Abstract

본 발명은 말디 이미징용 매트릭스 용액 및 이를 이용한 생체 분자의 말디 이미징의 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 매트릭스 용액은 분석하고자 하는 생체 조직 절편에 존재하는 특정 생체 분자를 용이하게 추출하여 그 생체 분자의 분포와 밀도를 색채감 있는 영상으로 이미지화할 수 있어 생체 분자의 질량을 매우 정확하게 측정할 수 있다.
