Abstract

 入射した光を偏向させる光偏向器(10)であって、内部の屈折率分布を変調させることにより、入射した光を偏向させる光偏向素子(101)を備え、光偏向素子(101)に入射した光は、光偏向素子(101)を複数回通過した後に、光偏向素子(101)から出射する。
