Abstract

본 발명은 자동차등의 변속기어에 있어서 상부와 하부의 원지름의 크기가 다른 원뿔대의 모양을 한 톱니바퀴 두개를 서로 맞물려 회전하게 하며 그 회전속도에 따라 회전축 방향으로 원뿔대모양의 톱니바퀴를 서로 반대방향으로 미끄러지드시 이동 시킴으로써 서고 맞닿아 회전하는 원뿔대의 톱니라인부분의 지름의 크기가 변함으로서 그 회전비율이 달라지게 하여 별다른 기계적 장치나 작동이 없이 속도에 따라 자연스럽고 자동적으로 변속이 발생하게 하고 변속장치의 모든 회전영역에서 힘과 속도에 최적의 비율을 유지하게 하여 연비를 높이고 엔진과 관련장치에 무리를 최소화하는데 효과를 가져온다.
