MTC业务即为机器之间进行通信的业务。 在 MTC业务中不需要人的 参与, 所有的通信由机器自主完成。 MTC业务通过传感器等感知设备获得 数据, 该数据由移动运营商或者 MTC运营商的特定服务器进行管理, 可供 MTC用户或 MTC管理者查看, 然后通过通信设备将数据上报给移动通信 网络, 并通过移动通信网络接入到公共数据网, 例如物流监控、 安全监测、 远程医疗检测、 远程抄表等。 在上述过程中, 获取业务所需数据的设备即 为终端。
归属用户服务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server )用于保存用户或终端 设备的身份信息、 认证信息和授权信息。 根据不同情况, HSS 可用于保存 用户的身份信息及用户和终端设备的绑定信息, 或只保存用户的身份信息 (可由网关保存用户和终端设备的绑定信息), 或直接保存终端设备的身份 信息。 HSS还负责用户的签约数据库, 以及执行用户的身份验证和授权等。 业务平台可从 HSS查询用户或终端的相关信息。
移动性管理实体(MME, Mobility Management Entity )是核心网中用 于管理终端控制信令的实体, 负责接入控制, 包括鉴权控制, 标识(GUTI, TAI list )指配, 用户标识和设备标识险证, 信令面加密, 与 eNB之间的一 致性保护, 2G/3G与演进分组系统(EPS, Evolved Packet System )之间安 全参数以及服务质量(QoS, Quality of Service )参数的转换, 接入许可控 制, 决定是否可以获得请求的资源并预留相应资源, 合法监听, 移动性管 理(实现对 UE当前位置的跟踪和记录), 会话管理, 对 EPS承载的相关操 作, 以及网元选择等。
MTC业务引入了一些与传统移动通信不同的特性, 例如组寻址特性, 组寻址特性需要在 MTC终端签约一个终端组时,在该终端组的签约数据中 设置并激活组寻址(Group Based Addressing )特性, 存储在 HSS中。 在终 端附着到网络上时, MME从 HSS 中获得该终端的签约数据, 并保存在本 地。
目前, 对于 MTC的组寻址特性, 还没有提出能够同时触发一个终端组 中所有终端的具体实现机制, 使得组寻址特性被激活时, 运营商网络不能 够更好的优化需要接收相同消息的终端组的消息量。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种触发终端组的方法及系统, 能够同时触发一个终端组中的所有终端, 使得组寻址特性被激活时, 运营 商网络能够更好的优化需要接收相同消息的终端组的消息量。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 本发明提供了一种触发终端组的方法, 所述方法包括:
网络侧向终端组中的各终端发送用于指示所述终端组中各终端连接网 络的组触发消息;
所述终端组的各终端根据所述组触发消息, 与网络建立连接。

本发明的触发终端组的方法及系统, 通过向终端组的各终端发送用于 指示各终端连接网络的组触发消息, 使得终端组的各终端能够同时被触发, 并根据所述组触发消息与网络连接, 从而实现了一个终端组中所有终端的 同时触发, 使得终端组的组寻址特性被激活时, 运营商网络能够更好的优 化需要接收相同消息的终端组的消息量。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 需要触发终端组时, 向所述终端组中的各终端 发送用于触发所述终端组中各终端连接网络的组触发消息, 实现一个终端 组中所有终端的同时触发, 使得组寻址特性被激活时, 运营商网络能够更 好的优化需要接收相同消息的终端组的消息量。
本发明的一种触发终端组的方法, 参照图 2所示, 主要可以包括以下 步驟:
步驟 201 : 网络侧向终端组中的各终端发送用于指示所述终端组中各终 端连接网络的组触发消息;
这里, 网络侧通过广播的方式向终端组中的各终端发送用于指示所述 终端组中各终端连接网络的组触发消息。 具体地, 网络侧向所述终端组中的各终^

其中, 所述确认自身为所述组触发消息所指示的终端组的成员, 包括: 所述终端验证自身保存的终端组的标识信息、 与所述组触发消息中包含的 终端组标识信息一致时, 确认自身为所述组触发消息所指示的终端组的成 员; 或者, 所述终端验证自身的终端标识、 与所述组触发消息中所包含终 端组的终端标识集中的任意一个终端标识一致时, 确认自身为所述组触发 消息所指示的终端组的成员。
这里, 在步驟 201 之前, 所述方法还可以包括: 在终端组中的各终端 入网时, 将所述终端组的各终端签约为具有组寻址特性的终端, 为所述终 端组分配终端组标识信息,并在 MTC Server和 HSS中保存所述终端组的标 识信息和 /或所述终端组的终端标识集, 或者在 MTC Server和、 MTC网关 或 MTC代理中保存所述终端组的标识信息和 /或所述终端组的终端标识集; 上述终端组的标识信息可以为终端组的组标识(GID, Group ID ), 上 述的终端标识可以为终端的国际移动用户识别码( IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number ) , 终端标 i只集可以为 IMSI集。
相应的, 本发明还提供了一种触发终端组的系统, 所述系统包括: 网 络侧设备和终端组, 其中, 网络侧设备, 用于向所述终端组中的各终端发 送用于指示所述终端组中各终端连接网络的组触发消息; 终端组的各终端, 用于根据所述组触发消息, 与网络建立连接。
其中, 所述网络侧设备, 还用于通过广播的方式向所述终端组中的各 终端发送用于指示所述终端组中各终端连接网络的组触发消息。 含有所述终端组的标识信息、 或所述终端组的终端标识集的组触发消息。
具体地, 所述网络侧设备可以包括: MTC服务器、 HSS、 用于管理所 述终端组的 MME和对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站; 其中, MTC服务 器, 用于向所述 HSS发送所述组触发消息; HSS, 用于将所述组触发消息 发送给所述 MME; MME, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给对应所述终端组 中各终端的各基站; 对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站, 用于将所述组触 发消息广播给所述终端组的各终端。
或者, 所述网络侧设备可以包括: MTC服务器、 MTC网关或 MTC代 MTC网关或 MTC代理, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给所述 MME; MME, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站; 对应所 述终端组中各终端的各基站, 用于将所述组触发消息广播给所述终端组的 各终端。
其中, 终端组的各终端具体可以用于接收到所述组触发消息后, 检测 到自身具备组寻址特性、 且确认自身为所述组触发消息所指示的终端组的 成员时, 与网络建立连接。
这里, 终端组的各终端还可以用于验证自身保存的终端组的标识信息、 与所述组触发消息中包含的终端组标识信息一致时, 确认自身为所述组触 发消息所指示的终端组的成员; 或者, 险证自身的终端标识、 与所述组触 发消息中所包含终端组的终端标识集中的任意一个终端标识一致时, 确认 自身为所述组触发消息所指示的终端组的成员。
其中, 上述终端组的各终端具体可以为 MTC终端。
实施例一
本实施例中, 参照图 3 所示, 触发终端组的具体流程可以包括如下步 驟:
步驟 301、在终端组中的各终端入网时, 将所述终端组的各终端签约为 具有组寻址特性的终端, 为所述终端组分配 GID, 并在 HSS和 MTC Server 中保存所述终端组的 GID和 /或所述终端组的终端标识集;
步驟 302、所述终端组的各终端获取自身的签约特性参数、 以及自身所 在终端组的 GID并保存;
这里, 步驟 302的具体实现流程如下:
步驟 302a、 所述终端组的一个终端发送附着请求到 MME;
其中, 所述附着请求可以包括终端的标识和安全证书; 步驟 302b、 MME接收所述附着请求,通过对所述附着请求中的终端标 识和安全证书进行鉴权后, 向 HSS发送更新位置请求消息, 请求所述终端 的签约数据, 所述更新位置请求消息中包含终端标识, 如终端的 IMSI; 步驟 302c、 HSS接收所述 MME发送的更新位置请求消息后, 根据所 述更新位置请求消息中的终端标识, 查找所述终端的签约数据, 所述终端 的签约数据中包括所述终端的签约特性参数、 以及所述终端的终端标识与 所述终端所在终端组的 GID的对应关系;
这里, 所述终端的签约特性参数用于表示所述终端所具备的特性, 例 如, 终端的组寻址特征等。 具体地, 所述终端的签约特性参数可以通过具 体的取值, 表示所述终端具备组寻址特性、 或不具备组寻址特性。
步驟 302d、 HSS 通过更新位置确认消息发送所述终端的签约数据给 MME;
步驟 302e、 MME接收 HSS发送的更新位置确认消息, 获取所述终端 的签约数据, 从所述签约数据中提取所述终端的签约特性参数、 以及所述 终端的终端标识与所述终端所在终端组的 GID的对应关系, 并保存;
步驟 302f、 MME发送附着接受信令给所述终端, 在附着接受信令中包 含所述终端的签约特性参数、 以及所述终端所在终端组的 GID;
步驟 302g、 所述终端接收所述附着接受信令, 获取自身的签约特性参 数、 以及自身所在终端组的 GID并保存;
步驟 303、所述终端组的各终端业务结束后,发送去附着请求到 MME,
MME 在删除承载后, 释放掉 S1-MME信令连接, 相应的无线资源控制 ( RRC, Radio Resource Control )连接也会被释放, 此时, 所述终端组的各 终端进入离线状态;
步驟 304、 需要触发终端组时, MTC server发送组触发消息给 HSS, 指示所述终端组中的各终端与网络建立连接, 其中, 所述组触发消息中携 带有组信息, 该组信息可以设置为所述终端组的 GID, 或者还可以设置为 所述终端组的终端标识集,例如,设置为包含有所述终端组中各终端的 IMSI 的 IMSI集;
这里,所述组触发消息中还可以包括 MTC server的服务器地址和 /或服 务器标识。
步驟 305、 HSS接收所述组触发消息,根据所述组触发消息中的组信息, 查询到用于管理所述终端组的目标 MME的标识,并根据所述目标 MME的 标识, 通过插入签约数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息发送所述组触发消 息到所述目标 MME;
具体地, 在 HSS可以预先对应保存用于管理终端组的 MME的标识、 与终端组的 GID。 在所述组信息设置为终端组的 GID时, HSS以组信息中 的 GID作为索引, 从自身保存的签约数据中查询用于管理所述终端组的目 标 MME的标识。
在 HSS可以预先对应保存用于管理终端组的 MME的标识、 与终端组 中各终端的终端标识, 在所述组信息设置为终端标识集时, HSS 以组信息 中的第一个终端标识作为索引, 从自身保存的签约数据中查询用于管理所 述终端组的目标 MME的标识。
步驟 306、 MME 通过 S1 接口的下行非接入层 (NAS, Non Access Stratum )传输消息将所述组触发消息发送给所述终端组中各终端对应的各 基站;
这里, MME 可以^ ^据各终端的终端标识, 如终端的 IMSI, 查询到所 述各终端对应的各基站的标识, 再根据所述各基站的标识, 向各基站发送 所述组触发消息。
步驟 307、所述终端组中各终端对应的各基站在原有系统信息块( SIB ) 扩展信息元, 通过小区广播的方式广播所述组触发消息; 具体地, 基站在原有的 SIB 中添加一个用于携带所述组触发消息的信 元后, 通过小区广播的方式广播所述 SIB。
步驟 308、 所述终端组的各终端分别接收到自身的基站所广播的 SIB, 从所述 SIB 中获取到所述组触发消息, 并检测自身是否具有组寻址特性, 如果是, 则继续步驟 309, 否则, 结束当前流程;
具体地, 如果终端在本地查询到自身的签约特性参数, 且所述签约特 性参数表示所述终端具备组寻址特性时, 则所述终端确定自身具有组寻址 特性; 如果所述终端在本地未查询到签约特性参数、 或者所述签约特性参 数表示所述终端不具备组寻址特性时, 则所述终端确定自身不具有组寻址 特性。
步驟 309、所述终端组的各终端检测到自身具备组寻址特性时, 判断自 身是否为所述组触发消息所指示终端组的成员, 如果是, 则继续步驟 310; 否则, 结束当前流程。
具体地, 终端可以通过以下两种方式判断自身是否为所述组触发消息 所指示终端组的成员:
方式一, 所述终端将自身保存的终端组的 GID与所述组触发消息中组 信息的终端组 GID进行比较, 如果一致, 则所述终端为所述组触发消息所 指示终端组的成员, 如果不一致, 则所述终端不是所述组触发消息所指示 终端组的成员;
方式二, 所述终端将自身的终端标识分别与所述组触发消息中组信息 的终端标识集中各终端标识进行比较, 如果组信息的终端标识集中有终端 标识与所述终端的终端标识相一致, 则所述终端为所述组触发消息所指示 终端组的成员; 否则, 所述终端不是所述组触发消息所指示终端组的成员。
步驟 310、 所述终端组中处于离线状态的各终端, 发起网络附着请求, 与网络建立连接。 实施例二
本实施例中, 参照图 4所示, 触发终端组的具体流程可以包括如下步 驟:
步驟 401-403、 与步驟 301-303 相同, 所不同的是, 本实施例中, 在 MTC网关或 MTC代理和 MTC Server中保存所述终端组的 GID和 /或所述 终端组的终端标识集;
步驟 404、 MTC server发送组触发消息给 MTC网关或 MTC代理, 指 示所述终端组中处于离线状态的各终端与网络建立连接, 其中, 所述组触 发消息中携带有组信息, 该组信息可以设置为所述终端组的 GID, 或者还 可以设置为包含有所述终端组中各终端标识的终端标识集, 例如, 包含有 所述终端组中各终端的 IMSI的 IMSI集;
这里, MTC网关或 MTC代理包括协议转发和寻址等功能。
这里,所述组触发消息中还可以包括 MTC server的服务器地址和 /或服 务器标识。
步驟 405、 MTC网关或 MTC代理接收所述组触发消息,根据所述组触 发消息中的组信息,查询到用于管理所述终端组中各终端的目标 MME的标 识,并才 据所述目标 MME的标识,发送所述组触发消息给所述目标 MME; 具体地, 在所述组信息设置为终端组的 GID时, MTC网关或 MTC代 理以组信息中的 GID作为索引, 从自身保存的签约数据中查询用于管理所 述终端组中各终端的目标 MME的标识。
在所述组信息设置为终端标识集时, MTC网关或 MTC代理以组信息 中的第一个终端标识作为索引, 从自身保存的签约数据中查询用于管理所 述终端组中各终端的目标 MME的标识。
步驟 406-410、 与步驟 306-310完全相同。
实施例三 本实施例中, 参照图 5 所示, 触发终端组的具体流程可以包括如下步 驟:
步驟 501-502、 与步驟 301-302完全相同;
步驟 503、 所述终端组的各终端无业务需求, 进入空闲状态; 步驟 504-509、 与步驟 304-309完全相同;
步驟 510、 所述终端组中处于空闲状态的各终端, 发起网络附着请求, 与网络建立连接。

9、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述触发终端组的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端标识为终端的国际移动用户识别码( IMSI )。
10、 一种触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 网络侧设 备和终端组, 其中,
网络侧设备, 用于向所述终端组中的各终端发送用于指示所述终端组 中各终端连接网络的组触发消息;
终端组的各终端, 用于根据所述组触发消息, 与网络建立连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络 侧设备, 还用于通过广播的方式向所述终端组中的各终端发送用于指示所 述终端组中各终端连接网络的组触发消息。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络 或所述终端组的终端标识集的组触发消息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络 侧设备包括: MTC服务器、 HSS、 用于管理所述终端组的 MME和对应所 述终端组中各终端的各基站; 其中,
MTC服务器, 用于向所述 HSS发送所述组触发消息;
HSS, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给所述 MME;
MME, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给对应所述终端组中各终端的各基 站;
对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站, 用于将所述组触发消息广播给所 述终端组的各终端。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络 侧设备包括: MTC服务器、 MTC网关或 MTC代理、 用于管理所述终端组 的 MME和对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站; 其中,
MTC服务器,用于向所述 MTC网关或 MTC代理发送所述组触发消息; MTC网关或 MTC代理, 用于将所述组触发消息发送给所述 MME; MME , 用于将所述组触发消息发送给对应所述终端组中各终端的各基 站;
对应所述终端组中各终端的各基站, 用于将所述组触发消息广播给所 述终端组的各终端。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端 组的各终端, 用于接收到所述组触发消息后, 检测到自身具备组寻址特性、 且确认自身为所述组触发消息所指示的终端组的成员时, 与网络建立连接。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端 组的各终端, 还用于验证自身保存的终端组的标识信息、 与所述组触发消 息中包含的终端组标识信息一致时, 确认自身为所述组触发消息所指示的 终端组的成员; 或者, 验证自身的终端标识、 与所述组触发消息中所包含 终端组的终端标识集中的任意一个终端标识一致时, 确认自身为所述组触 发消息所指示的终端组的成员。
17、 根据权利要求 10至 16任一项所述触发终端组的系统, 其特征在 于, 所述终端组的各终端为 MTC终端。
