多功能紧固钉及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固钉,尤其涉及对紧固钉钉杆的螺纹结构进行改进以及紧固钉的使用方法。
背景技术
目前市场上制作使用的紧固螺丝钉主要有三类:多头螺丝(如图1所示)、拉爆螺丝(如图2所示)和顶爆螺丝(如图3所示)。上述三种广泛使用的紧固螺丝钉在坚硬的被紧固母体上固定物体一般没有问题,但是当被紧固母体不是坚硬材料,例如是沥青路面(也称柏油路面)时,现有技术的紧固螺丝钉就无法起到安全牢靠的稳固作用。以在沥青路面上固定减速胶板等交通设施为例,多头螺丝打入沥青路面后仍无法稳固;拉爆螺丝和顶爆螺丝的膨胀套胀开后,由于沥青路不够硬,因此也不能起到稳固作用。也就是说以上三种紧固螺丝钉均无法用于稳固沥青路面上的减速胶板等交通设施,本发明的紧固钉用于填补该技术的空白。
发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种适合在非坚硬被紧固母体,如沥青路面上使用的多功能紧固钉及其使用方法。
(二)技术方案

本发明特别适合在非坚硬的被紧固母体上,如沥青路面上使用,能非常方便地更换损坏或需要维修的被固定物,减少工作量和维护成本。

Claims (1)

  1. 权 利 要 求 书
    1、一种多功能紧固钉,包括:螺帽(1)、钉杆(2)以及钉杆(2)下端的钉杆尖端(3),其特征在于:所述钉杆(2)周面分成三个实现不同功能的杆部区域,所述三个实现不同功能的杆部区域包括:位于钉杆上部的阻旋转直纹段(21),位于钉杆下部的旋紧螺纹段(22)以及用于增强钉杆粘结力的至少一条环状胶水接纳凹槽(23);所述环状胶水接纳凹槽(23)被设置在旋紧螺纹段(22)中,并且与所述旋紧螺纹段(22)的螺纹交叉。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于: 所述胶水接纳凹槽(23)有三条,最上面的一条位于所述阻旋转直纹段(21)和旋紧螺纹段(22)的交界处,该胶水接纳凹槽(23)的底部略深于旋紧螺纹段(22)的螺纹牙底以及阻旋转直纹段(21)的齿纹底部,其余两条胶水接纳凹槽(23)的底部略深于旋紧螺纹段(22)的螺纹牙底。
    3、根据权利要求2所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述阻旋转直纹段(21)的长度与所述钉杆(2)总长度的比小于三分之一,所述旋紧螺纹段(22)的长度与所述钉杆(2)总长度的比大于三分之二。
    4、根据权利要求3所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述阻旋转直纹段(21)的直径从上向下相同,所述旋紧螺纹段(22)的直径从上向下逐渐减小。
    5、根据权利要求4所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)与钉杆(2)为一体结构。
    6、根据权利要求4所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)与钉杆(2)为可拆装的连接结构,所述钉杆(2)的顶部直径较小且具有外螺纹(24),所述螺帽(1)的底部设置有与该外螺纹(24)旋配的螺孔。
    7、根据权利要求5或6所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)的外形为六角形螺帽或其外形为圆形但其上面中部有内六角形凹位,或所述螺帽(1)上面中部设置有十字凹槽。
    8、根据权利要求6所述的多功能紧固钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽(1)的顶部固定连接一吊钩(11)构成带吊钩的多功能紧固钉;或所述钉杆(2)顶部直径较小的外螺纹(24)加长,并且增加第二螺帽(4),构成固定天花板的多功能紧固钉。
    9、一种如权利要求1至6任一项权利要求所述的多功能紧固钉的使用方法,其特征在于,所述使用方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤A:确定待安装物的安装位置,通过钻孔工具在被紧固母体上钻一小孔,该小孔的直径小于所述紧固钉钉杆的直径;
    步骤B:将所述紧固钉的钉杆周面涂覆胶水;
    步骤C:将所述紧固钉穿过待安装物上的安装孔后,打入步骤A所述预先钻好的被紧固母体的小孔内,滞留在胶水接纳凹槽(23)内的胶水将被挤压扩散到所述旋紧螺纹段(22)和阻旋转直纹段(21)中,使所述紧固钉的钉杆表面与被紧固母体粘结在一起。
    10、根据权利要求9所述的多功能紧固钉的使用方法,其特征在于:当所述紧固钉采用可拆装螺帽(1)时,旋开所述紧固钉的螺帽(1)后,可更换损坏或需要维修的被紧固件。
