优选地, 一种实现增值业务的装置, 包括: 消息接收单元、 号码选择单 元、 号码替换单元和消息发送单元, 其中:
消息接收单元, 设置为从行业应用网关接收增值业务消息;
号码选择单元, 设置为在消息接收单元接收到增值业务消息后, 选择一 本网的虚拟号码;
号码替换单元, 设置为在号码选择单元选择本网的虚拟号码后, 将增值 业务消息的主叫号码替换为号码选择单元所选择的本网的虚拟号码;
消息发送单元, 设置为将号码替换单元完成号码替换的增值业务消息通 过互通网关发送给异网用户。
优选地, 还包括: 信息存储单元和状态报告返回单元, 其中:
信息存储单元, 设置为保存主叫号码、 所选择的本网的虚拟号码和增值 业务消息的消息标识的对应关系信息;
状态报告返回单元, 设置为在接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据消息 状态报告的消息标识和被叫号码从对应关系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将 消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将消息状态报告发送 给行业应用网关。
综上, 上述技术方案通过增加异网消息代理网关将增值业务消息的发送 流程虚拟为点到点的消息流程, 实现将增值业务消息发送给异网用户, 能扩 大消息业务在增值业务领域的应用, 提升用户对增值业务的体验度, 也提高 了运营商在消息业务中的服务质量和广度。 上述技术方案无须更改互通网关 的处理流程和机制, 对已有的消息流程及设备更改最小, 且不涉及到运营商 之间的协商, 仅需要更改本运营商的设备和流程, 便于在现网部署。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本实施方式考虑在网络系统中增加一个节点, 由该节点专门处理增值业 务系统发送到异网用户的增值业务消息, 将增值业务消息的发送方号码即增 值业务系统的参数替换为本网的虚拟号码, 实现将增值业务消息的发送流程 虚拟为点到点的消息流程, 使本网互通网关和异网互通网关均可以处理异网 消息。 本网的虚拟号码是指具有本网的网号, 而不指向实际终端的数字序列。
请参考附图 2 , 为实现将增值业务消息发送给异网用户, 需要对现有网 络系统进行以下改进。
( 1 )在网络系统中增加异网消息代理网关, 异网消息代理网关的主要功 能是: 对发送给异网用户的增值业务消息进行发送方参数(主叫号码) 的替 换和还原; 提供与行业应用网关和本网互通网关的接口及协议等。
( 2 )对行业应用网关增加与异网消息代理网关的物理连接; 行业应用网 关对本网上行 ( Mobile Original, MO )和下行( Mobile Terminate, MT )消息 的路由均不改变。 若根据目的号码判断是发往异网用户的消息, 则对需要下 行到异网用户的消息以 SMPP (短消息点到点)协议发送给异网消息代理网 关。 对行业应用网关而言, 与异网消息代理网关的连接相当于增加一个与短 信中心的对接。
行业应用网关到异网消息代理网关的路由可以通过静态配置的方法, 也 可以配置查询 Enumdns, 具体视现网情况确定。 如果是前者, 行业应用网关 需要配置异网消息代理网关的路由信息, 还可以进一步配置异网消息代理网 关服务的网号, 并进一步配置号段; 如果是后者, 则只需要配置异网消息代 理网关的路由信息。
( 3 )本网互通网关不需要在业务流程上进行任何的修改, 只需要将异网 消息代理网关作为普通的短信中心即可, 即提供与后者的接口。
异网消息代理网关建设前后本网 MO/MT流程是一样的, 没有任何变化。 异网消息代理网关建设后 EC/SI能够 MT到异网用户。
本实施方式中的增值业务消息包含移动智能网中的短信业务和彩信业 务。
本实施方式的重点在于在网络中新增异网消息代理网关, 下面对该异网 消息代理网关的主要功能进行详细说明:
( a )接口功能:
异网消息代理网关 (以下简称代理网关)与行业应用网关釆用 SMPP接 口。 代理网关作为 SMPP服务端, 能够转发消息和状态报告, 接口协议与现 在短信中心的对外接口协议相同。 行业应用网关作为 SMPP协议客户端, 向 代理网关发送增值业务消息。代理网关与互通网关釆用 SMPP协议实现互通。
( b )路由功能:
代理网关到互通网关的路由釆用本地静态配置的方法。 为使互通网关能 够成功接收并解析发送给异网用户的增值业务消息, 需要将互通网关服务的 网号, 进一步包括号段配置给互通网关。 代理网关收到行业应用网关发送的 增值业务消息后, 分析目的号码, 根据目的号码确定为该目的号码提供服务 的互通网关, 将增值业务消息发送给确定的互通网关。 互通网关的确定釆用 目的号码最长匹配原则。
( c )发送方参数的替换及还原功能:
代理网关需要具备虚拟号码转换功能, 虚拟号码由维护部门提交虚拟号 码资源文件, 代理网关通过读取该文件得到动态的号码资源。 具体文件格式 为每个号码占一行, 文件名为: VirtualNumYYYYMMDD.txt , 其中 YYYYMMDD是 8位的当天日期, 每天最多传送一次, 若无变化则可以不进 行传送。
代理网关上不能更改虚拟号码, 仅可以查询, 查询时可以按照所需的虚 拟号码的网号从号码资源文件中查询, 查询的结果可以导出到 txt或 excel文 件中。 代理网关接收到行业应用网关的消息后, 根据本网的网号随机选择一个 虚拟号码替换消息中的主叫号码, 然后发送到互通网关。 此时, 代理网关需 要緩存主叫号码与消息 ID ( MSGID )的对应关系信息, 或保存主叫号码和所 选择的本网的虚拟号码的对应关系信息, 或保存主叫号码、 所选择的本网的 虚拟号码和 MSGID 的对应关系信息。 在消息状态报告返回后, 代理网关在 转发消息状态报告给行业应用网关时, 相应地, 根据消息状态报告的 MSGID 查询緩存的主叫号码, 或根据将消息状态报告的被叫号码查询緩存的消息的 被叫号码对应的主叫号码, 或根据消息状态报告的 MSGID和被叫号码查询 对应的主叫号码, 并将主叫号码填写到消息状态报告中的被叫号码中, 即完 成反向替换, 保证行业应用网关能够正确处理这个状态报告消息。
( d ) 流程要求:
代理网关应能够接收多个行业应用网关的消息, 并根据目的号码路由转 发给互通网关。 需要等待互通网关返回成功状态报告后才产生话单。 收到互 通网关返回的成功状态报告后需要转发给行业应用网关, 状态报告釆用按原 路由返回的原则。
( e )其他功能:
除去上述基本功能外, 异网消息代理网关还需要具备基本的操作、 维护、 统计等功能。 如有必要, 也可具备计费功能。
以上是新增的异网消息代理网关需要具备的主要功能。 网络中的其他相 关节点的功能更改并不大。原有的行业应用网关需要增加对代理网关的路由、 网号及号段的配置, 以便行业应用网关能根据增值业务消息的目的号码将消 息正确地发往异网消息代理网关; 对于行业应用网关, 代理网关相当于一个 短信中心。
图 3为本实施方式实现短信增值业务的方法, 下面以发送短消息为例进 行说明, 包括:
S301 : 增值业务系统通过行业应用网关发送短信息给手机用户, 如果是 发送给异网用户的增值业务消息, 则目的号码为异网的用户号码; 增值业务系统具体将消息发送给哪个行业应用网关, 在增值业务系统中 可通过静态路由查询。
S302: 行业应用网关收到增值业务消息后, 解析消息体并分析目的号码 是否为异网用户, 如果不是, 则执行步骤 303; 如果是, 则执行步骤 304;
S303: 执行本网 MT流程, 结束;
S304: 行业应用网关根据本地静态配置的路由信息或查询 EnumDNS将 消息发往异网消息代理网关;
S305: 异网消息代理网关收到消息后, 解析消息体, 并从预先导入配置 台的虚拟号码资源文件中随机选择一个虚拟号码替换消息的主叫号码即 ECSI参数, 将消息发往本网互通网关, 并存储虚拟号码、 ECSI参数与该流 程的 MSGID的对应关系信息, 便于消息状态报告到达后还原主叫号码;
S306: 本网互通网关根据消息的目的号码将其发送给正确的异网短信互 通网关;
S307: 异网互通网关将消息发送给异网短信中心并最终将消息送达目的 用户;
S308: 目的用户收到消息后, 终端提供消息状态报告; 该消息状态报告 经过异网短信中心、 异网互通网关和本网互通网关最终送达异网消息代理网 关;
S309: 代理网关根据消息状态报告的 MSGID和虚拟号码查询主叫号码 ( ECSI参数) , 并用 ECSI参数即主叫号码替换虚拟号码;
S310: 代理网关将重构后的消息状态 ^艮告通过行业应用网关送达 ECSI, 便于 ECSI正确接收及产生话单,代理网关自身也可根据配置决定是否产生话 单, 至此, 异网 MT流程结束。
图 4为本实施方式的实现增值业务的装置, 包括: 消息接收单元、 号码 选择单元、 号码替换单元、 消息发送单元、 信息存储单元和状态报告返回单 元, 其中:
消息接收单元, 设置为从行业应用网关接收增值业务消息。 号码选择单元, 设置为在消息接收单元接收到增值业务消息后, 解析消 息体, 并从预先导入配置台的虚拟号码资源文件中随机选择一个虚拟号码。 号码替换单元, 设置为在号码选择单元选择本网的虚拟号码后, 将增值 业务消息的主叫号码替换为号码选择单元所选择的本网的虚拟号码。
消息发送单元, 设置为将号码替换单元完成号码替换的增值业务消息通 过互通网关发送给异网用户。
信息存储单元, 设置为保存主叫号码、 所选择的本网的虚拟号码和增值 业务消息的消息标识的对应关系信息; 或保存主叫号码和增值业务消息的消 息标识的对应关系信息; 保存主叫号码和所选择的本网的虚拟号码的对应关 系信息。
状态报告返回单元, 设置为在接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据消息 状态报告的消息标识和被叫号码从对应关系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将 消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将消息状态报告发送 给行业应用网关; 根据消息状态报告的消息标识从对应关系信息中查找对应 的主叫号码, 将消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将消 息状态报告发送给行业应用网关; 或根据消息状态报告的被叫号码从对应关 系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到 的主叫号码, 将消息状态 4艮告发送给行业应用网关。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述技术方案的各模块、 各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们的多个模块或者步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明的实施方式可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
上述技术方案提供一种实现增值业务的方法、 系统及装置, 可以将移动 智能网络中的增值业务消息发送给异网用户。 上述技术方案通过增加异网消 息代理网关将增值业务消息的发送流程虚拟为点到点的消息流程, 实现将增 值业务消息发送给异网用户, 能扩大消息业务在增值业务领域的应用, 提升 用户对增值业务的体验度,也提高了运营商在消息业务中的服务质量和广度。 上述技术方案无须更改互通网关的处理流程和机制, 对已有的消息流程及设 备更改最小, 且不涉及到运营商之间的协商, 仅需要更改本运营商的设备和 流程, 便于在现网部署。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现增值业务的方法, 包括: 在行业应用网关与互通网关之间设 置异网消息代理网关, 其中:
所述行业应用网关将发送到异网用户的增值业务消息发送给所述异网消 息代理网关;
所述异网消息代理网关在接收到所述增值业务消息后, 选择一本网的虚 拟号码, 将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所选择的本网的虚拟号码, 通过所述互通网关将所述增值业务消息发送给所述异网用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述异网消息代理网关在将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所选择 的本网的虚拟号码的步骤后, 所述方法还包括:
所述异网消息代理网关保存所述主叫号码和所述增值业务消息的消息标 识的对应关系信息;
所述异网消息代理网关在接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据所述消息 状态报告的消息标识从所述对应关系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将所述消 息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将所述消息状态报告发 送给所述行业应用网关。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
在所述异网消息代理网关将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所选择 的本网的虚拟号码的步骤后, 所述方法还包括:
所述异网消息代理网关保存所述主叫号码和所选择的本网的虚拟号码的 对应关系信息;
在所述异网消息代理网关接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据所述消息 状态报告的被叫号码从所述对应关系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将所述消 息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将所述消息状态报告发 送给所述行业应用网关。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
在所述异网消息代理网关将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所选择 的本网的虚拟号码的步骤后, 保存所述主叫号码、 所选择的本网的虚拟号码 和所述增值业务消息的消息标识的对应关系信息;
所述异网消息代理网关在接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据所述消息 状态报告的消息标识和被叫号码从所述对应关系信息中查找对应的主叫号 码, 将所述消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将所述消 息状态报告发送给所述行业应用网关。
5、 如权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其还包括:
预先将所述互通网关服务的网号配置给所述互通网关, 或者将所述网号 和号段配置给所述互通网关;
所述异网消息代理网关通过所述互通网关将所述增值业务消息发送给所 述异网用户的步骤包括: 所述异网消息代理网关根据所述增值业务消息的目 的号码的网号, 或者根据所述目的号码的网号和号段, 确定为所述目的号码 提供服务的互通网关, 将所述增值业务消息发送给所确定的互通网关, 由该 互通网关将所述增值业务消息发送给所述异网用户。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述异网消息代理网关选择一本网 的虚拟号码的步骤包括:
所述异网消息代理网关预先读取虚拟号码资源文件, 在接收到所述增值 业务消息后, 根据本网的网号从所述虚拟号码资源文件中选择一本网的虚拟 号码, 其中, 所述本网的虚拟号码是指具有本网的网号, 而不指向实际终端 的数字序列。
7、 一种实现增值业务的系统, 包括: 行业应用网关、 互通网关和异网消 息代理网关, 所述异网消息代理网关设置在行业应用网关与互通网关之间, 其中:
所述行业应用网关设置为: 将发送到异网用户的增值业务消息发送给所 述异网消息代理网关; 所述异网消息代理网关设置为: 在接收到所述增值业务消息后, 选择一 本网的虚拟号码, 将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所选择的本网的虚 拟号码, 通过所述互通网关将所述增值业务消息发送给所述异网用户。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中:
所述异网消息代理网关还设置为: 在将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替 换为所选择的本网的虚拟号码后, 保存所述主叫号码、 所选择的本网的虚拟 号码和所述增值业务消息的消息标识的对应关系信息, 并在接收到返回的消 息状态报告时, 根据所述消息状态报告的消息标识和被叫号码从所述对应关 系信息中查找对应的主叫号码, 将所述消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查 找到的主叫号码, 将所述消息状态报告发送给所述行业应用网关。
9、 一种实现增值业务的装置, 包括: 消息接收单元、 号码选择单元、 号 码替换单元和消息发送单元, 其中:
所述消息接收单元设置为: 从行业应用网关接收增值业务消息; 所述号码选择单元设置为: 在所述消息接收单元接收到所述增值业务消 息后, 选择一本网的虚拟号码;
所述号码替换单元设置为: 在所述号码选择单元选择所述本网的虚拟号 码后, 将所述增值业务消息的主叫号码替换为所述号码选择单元所选择的本 网的虚拟号码;
所述消息发送单元设置为: 将所述号码替换单元完成号码替换的增值业 务消息通过互通网关发送给所述异网用户。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其还包括: 信息存储单元和状态报告返 回单元, 其中:
所述信息存储单元设置为: 保存所述主叫号码、 所选择的本网的虚拟号 码和所述增值业务消息的消息标识的对应关系信息;
所述状态报告返回单元设置为: 在接收到返回的消息状态报告时, 根据 所述消息状态报告的消息标识和被叫号码从所述对应关系信息中查找对应的 主叫号码, 将所述消息状态报告的被叫号码替换为所查找到的主叫号码, 将 所述消息状态报告发送给所述行业应用网关。
