发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装有可再次利用的 PVC球胆的运动用球，该运动用球装有 PVC 塑料制成的球胆， 这种球胆气密性与耐用性均高于传统的运动用球， 同时， 本发明还解决了
PVC塑料球胆在球体内不易固定等难题。 这种运动用球的外层球皮磨损以后， 可以剥去外层 球皮， 留下的 PVC塑料球胆能够再次利用， 成为儿童玩具用球。
一种装有可再次利用的 PVC球胆的运动用球， 包括充气内胆和皮革制成的外层球皮； 充 气内胆上设有气门 （或称为气嘴）， 其特征在于， 所述的充气内胆是采用 PVC塑料制成的球 体， 所述外层球皮上， 与所述气门对应的位置设有充气口。
本发明有以下优化方案：
1、所述的充气内胆的气门是凹陷地设置在充气内胆球体表面以下， 气门处的球体表面平 滑。
2、所述的充气内胆的气门的周围粘贴有布质材料， 该布质材料用于将胆粘在外层球皮的 内表面。 所述的布质材料选自： 棉布、 合成纤维织物、 薄帆布或无纺布。 所述的布质材料的 形状为圆心开口的圆形， 该 "圆心开口"与气门直径相同， 用以露出气门。 所述的布质材料 圆形的直径， 为气门直径的 3倍到 9倍， 优选为气门直径的 6~7倍。
