Description

一种新型复合材料及其生产方法 技术领域:
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域。 背景技术:
目前, 仿木地砖、 风扇叶片、 仿木家具、 仿木门窗、 装饰材料等 普遍采用 PVC材料, 而 PVC材料回收性较差, 在自然条件下不容易 降解, 不利于环保。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种 新型复合材料及其生产方法, 该复合材料具有用途广泛、 耐高温、 以 及环保性能良好的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的新型复合材料的生产方法包括如下步 骤:
( 1 ) 用添加了架桥剂的油墨在由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的印刷 层上进行印刷, 形成颜色层;
(2) 将颜色层和印刷层与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的耐磨层复 合热熔共聚结合在一起。
作为上述技术方案的优选, 在步骤 (2) 后进行将印刷层底部与 由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的稳定层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的步骤 作为上述技术方案的优选, 在步骤 (3 ) 后进行将稳定层底部与 由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的消音消气层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的 步骤 (4)。
作为上述技术方案的优选, 在步骤 (4) 后进行将消音消气层底 部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的隔热层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的 步骤 (5 )。
作为上述技术方案的优选, 所述的复合热熔共聚结合在 100~300°C、 100~3000公斤压力的条件下进行。
本发明的新型复合材料从上到下依次包括有由高聚物聚丙烯材 料构成的耐磨层、 由油墨构成的颜色层、 由高聚物聚丙烯材料构成的 印刷层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的印刷层底部复合热熔共聚结合 有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的稳定层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的稳定层底部复合热熔共聚结合 有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的消音消气层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述的消音消气层底部复合热熔共聚 结合有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的隔热层。
本发明的有益效果在于: 其使用的材料具有可回收性、在自然条 件下容易降解的特点, 且各层之间无胶水化学成分、 粘接牢固, 环保 性非常好, 可用于多种产品的生产; 另外, 其还具有非常良好的耐高 温特性, 高温下不变形, 防火性能突出。 附图说明:

具体实施方式:
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保 护范围。
本发明的新型复合材料的生产方法包括如下步骤:
( 1 ) 用双向拉伸聚丙烯材料 (BOPP ) 加水性油墨 (添加有 50%~70%的架桥剂以保护油墨的色素分子) 进行印刷, 形成表面的 颜色层 (可为各种图案, 如木紋型、 大理石型等) 和印刷层;
(2) 将颜色层和印刷层与由高聚物聚丙烯材料 (PP) 制成的耐 磨层在 100°C、 1000公斤的压力下复合热熔共聚结合在一起;
在上述两个步骤之后还可进行如下步骤:
(3 ) 将印刷层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料 (PP) 制成的稳定层 (加强层) 在 170°C、 1000公斤的压力下复合热熔共聚结合在一起, 以增加产品的强度;
(4) 将稳定层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料 (PP) 发泡后制成的 消音消气层在 170°C、 1000公斤的压力下复合热熔共聚结合在一起, 以增加产品的厚度;
(5 ) 将消音消气层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料 (PP) 制成的隔 热层在 170°C、 1000公斤的压力下复合热熔共聚结合在一起, 隔热层 底面呈凹凸不平状, 以使产品具有良好的隔热性能。
本发明的新型复合材料可用于生产仿木地砖、 风扇叶片、 仿木家 具、 仿木门窗、 包装盒、 装饰材料等。
图 1和图 2所示为由本发明的新型复合材料制成的风扇叶片 100 实施例一的结构示意图,其从上到下依次包括有由高聚物聚丙烯材料 构成的耐磨层 10、 由水性油墨构成的颜色层 20、 由双向拉伸聚丙烯 材料构成的印刷层 30。
图 3所示为本发明的复合材料实施例二的结构示意图,其从上到 下依次包括有由高聚物聚丙烯材料构成的耐磨层 10、 由水性油墨构 成的颜色层 20、 由双向拉伸聚丙烯材料构成的印刷层 30、 由高聚物 聚丙烯材料构成的稳定层 40、 由高聚物聚丙烯材料发泡后构成的消 音消气层 50、 由高聚物聚丙烯材料发泡后构成的隔热层 60。
需要说明的是: 稳定层 40、 消音消气层 50、 以及隔热层 60可根 据需要进行取舍。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种新型复合材料的生产方法, 其特征在于包括如下步骤:
( 1 ) 用添加了架桥剂的油墨在由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的印刷 层上进行印刷, 形成颜色层;
(2) 将颜色层和印刷层与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的耐磨层复 合热熔共聚结合在一起。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的新型复合材料的生产方法, 其特征在 于: 在步骤 (2) 后进行将印刷层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的 稳定层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的步骤 (3 )。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的新型复合材料的生产方法, 其特征在 于: 在步骤 (3 ) 后进行将稳定层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的 消音消气层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的步骤 (4)。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的新型复合材料的生产方法, 其特征在 于: 在步骤 (4) 后进行将消音消气层底部与由高聚物聚丙烯材料制 成的隔热层复合热熔共聚结合在一起的步骤 (5 )。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的新型复合材料的生产方 法, 其特征在于: 所述的复合热熔共聚结合在 100~300°C、 100-3000 公斤压力的条件下进行。
6. 由权利要求 1所述方法得到的新型复合材料, 其特征在于从 上到下依次包括有由高聚物聚丙烯材料构成的耐磨层、由油墨构成的 颜色层、 由高聚物聚丙烯材料构成的印刷层。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的新型复合材料, 其特征在于: 所述的 印刷层底部复合热熔共聚结合有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的稳定层。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的新型复合材料, 其特征在于: 所述的 稳定层底部复合热熔共聚结合有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的消音消 气层。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的新型复合材料, 其特征在于: 所述的 消音消气层底部复合热熔共聚结合有由高聚物聚丙烯材料制成的隔 热层。
