Abstract
본 발명은 유리의 표면에 흠집 등이 생기는 것을 방지하고 유리 제조 설비에 부식이 생기는 것을 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 유리 표면 윤활층 형성 장치와 이를 포함하는 서냉로 및 유리 제조 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 유리 표면 윤활층 형성 장치는, SO2 기체를 공급하는 SO2 공급부; O2 기체를 공급하는 O2 공급부; 및 SO2 기체의 산화 촉매를 보유하고, 상기 SO2 공급부 및 상기 O2 공급부로부터 SO2 기체 및 O2 기체를 공급받아 SO3 기체를 생성하여 생성한 SO3 기체를 유리로 공급하는 촉매 보유부를 포함한다.
