Abstract
Description
即ち、本発明に係る風車翼のピッチ駆動装置の第1の態様は、ナセルに軸支されたロータハブに対して風車翼をその軸線回りに回動駆動させて前記風車翼のピッチ角を変更する風車翼のピッチ駆動装置であって、前記ロータハブに設けられ、その支持点が前記ロータハブの非軸支側端部よりも反ロータハブ側に位置するシリンダ支持部と、前記風車翼の根元側端面の偏心位置に設けられた偏心連結点と、前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部を貫通するように配設され、前記非軸支側端部よりも外側に突出した部分が前記支持点に回動自在に連結され、前記非軸支側端部よりも内側にある端部が前記偏心連結点に回動自在に連結されたシリンダと、を具備することを特徴とする。
[第1実施形態]
図1は、第1実施形態に係る風車翼のピッチ駆動装置を適用可能な風力発電装置の一例を示す側面図である。この風力発電装置1は、例えば地中に埋設された鉄筋コンクリート製の基礎2の上面に立設されたタワー3と、このタワー3の上端部に設置されたナセル4と、ナセル4に設けられた風車回転翼5と、ナセル4の内部に収容設置されて風車回転翼5の回転により発電を行う発電機6および増速機7を有している。
ロータハブ10は、金属で一体に形成された、内部が空洞のカプセル状の部品であり、そのナセル4側の面には図1に示す増速機7の回転軸に連結される円孔状の回転軸連結孔18が形成されている。また、ロータハブ10の周囲の壁面には風車翼11を取り付けるための3つの円孔状の風車翼取付孔19が120°間隔で形成されている。図5に示すように、風車翼取付孔19には風車翼11の基端部が大径なリング状の翼旋回輪軸受20を介して取り付けられ、風車翼11はその軸線11a回りに自由に回動することができる。風車翼11とロータハブ10(風車翼取付孔19)との間には図示しないシール部材が介装され、雨水や塵埃等の侵入が阻止される。ロータハブ10の非軸支側端部、即ちナセル4に軸支される面(回転軸連結孔18が形成された面)に対向する端部である先端面22は平坦に形成され、その中央部に整備作業員が出入りするための整備点検孔23が設けられている。なお、符号24はロータハブ10および風車回転翼5をクレーンで吊り上げるための吊持部である。
図12は、第2実施形態に係るピッチ駆動装置55を示すシリンダ35付近の平面図である。ここでは、アキュームレータ56およびその配置位置以外は、図8に示す第1実施形態のものと同様であるため、各部に同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
図13は、第3実施形態に係るピッチ駆動装置61を示すシリンダ62付近の平面図である。ここでは、シリンダ62とシリンダ支持部63の形状以外は、図8に示す第1実施形態のものと同様であるため、各部に同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (8)
- ナセルに軸支されたロータハブに対して風車翼をその軸線回りに回動駆動させて前記風車翼のピッチ角を変更する風車翼のピッチ駆動装置であって、
前記ロータハブに設けられ、その支持点が前記ロータハブの非軸支側端部よりも反ロータハブ側に位置するシリンダ支持部と、
前記風車翼の根元側端面の偏心位置に設けられた偏心連結点と、
前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部を貫通するように配設され、前記非軸支側端部よりも外側に突出した部分が前記支持点に回動自在に連結され、前記非軸支側端部よりも内側にある端部が前記偏心連結点に回動自在に連結されたシリンダと、
を具備することを特徴とする風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。 - 前記シリンダの、前記支持点との連結部および前記偏心連結点との連結部は、球面ジョイントを介して連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。
- 前記シリンダ支持部は、前記支持点を通る軸方向視で、前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部から起立する略Λ字形状をなし、その2つの脚部の角度が、それぞれ前記シリンダの一方の回動端における軸線と、他方の回動端における軸線とに略平行に合わされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。
- 前記シリンダ支持部は、前記支持点を通る軸方向視で、前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部から起立する略Λ字形状をなし、その2つの脚部のうち、前記シリンダから加わる反力が大きい方の脚部の強度が、他方の脚部の強度よりも高められたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。
- 前記シリンダに接続される液圧管が、前記シリンダと共に前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部を貫通するように配設されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。
- 前記シリンダの圧力を蓄圧するアキュームレータは直管状に形成され、該アキュームレータは前記シリンダの近傍、かつ前記シリンダの軸線と平行に配置されて前記シリンダと共に前記ロータハブの前記非軸支側端部を貫通するように配設されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風車翼のピッチ駆動装置。
- 請求項1に記載のピッチ駆動装置を備えたことを特徴とする風車回転翼。
- 請求項7に記載の風車回転翼を備えたことを特徴とする風力発電装置。
