Abstract

본 발명에 따른 태양 전지는 상부 기판 및 하부 기판과, 상기 하부 기판 상의 일정 영역에 형성된 반도체 층과, 상기 하부 기판 상에 돌출 형성된 제1 패턴을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 발명은 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에 다양한 패턴을 형성함으로써, 상부 기판 및 하부 기판 사이에 마련된 접착 부재와의 접착 면적을 높여 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이의 밀착력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
