Abstract
La présente invention concerne un matériau de plancher pour un système de chauffage par le sol coréen, et plus particulièrement, un panneau de plancher constitué d'une plaque de résine extrudée. Une pluralité de passages et de poches d'air sont formés de façon intégrée en forme de treillis dans le panneau de plancher, et un écoulement d'eau chaude est entraîné à travers des joints de passage afin de réaliser un refroidissement et un chauffage efficaces. En formant des poches d'air, des effets d'isolation thermique peuvent être obtenus, et du bruit entre les étages d'un bâtiment, qui entraîne des problèmes entre les étages d'un bâtiment, peuvent également être réduits. Les joints de passage appartiennent à deux types différents de forme, et des filets de vis sont formés de façon opposée, afin de permettre à deux feuilles de panneaux d'être accouplées l'une avec l'autre ou séparées en utilisant un écrou, minimisant ainsi le risque de fuites. Une structure d'accouplement concave-convexe est formée pour accoupler un panneau avec un autre, et une rainure de foret est formée dans une surface évidée afin de permettre au panneau d'être fixé à un panneau de contreplaqué en utilisant un foret, de sorte que l'assemblage et la construction puissent être réalisés simplement et rapidement, réduisant ainsi sensiblement les coûts.
