Abstract

　入射した光を偏向させる光偏向器（１０）であって、内部の屈折率分布を変調させることにより、入射した光を偏向させる光偏向素子（１０１）を備え、光偏向素子（１０１）に入射した光は、光偏向素子（１０１）を複数回通過した後に、光偏向素子（１０１）から出射する。
