Abstract
La souche de levure ci-décrite exprime une enzyme bifonctionnelle fucokinase/ GDP-L-fucose pyrophosphorylase et est capable de produire du GDP-L-fucose in vivo. Des cellules de levure qui expriment un transporteur de GDP-L-fucose et/ou une fucosyltransférase avec l'enzyme bifonctionnelle sont également décrites. De plus, ladite levure contient une ou plusieurs cassettes d'expression pour des protéines de fusion de la voie de glycosylation hétérologue et une séquence de rétention ER/Golgi. Pour finir, cette invention concerne également un procédé de production de glycoprotéines cibles recombinées.
