Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de meules abrasives (1), qui consiste à : former une ébauche discoïde (2) qui comprend un mélange abrasif et au moins un treillis de renforcement incorporé dans le mélange ou latéralement adjacent à celui-ci; chauffer un élément moule femelle (3) conçu pour contenir l'ébauche discoïde (2) et un bouchon mâle respectif (4), qui est également chauffé et peut être agencé dans l'élément moule femelle (3); introduire l'ébauche discoïde (2) dans l'élément moule femelle (3); agencer le bouchon mâle (4) dans l'élément moule femelle (3); comprimer l'ébauche discoïde (2) entre le bouchon mâle (4) et l'élément moule femelle (3) afin d'obtenir une meule abrasive (1); déplacer le bouchon mâle (4) loin de l'élément moule femelle (3); extraire une meule abrasive (1) ainsi obtenue de l'élément moule femelle (3).
