Abstract

본 발명은 천궁(Cnidii Rhizoma) 및 현호색(Corydalis Tuber)의 혼합 생약 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 호흡기 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 천궁 및 현호색의 혼합 생약 추출물은 5-리폭시게나제 억제 활성, 기도수축억제 활성, 기도염증 억제 작용, 귀부종 소염 효과, 진해 및 거담 활성이 우수하여, 천식, 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 급만성기관지염, 알레르기 비염, 기침, 가래, 급성하기도 감염증(기관지염 및 세기관지염), 인후염, 편도염, 후두염과 같은 급성상기도감염증 등의 호흡기질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용한 것으로 확인된다.
