Abstract

L'invention concerne un renfort pour pièce moulée comportant éléments (1 a-d, 2a-e) de renfort essentiellement plans formés avec des parties en anneaux (3a-e) disposés en une rangée le long d'une ligne et reliés entre eux par des rétrécissements. Le renfort comporte des ensembles de petits éléments (1 a-d, 2e) de renfort et des ensembles de gros éléments (2a-d) de renfort, le diamètre extérieur des parties en anneaux des petits éléments de renfort est essentiellement le même que le diamètre intérieur des parties en anneaux des gros éléments de renfort. Les parties en anneaux des petits éléments de renfort sont placées à l'intérieur de parties en anneaux des gros éléments de renfort. Dans un mode de réalisation, le diamètre extérieur des parties en anneaux des petits éléments de renfort est légèrement supérieur au diamètre intérieur des parties en anneaux des gros éléments de renfort, de sorte que le renfort est préchargé en tension lorsque les petits éléments de renfort sont placés à l'intérieur des gros éléments de renfort. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, les petits éléments de renfort comportent des parties (4) de blocage disposées de façon à bloquer les petits éléments de renfort solidairement des gros. Les parties (4) de blocage peuvent être formées comme des paires de dents avec un interstice entre celles-ci, les parties de blocage étant placées à la périphérie des parties (3a-e) en anneaux les plus éloignées de la ligne médiane des petits éléments de renfort.
