本发明的另一目的在于提供一种高分子聚合物的组成物, 其将此高分子 聚合物结合于至少一层具有生物可相容性的赋形剂之内, 例如为由此赋形剂 所形成的一外壳层, 且此具有生物可相容性的赋形剂外壳层上具有复数微小 孔洞, 因此当生物体吞服此高分子聚合物时, 此具有生物可相容性的赋形剂 可以保护此高分子聚合物不会受到生物体的体液或是酸碱值的破坏, 在一实 施例中, 此包覆有具有生物可相容性的赋形剂的高分子聚合物以咀嚼吞服的 方式进入生物体体内, 生物体内的有害物质便会由具有生物可相容性的赋形 剂的 d、孔进入而被高分子聚合物吸收, 高分子聚合物因为具有交错的形态, 而可以构成许多微小的孔隙, 因此可以将有害物质的分子固定在孔隙中, 藉 此减少和生物体组织产生接触的有害物质总量并避免这些有害物质对于生 物体的毒害。
由于吸附液体为大多数高分子聚合物的共同特性, 藉由利用高分子?合 物吸附液体的共同特性将间接吸附存在于生物体中的体液(例如消化液) , 减少体内的消化液并达到降低身体对食物消化吸收的效果, 或是辅助将涉入 身体的液体其中所含的有害有毒物质吸收与排出, 能够减抑因高分子聚合物 对各个物质吸附能力不同而增加的研发成本与实际运用限制。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明提供高分子聚合物的新用途, 利用高分子聚合物来吸附存在于生 物体中的体液(例如消化液) , 生物体内的毒素或刺激性成份等有害物质所 存在的液体或溶液 (藉由直接吸附液体或溶液而间接吸附毒性物质特性的新 用途), 以达到减少体内的消化液并达到降低身体对食物消化吸收的效果,或 保护生物体组织免于和这些有害物质直接接触, 而导致这些有害物质被生物 体组织吸收并造成对健康危害的危险。 本发明将高分子聚合物能吸附液体的 特性, 应用于将体液, 存在或进入生物体内的液体、 溶液或其中所含的有害 有毒物质经间接吸附、 吸收与排出的新用途及其组成物。 由于吸附液体为大 多数高分子聚合物的共同特性, 藉由利用高分子聚合物吸附液体的共同特性 将间接吸附液体其中所含的有害有毒物质吸收与排出, 能够减抑因高分子聚 合物对各个物质吸附能力不同而增加的研发成本与实际运用限制。
本发明的高分子聚合物包括有高分子纤维、 天然纤维、 人造纤维和高分 子吸收体,其中天然纤维选自包括有下列成份的群组: Sterculia BP、 Frangula BPC、 胶原蛋白、 纤维素、 几丁质和几丁聚醣, 这些高分子聚合物都具有良 好的生物相容性特性, 并且具有网状脉络的分子结构, 其中并形成许多大小 不一的细缝, 因此当生物体服食这些高分子聚合物后, 并不会对身体产生危 害, 同时, 随着饮食而进入并存在于生物体内的毒素或刺激性成份等有害物 质都会被固定在高分子聚合物的细缝之间, 而不致于与生物体组织细胞产生 接触并对生物体造成细胞上的毒害。
实施例一
在本实施例中, 以 Sterculia BP为基材并以一般大众经常饮用的咖啡为 例, 说明本发明所述高分子聚合物的新用途, 其中 Sterculia BP—种高分子 纤维的高分子聚合物, 其可单独使用, 也可搭配其他具有吸附特性的高分子 材质使用, 本实施例将 Sterculia BP和 Frangula BPC以 25%和 75%的重量百 分比进行混合, 形成一高分子纤维混合物 (以下简称高分子纤维), 将 1克的 此高分子纤维混合物于 30 毫升市售意式浓缩咖啡中混合均匀, 以形成高分 子纤维-咖啡混合物, 此一高分子纤维-咖啡混合物在经过 5分钟后已经开始 呈现粘稠的状态, 10分钟后,粘稠程度提升并转变为具有半固态的胶体状态, 随后, 高分子纤维-咖啡混合物的粘稠特性仍会继续提升, 至第 30分钟时, 高分子纤维 -咖啡混合物已经成为类似沙茶酱且几乎没有流动性的状态,由此 实施例可知,一旦使用者使用了此高分子纤维-咖啡混合物, 喝入体内的咖啡 因便会随着咖啡被吸附吸收在此高分子纤维-咖啡混合物中,而使得咖啡因和 人体细胞产生了阻隔的效果, 据此可以降低咖啡因对于人体的伤害。
如本实施例所述的高分子纤维 Sterculia BP和 Frangula BPC可以任意比 例搭配使用, 也可以个别单独使用, 或是搭配其他高分子聚合物进行使用。
实施例二
本实施例以一般大众经常饮用的可乐为例, 说明实施例一中的高分子纤 维 ( Sterculia BP和 Frangula BPC以 25%和 75%的重量百分比进行混合 )对 于吸收吸附可乐的功效, 本实施例将 1克的高分子纤维添加于 30毫升的可 乐中混合均匀, 以形成高分子纤维-可乐混合物, 此一高分子纤维-可乐混合 物在经过 5分钟后已经开始呈现粘稠的状态, 10分钟后, 粘稠程度提升且大 约有 95%的可乐都已经被高分子纤维与聚合物吸附吸收, 而几乎不再具有流 动性, 30 分钟时, 高分子纤维 -可乐混合物几乎完全成为固态的态样, 显见 此高分子纤维可以在短时间内迅速吸收留经的液体并将其吸收, 在吸收液体 的过程中, 亦会一并将液体中的有毒或有害物质吸附于其中, 因而达到保护 身体免于和这些有害物质接触并受到伤害的效果。
实施例三
本实施例说明实施例一中的高分子纤维对于吸收吸附酒精的效果, 其将 1克的高分子纤维混合物添加于 30毫升高粱酒(酒精含量 58% )中均匀搅拌 形成一高分子纤维-高粱酒混合物, 经过 5分钟后, 高分子纤维 -高粱混合物 开始产生粘稠度, 10 分钟后, 高分子纤维-高粱混合物呈现胶状的状态, 一 直到 20分钟和 30分钟时,高分子纤维-高粱混合物的型态开始为接近凝固状 的冻膏或膏状的态样, 最后在混合一小时后, 高分子纤维 -高粱混合物已经为 无法产生流动行为且接近固体状态的型态, 因此可见, 假若这些含有酒精等 有害物质的成份在进入的生物体后, 可以充分被高分子纤维与聚合物所吸 收, 并减少这些乙醇这类有害物质与人体细胞接触甚至产生毒害的机会。
若是将一克的 Sterculia BP添加于 50毫升的高粱酒中时, 高分子纤维
Sterculia BP 也会出现类似的吸附并逐渐使高分子高粱混合物呈现半流动或 是无法流动的膏状或是接近固态的型态。 高粱酒 (酒精含量 58% ) 中均匀搅 拌形成一高分子纤维-高粱酒混合物, 经过 5分钟后, 高分子纤维-高粱混合 物开始产生粘稠度, 10 分钟后, 高分子纤维-高粱混合物呈现胶状的状态, 一直到 20分钟和 30分钟时,高分子纤维-高粱混合物的型态开始为接近凝固 状的冻膏或膏状的态样, 最后在混合一小时后, 高分子纤维-高粱混合物已经 为无法产生流动行为且接近固体状态的型态, 因此可见, 假若这些含有酒精 等有害物质的成份在进入的生物体后, 可以充分被高分子纤维与聚合物所吸 收, 并减少这些乙醇这类有害物质与人体细胞接触甚至产生毒害的机会。
本发明的高分子聚合物可制做为可咀嚼的剂型, 消费者可以利用咀嚼服 食的方式进行服用, 尤其是对于那些经常必须喝酒或应酬的消费者来说, 在 喝酒或是应酬前若是能先服用这些高分子聚合物, 一旦开始饮酒之后, 停留 在消化道的高分子聚合物便会开始吸附酒品中的乙醇, 如此, 便不会有太多 的乙醇透过消化道壁的细胞被人体所吸收, 也因此不会承受太多乙醇对身体 的毒害, 相同的方式也可以应用于对于药物或对咖啡因、 茶素等刺激性成份 具有依赖性的病患身上; 更甚者, 本发明的高分子聚合物更可以使用于酸、 碱性物质的吸收, 例如误食强酸、 强碱或是胃酸分泌过多的情况下, 使用本 发明的高分子聚合物可以将这些酸碱液体进行吸收, 一方面可以避免强性 酸、 碱对于组织细胞造成的伤害, 另一方面则可以迅速舒緩身体因为酸、 碱 物质而产生的不适。
本发明的高分子聚合物可以与一具有生物可相容性的赋形剂进行混合, 而制备成为锭剂、 胶嚢、 微粒、 喷剂、 乳剂或针剂等剂型, 并以注射、 涂抹、 口服或喷洒的方式施用于生物体; 请参考图 1所示, 在本实施例中, 本发明 的高分子聚合物形成一高分子聚合物组成物 1 ,其中高分子聚合物层 11被包 覆在一具有生物可容性赋形剂的外壳层 12内, 此外壳层 12上具有复数微小 的孔洞, 因此毒素或是刺激性可以由该等孔洞进入此高分子聚合物组成物 1 中, 并且被卡合在高分子聚合物层 11 中高分子聚合物交错所形成的细缝之 内, 而不易再由外壳层 12的孔洞流出并与生物体组织接触并造成破坏。
综上所述, 本发明利用高分子聚合物对于毒素或是刺激性等有害物质所 存在的液体或溶液 (藉由直接吸附液体或溶液而间接吸附毒性物质特性的新 用途)的快速吸收, 来遏止该些有害物质与生物体身体组织接触的机会, 来达 到降低这些有害物质的毒性作用、 减少对生物体产生的副作用以及不良作用 的效果。 由于吸附液体为大多数高分子聚合物的共同特性, 藉由利用高分子 聚合物吸附液体的共同特性将间接吸附液体其中所含的有害有毒物质吸收 与排出, 能够减抑因高分子?合物对各个物质吸附能力不同而增加的研发成 本与实际运用限制。
工业实用性
本发明提供高分子聚合物的新用途, 其可以吸收存在于生物体中的体液
(例如消化液)或进入生物体内的毒素或刺激性成份等有害物质所存在的液 体或溶液, 即藉由直接吸附液体或溶液而间接吸附毒性物质特性的新用途, 减少体内的消化液并达到降低身体对食物消化吸收的效果, 并且有助于将这 些有害物质排出, 以保护生物体免于受到毒素或刺激性成份等有害物质的伤 害, 这些高分子聚合物因为具有良好的生物可相容性, 因此即使被服用至生 物体内, 也不会对生物体产生健康上的危害。 本发明将高分子聚合物能吸附 液体的特性, 应用于将存在于生物体中的体液(例如消化液)或进入生物体 内的液体、 溶液或其中所含的有害有毒物质经间接吸附、 吸收与排出的新用 途及其组成物。 由于吸附液体为大多数高分子聚合物的共同特性, 藉由利用 高分子聚合物吸附液体的共同特性将间接吸附液体其中所含的有害有毒物 质吸收与排出, 能够减抑因高分子聚合物对各个物质吸附能力不同而增加的 研发成本与实际运用限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种高分子聚合物的新用途, 利用此高分子聚合物吸收液体或溶液 的途径进入生物体内的毒素或刺激性成份等有害物质, 并且将这些有害物质 排出, 以保护生物体免于受到毒素或刺激性成份的伤害。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的新用途, 其中该高分子聚合物包括有高分子纤 维、 天然纤维、 人造纤维和高分子吸收体。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的新用途, 其中该天然纤维包括有梧桐、 欧鼠李、 胶原蛋白、 纤维素、 几丁质和几丁聚醣。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3 中任一项所述的新用途, 其中该高分子聚合物以 注射、 涂抹、 口月良或喷洒的方式施用。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的新用途, 其中该高分子聚合物吸收酸液、 乙醇、 咖啡因、 碱液、 茶素或尿酸。
6、 一种高分子聚合物组成物, 其将一高分子聚合物结合于一生物可相 容的赋形剂, 以利用该高分子聚合物吸收进入生物体内的毒素或刺激性成份 等有害物质, 并且将这些有害物质排出, 以保护生物体免于受到毒素或刺激 性成份的伤害。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的高分子聚合物组成物, 其中该高分子聚合物包 括有高分子纤维、 天然纤维、 人造纤维和高分子吸收体。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的高分子聚合物组成物, 其中该天然纤维包括有 梧桐、 欧鼠李、 胶原蛋白、 纤维素、 几丁质和几丁聚醣。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的高分子聚合物组成物, 其中该高 分子聚合物以注射、 涂抹、 口服或喷洒的方式施用。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的高分子聚合物组成物, 其中该高分子聚合物吸 收酸液、 乙醇、 咖啡因、 碱液、 茶素或尿酸。
