型获得大批量的模塑产品, 显著 地降低了防护臂的生产成本。 而且, 本发明的防护臂结构的开模要求 低, 也有利于模具结构的简化, 降低模具的制造和使用成本。
作为本发明的进一步优选实施方式, 如图 5和图 7所示, 在底防 护壁 63 的远离安装部一侧的侧面上形成有防滑结构 9。 防滑结构 9 可以是图示的多个凸棱, 也可以是其他可以防滑的结构, 例如凹凸不 平的表面或者粘附在底防护壁表面上的粗糙或者摩擦系数大的片材 等。 防滑结构 9可以形成在防护臂 6的第二部分 69的底防护壁上; 还可以形成在拐角部分 67上, 成为防滑转角。 防滑结构便于相关人 员用手抓握, 防止意外滑脱。 另一方面, 在收集和整理使用后的注射 器等医疗器械时, 防滑结构, 尤其是防滑转角, 有利于这些医疗器械 的排列, 并防止这些医疗器械之间的相互滑动。

25. 如权利要求 23所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述凸凹 结构包括在所述针座孔(21 )和所述针座 ( 12) 中任意一个上形成的 不连续凹槽和形成在所述针座孔(21)和所述针座( 12) 中另一个上 的、 能够与所述不连续凹槽卡合的不连续凸起。
26. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述安装 部(2)还包括位于所述第一端的柱状部分(96) , 所述柱状部分(96) 能够固定地安装在针筒上。
27. 如权利要求 26所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述针座 能够安装在针筒前端的针座接收部(97)的内侧, 所述柱状部分(96) 能够安装在针筒前端的针座接收部 (97) 的外侧。
28. 如权利要求 22或 26所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一卡合构件包括形成在所述柱状部分(20)的两侧的一对 第一钩状件 (7) ,
所述第二卡合构件包括形成在所述防护臂的开口的两侧的一对 第二钩状件 (8) ,
其中, 当所述防护臂 (6) 转动到所述防护位置时, 所述第二钩 状件和所述第一钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合。
29. 如权利要求 22或 26所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述 第一卡合构件包括从所述柱状部分( 20) 围绕着所述针( 11 )延伸的 筒状件 (91 ) , 所述第二卡合构件包括位于所述防护臂 (6) 内的钩 状件 (92) , 当所述防护臂 (6)位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护臂 内的钩状件(92)钩在所述筒状件(91) 的壁上而与所述筒状件以不 可退出的方式卡合在一起。
30. 如权利要求 22或 26所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述 第一卡合构件包括形成在所述柱状部分外部的卡槽(95) , 所述第二 卡合构件包括位于所述防护臂 (6) 内的钩状件 (92) , 当所述防护 臂 (6) 位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护臂内的钩状件钩在所述卡槽 的壁上而与所述卡槽以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
31. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述连接 部分(24) 通过所述第一端与所述针座 ( 12) —体形成。
32. 如权利要求 31所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于,
所述第一卡合构件包括形成在所述针座( 12)的两侧的一对第一 钩状件 (7) ,
所述第二卡合构件包括形成在所述防护臂 (6) 的开口的两侧的 一对第二钩状件 (8) ,
其中, 当所述防护臂 (6) 转动到所述防护位置时, 所述第二钩 状件和所述第一钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合。
33. 如权利要求 31 所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一 卡合构件包括从所述针座( 12)围绕着所述针( 11 )延伸的筒状件( 91 ), 所述第二卡合构件包括位于所述防护臂 (6) 内的钩状件 (92) , 当 所述防护臂 (6) 位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护臂内的钩状件钩在 所述筒状件的壁上而与所述筒状件以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
34. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一 卡合构件包括至少一个从所述连接部分(24)沿着大体平行于所述针
( 11) 的方向延伸的钩状件(93) , 所述第二卡合构件包括至少一个 形成在所述防护臂的向着所述针座一侧的端部上的开口 (94) , 当所 述防护臂(6)位于所述防护位置时, 所述连接部分上的钩状件(93) 伸进所述防护臂上的开口 (94)并与所述开口以不可退出的方式卡合 在一起。
35. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一 卡合构件包括至少一个形成在所述连接部分上的开口, 所述第二卡合 构件包括至少一个从所述防护臂的向着所述针座一侧的端部向着所 述针座延伸的钩状件, 当所述防护臂位于所述防护位置时, 所述防护 臂上的钩状件伸进所述连接部分上的开口并与所述开口以不可退出 的方式卡合在一起。
36. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一 卡合构件包括位于所述连接部分( 24 )的两侧的一对第一钩状件( 7 ), 所述第二卡合构件包括位于所述防护臂 (6 ) 的开口的两侧的一对第 二钩状件 (8 ) , 当所述防护臂(6 )位于所述防护位置时, 所述第一 钩状件与所述第二钩状件以不可退出的方式卡合在一起。
37. 如权利要求 17所述的安全针组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一 卡合构件包括位于所述连接部分( 24 )的两侧的一对第一钩状件( 7 ) , 所述第二卡合构件包括位于所述防护臂 (6 ) 的向着所述针座 ( 12 ) 一侧的端部的两侧的一对第二钩状件 (8 ) , 当所述防护臂(6 )位于 所述防护位置时, 所述第一钩状件与所述第二钩状件以不可退出的方 式卡合在一起。
