Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种吸附隔离装置,其包括有一核心层及一外壳层,其中该核心层是由至少一层高分子聚合材料层所组成,该外壳层是由至少一层钝性材料层包覆于该核心层外。本实用新型使用时因其外壳为钝性材料层,所以不容易为生物体中的特殊酸、碱性质所破坏,并可以在肠胃中将生物体因饮食所摄取的酒精、酸、碱等有害物质吸附,该等有害物质会受到该核心层紧紧吸附而有与生物体细胞产生隔离效果,使得生物体细胞并不会因为接触该等有害物质而产生伤害,该吸附隔离装置亦会随生物体代谢而由排泄系统排出,故不会累积在生物体内造成其它危害。

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种吸附隔离装置,特别是指一种可为生物体所兼容,并可于生物体中吸附有害物质以将有害物质隔离于生物体细胞,亦可为生物体所排出的吸附隔离装置。
背景技术
近年来,由于生活型态的转变,导致了人们的饮食习惯也发生变化,不正确及不健康的饮食习惯,容易使得身体内累积各种有毒物质,这些有毒物质常以自由基的形式在体内破坏各种细胞,久而久之,便引发各种器官的疾病或是细胞病变。
此外,中国台湾特有的饮酒文化常常讲求的是豪饮,比喝的多、喝的快,这样的方式,使得体内的酒精含量在瞬间遽增,除了容易对肠胃造成伤害,对于协助人体代谢毒物的肝脏来说,更是庞大的负荷,又近年来政府大力施行酒测制度,希望通过强调「喝酒不上路、上路不喝酒」的观念,来降低因酒后驾驶所引发交通事故的机率,更维护其它民众的生命安全,因此,市面上各种强调具有「解酒」功能的产品便纷纷应运而生。
目前大多数主张具有「中和体内有害、降低酒精含量」功能的产品大多是以活性碳为主要成分,并利用活性在体内吸附自由基物质来达到所谓解毒、解酒的功能,但是未被活性碳所吸附的残余酒精或是有害物质,仍会持续破坏脏器的细胞,且活性碳除了吸附有毒物质之外,也十分容易吸附一些对身体有益处的成分,在使用上仍存有疑虑。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种吸附隔离装置,其具有可为生物体所兼容的特性,可于生物体内吸收该生物体中的酸、碱和酒精等有害物质,以将该等有害物质与生物体细胞隔离以避免该等有害物质对生物体细胞产生伤害,并再为生物体所排出的吸附隔离装置。
为达上述的目的,本实用新型的吸附隔离装置包括有:
一核心层,是由至少一层高分子聚合材料层所组成,其外径介于1纳米至1厘米之间;及
一外壳层,是由至少一层钝性材料层包覆于该核心层外,并具有多个孔洞,该外壳层的厚度介于1纳米至1厘米之间。
通过上述的结构,本实用新型的吸附隔离装置的外壳层除不易与生物体中的生物条件发生交互作用,即可避免该吸附隔离装置在到达作用位置前即被生物体的特殊酸、碱条件所破坏,而该外壳层的钝性材料层可与生物体中的有害物质作用,让有害物质可以经由该外壳层上的孔洞进入该核心层中,并为该核心层所紧紧吸附而无法再释出于该吸附隔离装置外,藉此将该等有害物质隔离以避免该等有害物质因为接触生物体细胞所造成的伤害。
本实用新型的吸附隔离装置可选择性在饮酒聚餐之前使用,可以先在胃部将酒精等物质吸附,避免酒精被运送至肝脏而增加肝脏的负荷,亦可作为用来解除体内过多酸、碱物质中使用,被本实用新型吸附隔离装置所吸收的酒精或酸、碱物质,会被该核心层紧紧吸附而无法再被释出而破坏体内细胞,最终,该吸附隔离装置是由生物体的排泄系统所排出,同时将生物体中的有害物质一并排出于生物体外,且不会累积在人体对人体造成危害。

为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具 体实施例,并参照附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
请参考图1,本实用新型的吸附隔离装置1包括有:
一核心层11,是由至少一层高分子聚合材料层所组成,该核心层11外径介于1纳米至1厘米之间,其型态包括但不限于粒状、粉状、胶状、丝状、柱状或多孔状的型态;及
一外壳层12,系包覆该核心层11并由至少一钝性材料层所组成,该外壳层12的厚度介于1纳米至1厘米之间,并穿设有多个孔洞。
其中,该高分子聚合材料层是选自包括有纤维素、胶体、醣类、药物化合物和前述聚合物的混合物的群组。
该钝性材料层系包括有活性碳。
当使用本实用新型得吸附隔离装置1时,一使用者可透过服用(吞食)的方式将该吸附隔离装置1经由消化系统摄取至体内,该外壳层12的钝性材料层会保护该吸附隔离装置1不会因为生物体消化道的特殊酸碱性质而被破坏或崩解,而当该吸附隔离装置1停留于胃部时,可以将经由饮食所摄取的酒精、酸、碱等有害物质进行吸附的动作,该等有害物质会透过该外壳层12上的孔洞进入该核心层11,并由高分子聚合物质所组成的核心层11紧紧吸附,而使该等有害物质不会再由该外壳层12的孔洞回到生物体中,避免该等有害物质对生物体细胞造成破坏。
另外,该吸附隔离装置1可随着排泄系统排出,并一并将该等有害物质带出体外,除不会累积在生物体中外,降低该等有害物质残留在生物体内,对生物体造成危害的机率。
本实用新型的吸附隔离装置不但可以使用于降低一般饮食或饮酒中有害物质对生物体的伤害,还可使用于医疗急救中,协助医护人员降低急救患者体内有害物质的浓度,以提升救援效率。
Claims (4)
1.一种吸附隔离装置,其特征在于,包括有:
一核心层,是由至少一层高分子聚合材料层所组成,其外径介于1纳米至1厘米之间;及
一外壳层,包覆该核心层外并由至少一层钝性材料层所组成,其厚度介于1纳米至1厘米之间,并穿设有多个孔洞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸附隔离装置,其特征在于,该高分子聚合材料层是选自有包括下列聚合物的群组:纤维素、醣类、胶体、药物化合物及前述聚合物混合的聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸附隔离装置,其特征在于,该钝性材料层是活性碳。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸附隔离装置,其特征在于,该核心层是粒状、粉状、胶状、丝状、柱状或多孔状。
