Abstract

본 발명은 열풍을 이용해 세탁물을 간편하고 빠르게 건조시킬 수 있는 세탁물 건조용 송풍유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 세탁물 건조용 송풍유닛은. 공기 토출구가 형성된 하부 케이스; 하부 케이스에 결합되어 하부 케이스의 상면에 설치되는 구성요소들을 보호하며, 외부로부터 공기가 유입되는 공기 유입구가 형성된 상부 케이스; 공기 토출구에 설치되며 히터가 내장되는 히터 케이스; 및 공기 토출구에서 히터 케이스의 윗쪽에 설치되는 송풍팬;을 포함하여, 공기 유입구를 통해 유입된 공기는 송풍팬을 거친 후, 히터에서 가열되어 공기 토출구를 통해 토출된다. 본 발명 세탁물 건조용 송풍유닛에 의하면, 종래에서와 달리 송풍팬이 히터 케이스 내에 위치되지 않고 히터 케이스의 윗쪽에 위치됨으로써, 히터와 송풍팬이 이격되어 히터에서 발생된 열에 의해 송풍팬이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 특히, 외부로부터 유입되는 공기가 송풍팬을 먼저 거친 후 히터를 거치기 때문에 히터에서 가열된 공기가 송풍팬에 접촉될 염려가 없어 송풍팬이 손상되는 것을 철저하게 방지할 수 있다.
