技术领域
本发明涉及一种等离子焊枪引弧装置, 适用一切用于等离子焊机的焊枪。
背景技术
在等离子焊机中, 等离子焊枪由于安装有引弧装置, 致使等离子焊枪形体 过大, 在狭小的空间没法使用, 大大缩小在等离子焊接领域的使用。 本发明将 引弧装置单独开发形成一个产品, 和等离子焊枪枪头配套使用, 大大提高等离 子焊机在焊接领域的使用。 在等离子焊接领域实现一场新的能源革命。
发明内容
针对上述情况, 本发明的目的是解决等离子焊机焊枪引弧的技术问题。 等 离子焊机焊枪前面是喷嘴, 接正极, 喷嘴内有相对绝缘的阴极头接阴极。 本发 明的引弧座由引弧装置和固定装置组成, 引弧装置包括引弧块 5、 弹簧 6和钨针 3 , 引弧块和钨针是导体有相对运动, 引弧块有内圓弧面, 引弧块下有弹簧, 依 靠弹簧在钨针外表面上下滑动; 固定装置包括紧固座 4、 钨针夹 7、 底座 2和底 座磁铁 1 , 紧固座有内圓弧面, 内圓弧面和钨针夹外圓弧面相配合, 紧固座拧紧 在底座上压迫鵠针夹来固定钨针, 钨针夹上圓弧顶有多辫夹片, 能够松紧, 底 座镶有底座磁铁, 可随意固定在工作铁台需要的位置上。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施对本发明进一步说明。
由图 1和图 2所示, 当等离子焊机的焊枪喷嘴对准引弧块 5往下压, 由于 引弧块 5的内圓弧面和焊枪喷嘴外表面相似, 确保喷嘴的中心和引弧块 5的中 心一致, 弹簧 6往下压缩, 引弧块 5往下滑动, 同时钨针 3进入喷嘴, 接触喷 嘴内的阴极头, 由于引弧块 5和钨针 3都是导体, 短路触发电弧, 完成引弧功 能, 后松开焊枪。 引弧块 5在弹簧 6的作用下升起。 在钨针 3多次引弧烧损后, 松开紧固座 4, 将钨针 3往上移动适当位置, 拧紧紧固座 4和底座 2的螺纹, 底 座 2顶起鵠针夹 7,钨针夹 7上的多辫夹片, 在底座 4的内圓弧面的作用下紧紧 夹住钨针 3 , 完成对钨针 3的固定作用。 然后靠底座 2的底座磁铁 1吸住工作铁 台放在需要的位置。

权利要求
1. 一种引弧座, 包括引弧装置和固定装置, 其特征在于: 钨针和引弧块是 导体有相对运动。

7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种引弧座, 其特征在于: 钨针夹上圓弧顶有多 辫夹片, 能够松紧。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种引弧座, 其特征在于: 底座镶有底座磁铁, 可随意固定在工作铁台需要的位置上。
