Abstract

복수의 서빙 셀이 설정된 단말의 ACK/NACK(acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement) 전송 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 상기 방법은 제2 서빙 셀의 서브프레임 n에서 데이터를 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 서빙 셀의 서브프레임 n에 연결된 제1 서빙 셀의 서브프레임 n + kSCC(n)에서 상기 데이터에 대한 ACK/NACK(acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement) 신호를 전송하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 제1 서빙 셀은 상기 단말이 기지국과의 최초 연결 확립 과정(initial connection establishment procedure) 또는 연결 재확립 과정을 수행하는 프라이머리 셀로서, FDD(frequency division duplex) 무선 프레임을 사용하고, 상기 제2 서빙 셀은 상기 단말에게 상기 프라이머리 셀 이외에 추가로 할당되는 세컨더리 셀로서, TDD(time division duplex) 무선 프레임을 사용하며, 상기 kSCC(n)은 미리 정해진 값인 것을 특징으로 한다.
