其中, 所述 USB电视卡还包括:
RNDIS客户端模块,用于通过 USB接口连接计算机侧的 RNDIS驱动, 以实现所述传输服务器模块与加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块之间的 连接;
所述传输服务器模块具体用于创建 Socket, 并绑定所述 USB电视卡的 IP地址和监听端口, 以便所述传输客户端模块连接所述 USB 电视卡的 IP 地址和监听端口与所述 USB 电视卡建立可用于传输控制命令和数据的 Socket连接。
其中, 所述传输服务器模块具体用于接收所述电视模块发送的数字电 视节目的信令和数据,将所述数字电视节目的信令和数据封装为 IP数据包, 通过所述 Socket连接传递给加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块, 由所述 传输客户端模块解析收到的 IP数据包并将解析后的数据传递给所述电视播 放器模块。
本发明的实施例具有以下有益效果:
上述方案中,传输客户端模块以可执行文件的形式存储在 USB电视卡, 使得在 USB电视卡插入计算机后, 计算机能够将传输客户端模块加载到内 存中, 从而使 USB电视卡与计算机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接, 并通 过连接将接收到的数字电视节目发送至电视播放器模块, 以使电视播放器 模块播放数字电视节目。 本发明实施例不需用户在计算机上安装驱动即可 实现播放电视功能,降低了计算机软件环境对 USB电视卡使用的限制条件, 使得通过 USB电视卡能够方便快捷地接收数字电视。 附图说明

为使本发明的实施例要解决的技术问题、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明的实施例针对现有技术中计算机软件环境对 USB电视卡的使用 存在限制的问题, 提供一种播放数字电视的方法、 装置及 USB电视卡, 能 够实现免驱动播放数字电视, 使得用户通过 USB电视卡方便快捷地观看数 字电视。
图 1为本发明实施例的播放数字电视的方法的流程示意图, 如图 1所 示, 本实施例的播放数字电视的方法包括:
步骤 101 : USB 电视卡向计算机发送自身存储的配置信息, 以便计算 机将 USB 电视卡中以可执行文件格式存储的传输客户端模块加载到内存 中;
步骤 102: USB 电视卡通过加载到内存中的传输客户端模块与计算机 的电视播放器模块之间建立连接;
步骤 103: USB 电视卡将接收到的数字电视节目通过连接发送至电视 播放器模块, 以使电视播放器模块播放数字电视节目。
进一步地, 电视播放器模块也可以可执行文件的格式存储在 USB电视 卡中, 并由计算机加载到内存中。
本实施例的播放数字电视的方法, 传输客户端模块以可执行文件的形 式存储在 USB电视卡,使得在 USB电视卡插入计算机后,计算机能够将传 输客户端模块加载到内存中, USB 电视卡从而能够与计算机的电视播放器 模块之间建立连接, 并通过连接将接收到的数字电视节目发送至电视播放 器模块, 以使电视播放器模块播放数字电视节目。 本发明实施例不需用户 在计算机上安装驱动即可实现播放电视功能, 降低了计算机软件环境对 USB电视卡使用的限制条件,使得通过 USB电视卡能够方便快捷地接收数 字电视。
图 2为本发明实施例的播放数字电视的装置的结构示意图, 如图 2所 示, 本实施例的播放数字电视的装置包括:
虚拟光盘模块 20, 用于以可执行文件的格式存储传输客户端模块; 配置模块 21 , 用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发送配置 信息, 以便计算机将传输客户端模块加载到内存中;
电视模块 22, 用于接收数字电视节目;
传输服务器模块 23 , 用于通过加载到内存中的传输客户端模块与计算 机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接, 并将电视模块 22接收到的数字电视节 目通过连接发送至电视播放器模块, 以使电视播放器模块播放数字电视节 进一步地, 虚拟光盘模块 20还用于以可执行文件的格式存储电视播放 器模块, 配置模块 21还用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发 送配置信息, 以便计算机将电视播放器模块加载到内存中。
其中, 在与计算机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接后, 传输服务器模 块 23还用于接收计算机下发的控制请求消息。
其中,配置模块 21具体用于将远程网络驱动接口规范(RNDIS, Remote Network Driver Interface Specification )配置信息和虚拟光盘配置信息发送给 计算机, 以便计算机运行 RNDIS驱动和光盘驱动从虚拟光盘模块中读取数 据。
其中, 该装置还包括:
RNDIS客户端模块,用于通过 USB接口连接计算机侧的 RNDIS驱动, 以实现传输服务器模块 23与加载到内存中的传输客户端模块之间的连接; 传输服务器模块 23具体用于创建 Socket (套接字 ), 并绑定 USB电视 卡的 IP地址和监听端口, 以便传输客户端模块连接 USB电视卡的 IP地址 和监听端口与 USB电视卡建立可用于传输控制命令和数据的 Socket连接。 其中, 传输服务器模块 23具体用于接收电视模块发送的数字电视节目 的信令和数据,将数字电视节目的信令和数据封装为 IP数据包,通过 Socket 连接传递给加载到内存中的传输客户端模块, 由传输客户端模块解析接收 到的 IP数据包, 并将解析后的数据传递给电视播放器模块。
本实施例的播放数字电视的装置, 传输客户端模块以可执行文件的形 式存储在 USB电视卡,使得在 USB电视卡插入计算机后,计算机能够将传 输客户端模块加载到内存中, USB 电视卡从而能够与计算机的电视播放器 模块之间建立连接, 并通过连接将接收到的数字电视节目发送至电视播放 器模块, 以使电视播放器模块播放数字电视节目。 本发明实施例不需用户 在计算机上安装驱动即可实现播放电视功能, 降低了计算机软件环境对 USB电视卡使用的限制条件,使得通过 USB电视卡能够方便快捷的接收数 字电视。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 USB电视卡, 包括如图 2所示的播放数字 电视的装置。
图 3 为本发明实施例的播放数字电视的装置的另一结构示意图, 下面 结合图 3对本发明实施例的播放数字电视的方法进行进一步地说明,如图 4 所示, 本发明的播放数字电视的方法包括:
步骤 401 : USB电视卡向计算机提供自身存储的 RNDIS配置信息和虚 拟光盘配置信息;
USB电视卡的配置模块通过 USB电视卡与计算机之间的 USB接口将 自身存储的 RNDIS配置信息和虚拟光盘配置信息发送给计算机;
步骤 402: 计算机根据接收到的 RNDIS配置信息运行自身操作系统自 带的 RNDIS驱动; 计算机根据收到的虚拟光盘配置信息运行操作系统的自 带的只读光盘 ( CD ROM, Compact Disc Read-Only Memory )驱动,将 USB 电视卡的虚拟光盘模块中存储的可执行文件格式的电视播放器模块和传输 客户端模块加载到内存中, 并运行电视播放器模块;
如果计算机本身已经安装电视播放器模块, 那就不需要再加载 USB电 视卡中的电视播放器模块; 如果计算机本身未安装电视播放器模块, 就可 以通过与 USB电视卡之间的 USB接口读取 USB电视卡中的数据将电视播 放器模块加载到内存中;
步骤 403: USB电视卡通过 USB接口连接计算机的 RNDIS驱动;
USB 电视卡中的 RNDIS客户端模块通过 USB接口连接计算机侧的 RNDIS驱动, 其中, RNDIS驱动是计算机操作系统自带的;
步骤 404: 传输客户端模块与传输服务器模块建立连接;
当 USB 电视卡上电运行后传输服务器模块创建 Socket, 并绑定 USB 电视卡的 IP地址和监听端口, 计算机侧的传输客户端模块通过计算机操作 系统的 TCP/IP栈和 RNDIS驱动与传输服务器模块建立 Socket连接, 其中 TCP/IP栈是计算机操作系统自带的协议栈;
步骤 405: 电视播放器模块与电视模块建立连接。
也就是计算机侧的电视播放器模块通过上述的 Socket连接建立与电视 模块之间用于传输控制命令和数据的通道。 用户需要播放数字电视时, 电 视播放器模块通过上述建立的 Socket连接发送用户的控制请求消息到 USB 电视卡的电视模块, 如图 3所示, 消息的传递流程为: 电视播放器模块-传 输客户端模块 -TCP/IP栈 -RNDIS驱动 -USB接口—— USB接口 -RNDIS客户 端模块-传输服务器模块 -电视模块, 电视模块通过地面数字广播接收数字电 视节目, 将从电视芯片接收到的数字电视节目的数据和信令通过 Socket连 接发送给电视播放器模块, 数据的传递流程为: 电视模块-传输服务器模块- RNDIS客户端模块- USB接口—— USB接口 - RNDIS驱动-传输服务器模块- 电视播放器模块, 电视播放器模块解析接收到数据并播放。 在上述的传输 过程中, 传输客户端模块将电视播放器模块下发的控制命令封装成 IP数据 包通过 TCP/IP栈上的 Socket连接发送到 RNDIS驱动, RNDIS驱动封装为 USB数据包通过 USB接口发送到 USB电视卡的 USB接口, 之后将解析出 的 RNDIS数据包转发给 RNDIS客户端模块, RNDIS客户端模块解析出 IP 数据包发送给传输服务器模块, 传输服务器模块从 IP数据包中解析出控制 命令转发给电视模块; 反方向的传输过程与上述过程类似。
本发明实施例通过提供给计算机 RNDIS配置信息和虚拟光盘模块配置 信息, 使得计算机使用自带的 RNDIS驱动和 CD ROM驱动即可播放数字 电视, 降低了计算机软件环境对 USB电视卡使用的限制条件, 实现了 USB 电视卡的即插即用。 其中, 由于电视播放器模块以可执行文件的形式存储, 受计算机软件环境影响小; 并且可执行文件可以加载到内存中, 当不再执 行该可执行文件时, 计算机会自动释放其占用的内存, 因此当使用 USB电 视卡时,计算机直接将其加载到内存中并执行,在结束 USB电视卡使用后, 计算机的内存管理模块自动释放电视播放器模块程序, 不会保留在计算机 中。
此说明书中所描述的许多功能部件都被称为模块, 以便更加特别地强 调其实现方式的独立性。
本发明实施例中, 模块可以用软件实现, 以便由各种类型的处理器执 行。 举例来说, 一个标识的可执行代码模块可以包括计算机指令的一个或 多个物理或者逻辑块, 举例来说, 其可以被构建为对象、 过程或函数。 尽 管如此, 所标识模块的可执行代码无需物理地位于一起, 而是可以包括存 储在不同物理上的不同的指令, 当这些指令逻辑上结合在一起时, 其构成 模块并且实现该模块的规定目的。
实际上, 可执行代码模块可以是单条指令或者是多条指令, 并且甚至 可以分布在多个不同的代码段上, 或分布在不同程序当中, 或跨越多个存 储器设备分布。 同样地, 操作数据可以在模块内被识别, 并且可以依照任 何适当的形式实现并且被组织在任何适当类型的数据结构内。 所述操作数 据可以作为单个数据集被收集, 或者可以分布在不同位置上 (包括在不同 存储设备上 ), 并且至少部分地可以仅作为电子信号存储于系统或网络上。
在模块可以利用软件实现时, 考虑到现有硬件工艺的水平, 所有可以 以软件实现的模块, 在不考虑成本的情况下, 本领域技术人员都可以搭建 对应的硬件电路来实现对应的功能, 所述硬件电路包括常规的超大规模集 成( VLSI, Very Large Scale Integrated circuit ) 电路或者门阵列以及诸如逻 辑芯片、 晶体管之类的现有半导体或者是其它分立的元件。 模块还可以用 可编程硬件设备, 诸如现场可编程门阵列、 可编程阵列逻辑、 可编程逻辑 设备等实现。
在本发明各方法实施例中, 所述各步骤的序号并不能用于限定各步骤 的先后顺序, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提 下, 对各步骤的先后变化也在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
计算机根据 USB电视卡发送的配置信息,将所述 USB电视卡中以可执 行文件格式存储的传输客户端模块加载到内存中;
所述 USB电视卡通过加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块与所述计算 机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接;
所述 USB电视卡将所接收到的数字电视节目通过所述连接发送至所述 电视播放器模块, 所述电视播放器模块播放所述数字电视节目。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电 视播放器模块以可执行文件的格式存储在 USB电视卡中, 并由所述计算机 加载到内存中。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述 USB电视卡通过加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块与所述计算机的电 视播放器模块之间建立连接之后还包括:
所述 USB电视卡接收所述电视播放器模块下发的控制请求消息。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 USB电视卡将 RNDIS远程网络驱动接口规范配置信息和虚拟光盘配置信息 发送给所述计算机, 所述计算机运行 RNDIS驱动和光盘驱动, 从所述 USB 电视卡中读取数据。
5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 USB 电视卡通过加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块与所述计算机的电视 播放器模块之间建立连接, 为:
所述传输客户端模块与所述计算机的电视播放器通过函数调用或进程 通讯建立连接;
所述 USB电视卡通过自身的 USB接口连接所述计算机的 RNDIS驱动; 所述 USB电视卡创建套接字 Socket, 绑定所述 USB电视卡的 IP地址 和监听端口,所述传输客户端模块连接所述 USB电视卡的 IP地址和监听端 口, 与所述 USB电视卡建立用于传输控制命令和数据的 Socket连接。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的播放数字电视的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 USB 电视卡将所接收到的数字电视节目通过所述连接发送至所述电视播放 器模块, 为:
所述 USB电视卡通过地面数字广播接收数字电视节目;
所述 USB电视卡将所述数字电视节目的信令和数据封装为 IP数据包, 通过所述 Socket连接传递给加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块, 由所述 传输客户端模块解析所接收到的 IP数据包, 并将解析后的数据传递给所述 电视播放器模块。
7. 一种播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
虚拟光盘模块, 用于以可执行文件的格式存储传输客户端模块; 配置模块, 用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发送所述配 置信息, 以便所述计算机将所述传输客户端模块加载到内存中;
电视模块, 用于接收数字电视节目;
传输服务器模块, 用于通过加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块与所 述计算机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接, 并将所述电视模块接收到的数 字电视节目通过所述连接发送至所述电视播放器模块, 以使所述电视播放 器模块播放所述数字电视节目。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 所述虚拟光盘模块还用于以可执行文件的格式存储电视播放器模块; 所述配置模块还用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发送所 述配置信息, 以便所述计算机将所述电视播放器模块加载到内存中。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 所述传输服务器模块还用于接收所述计算机下发的控制请求消息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 所述配置模块具体用于将 RNDIS配置信息和虚拟光盘配置信息发送给 所述计算机, 以便所述计算机运行 RNDIS驱动和光盘驱动从所述虚拟光盘 模块中读取数据。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 装置还包括:
RNDIS客户端模块,用于通过 USB接口连接计算机侧的 RNDIS驱动, 以实现所述传输服务器模块与加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块之间的 连接;
所述传输服务器模块具体用于创建 Socket, 并绑定所述 USB电视卡的 IP地址和监听端口, 以便所述传输客户端模块连接所述 USB 电视卡的 IP 地址和监听端口与所述 USB 电视卡建立可用于传输控制命令和数据的 Socket连接。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的播放数字电视的装置, 其特征在于, 所述传输服务器模块具体用于接收所述电视模块发送的数字电视节目 的信令和数据, 将所述数字电视节目的信令和数据封装为 IP数据包, 通过 所述 Socket连接传递给加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块, 由所述传输 客户端模块解析所接收到的 IP数据包, 并将解析后的数据传递给所述电视 播放器模块。
13. 一种 USB电视卡, 其特征在于, 包括:
虚拟光盘模块, 用于以可执行文件的格式存储传输客户端模块; 配置模块, 用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发送所述配 置信息, 以便所述计算机将所述传输客户端模块加载到内存中;
电视模块, 用于接收数字电视节目; 传输服务器模块, 用于通过加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块与所 述计算机的电视播放器模块之间建立连接, 并将所述电视模块接收到的数 字电视节目通过所述连接发送至所述电视播放器模块, 以使所述电视播放 器模块播放所述数字电视节目。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的 USB电视卡, 其特征在于,
所述虚拟光盘模块还用于以可执行文件的格式存储电视播放器模块; 所述配置模块还用于存储 USB电视卡的配置信息, 并向计算机发送所 述配置信息, 以便所述计算机将所述电视播放器模块加载到内存中。
15. 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的 USB 电视卡, 其特征在于, 所述 USB电视卡还包括:
RNDIS客户端模块,用于通过 USB接口连接计算机侧的 RNDIS驱动, 以实现所述传输服务器模块与加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块之间的 连接;
所述传输服务器模块具体用于创建 Socket, 并绑定所述 USB电视卡的 IP地址和监听端口, 以便所述传输客户端模块连接所述 USB 电视卡的 IP 地址和监听端口与所述 USB 电视卡建立可用于传输控制命令和数据的 Socket连接。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的 USB电视卡, 其特征在于,
所述传输服务器模块具体用于接收所述电视模块发送的数字电视节目 的信令和数据, 将所述数字电视节目的信令和数据封装为 IP数据包, 通过 所述 Socket连接传递给加载到内存中的所述传输客户端模块, 由所述传输 客户端模块解析所接收到的 IP数据包并将解析后的数据传递给所述电视播 放器模块。
