电动式的旋耕机根据电源种类不同有可分为交流电机旋耕机、 直流电机旋 耕机。
交流电机的旋耕机需要外接电源, 对于应用场合大多在户外的旋耕机来说, 功率不稳定, 使用起来较不方便, 并且存在安全隐患。
直流电机的旋耕机目前在市场上主要是以蓄电池为电机供电, 但蓄电池使 用寿命低、 充电后使用寿命短, 并且存在充电不方便的问题, 无法满足客户的 耕作需求; 在蓄电池能量显示方面也存在缺憾, 局限于显示而没有报警功能, 而客户在使用过程中可能会专注于工作而忘记检查蓄电池能量, 使得蓄电池能 量耗尽, 从而缩短了蓄电池的使用寿命; 蓄电池的安装位置是在旋耕刀的上方, 这样的安装位置使得产品的重心太靠前, 给客户操作增添了不必要的负担, 从 而降低了工作效率。
现有的技术中直流电机的旋耕机采用的传动箱都是蜗轮蜗杆式, 该形式的 传动效率低, 而且由于传动箱内部大多数所采用的是液体油, 所以会存在漏油 的问题, 从而缩短了蜗轮的寿命 i 降低了工作效率。 若采用固体油, 蜗轮的寿 命相当短。
在目前市场上的旋耕机中, 操作扶手无法实现上下、 左右的调节, 使得无 法满足不同使用者在操作保持一个最舒适的状态; 此外, 阻力杆的功能单一, 旋耕刀组件都是一体式的, 且只有固定的一个转速, 适应不了不同土质的需求, 同时, 旋耕刀在耕作时操作者不能控制左右耕作深度保持一致, 从而降低了工 作效率。 发明内容

耕作装置, 如图 3-4 所示, 该装置包括与传动轴 8 固定连接的刀架 组件 9、 与刀架组件 9 匹配的旋耕刀组件 16 , 所述电池包 5置于所述刀 架组件 9与扶手组件 3的轴线方向之间; 旋耕刀组件 16为由 4片或 4片 以上旋耕刀叠加成的可拆卸式的旋耕刀组件 16 , 方便客户维修保养, 而 且这种刀片的工作效率非常高, 也可根据不同的工作环境旋耕刀组件 16 可为由 4片或 4片以上旋耕刀组成的整体式的旋耕刀组件 16。
. 如图 1 -3所示, 本发明将容纳所述电池的电池包 5 平行且可拆卸的 置于所述扶手组件 3 上, 可以随机充电, 也可以将电池取下来充电, 取 下电池时只要站在扶手组件 3 处将电池拉出, 非常方便, 而且不存在安 全隐患; 同时利用该结构使得整个装置的重心位于靠后的位置, 锂电池 说 明 书

控制装置包括速度控制器 18、与速度控制器 1 8 电性连接的调速装置 1 1、 与所述传动装置连接的离合装置, 所述速度控制器 18与所述直流电 机 4、 电池包 5 电性连接。
本发明中将调速装置 1 1、 离合装置分别与扶手组件 3连接, 方便操 作者使用, 如图 1所示, 所述调速装置 1 1在扶手组件 3上以调速拨钮 1 1 的形式存在, 操作调速拨钮 1 1通过速度控制器 1 8调节直流电机 4转速, 从而改变通过传动装置与直流电机 4连接的旋耕刀组件 16的转速, 这样 就可以适应不同土质的耕作, 使客户可以调整到自 己最需要的状态。
如图 3所示, 离合装置包括一通过螺栓固定于扶手组件 3方便操作 的离合手柄 12、 受离合手柄 1 2控制调节且作用于传动装置的离合器 19, 采用离合装置主要防止机器在超负荷工作或刀片卡死时能够及时将传动 装置停止工作, 可以避免电机以及传动装置的损坏。
控制装置还包括电池余量显示装置、 非正常工作预警装置。 当控制 装置检测到锂电池的能量不足以及机器超负荷^ 1作时, 通过预警装置会 发出预警信号以及在显示装置上显示相应信号, 这样就可以及时提醒使 用者, 避免锂电池在工作过程中因能量耗尽而损坏, 也可以避免因机器 超负荷工作或刀片卡死时电机以及传动装置的损坏。 预警信号显示灯选 用 LED灯, 装配在操作者容易观察到的位置, 从而便于确认运转状态。
本发明的工作原理: 驱动装置为稀土无刷直流电机, 动力能源为锂 电池, 调速装置 1 1 通过速度控制器 18 来控制稀土无刷直流电机的工作 转速, 离合装置控制皮带轮传动装置 6 工作', 通过直流电机 4 带动皮带 说 明 书
轮传动装置 6转动, 再带动二级链轮传动装置 7转动, 从而带动旋耕刀 组件 1 6工作。

1、 一种直流旋耕机, 包括机架、 由机架支承的驱动装置、 通过传动装置与 驱动装置连接的耕作装置以及与驱动装置、 传动装置电性连接的控制装置, 其 特征在于:
机架, 所 机架包括机体, 所述机体上固定设有支承机体的若干阻力杆、 与机体固定连接的扶手组件;
驱动装置, 该装置包括驱动所述传动装置的直流电机、 容纳了直流电机的 电源的电池包;
传动装置, 该装置包括与所述直流电机的输出轴固定连接的第一传动装置、 与第一传动装置连接的第二传动装置, 所述传动装置通过与所述第二传动装置 连接的传动轴与耕作装置连接;
耕作装置, 该装置包括与传动轴固定连接的刀架组件、 与刀架组件匹配的 旋耕刀组件, 所述电池包置于所述力架组件与扶手组件的轴线方向之间;
控制装置, 所述控制装置与驱动装置、 传动装置连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的直流旋耕机, 其特征在于: 所述控制装置包括速 度控制器、 与速度控制器电性连接的调速装置、 与所述传动装置连接的离合装 置, 所述速度控制器与所述直流电机、 电池包电性连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的直流旋耕机, 其特征在于: 所述直流电机为稀土 无刷式直流电机。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的直流旋耕机, 其特征在于: 所述电池包内的电池 为锂电池、 锰干电池、 空气电池。

9、 根据权利要求 1所述的直流旋耕机, 其特征在于: 所述若干阻力杆通过 销连接与机体实现可调节式装配。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的直流旋耕机, 其特征在于: 所述阻力杆上装配 有行走轮。
