본 발명은 다량의 커피 생두를 단시간 내에 발아시킴으로써 가바(GABA, γ-aminobutyric acid) 함량을 획기적으로 증가시키는 커피 생두 발아 장치 및 이를 이용한 커피 생두 발아방법에 관한 것이다.
