进一步地,基于泡棉层重量轻的特点,本发明发泡中胎中:所述内胆为加厚内胆,内胆的厚度在保证不同型号皮球发泡中胎重量要求的前提下进行加厚。
本发明中的内胆的厚度指的形成内胆的内胆外皮层的厚度。
本发明方案中,由于使用重量轻的泡棉替代质量较重的发泡橡胶中层,对于同样质量的中胎,可以提高中胎中内胆的重量,对于采用相同材质的内胆的情况下,也就是可以加厚内胆的厚度,从而提高内胆的气密性。
例如:按照国际标准,一颗篮球的重量为600~650g,一般中胎的重量为450~500g,采 用本发明结构的发泡中胎,泡棉层的重量一般设置在15~75g(具体重量根据不同的材质和实际需要选择),意味着可以用到350克~470克内胆。而传统的硫化橡胶发泡中胎,相同重量的情况下,发泡橡胶中胎层(发泡橡胶中胎外皮层)为200g左右,内胆也在200g左右。在采用相同材质内胆的情况下,本发明用到的350克~470克的内胆要比传统200g左右内胆厚将近一倍,其内胆气密性能增加一倍以上,中胎保气时间增加一倍以上。
具体以7号篮球为例,用发明结构制作的发泡中胎中:泡棉层的重量为15~60g;内胆重量为350~450克。传统用作7号篮球的发泡中胎,一般发泡橡胶中胎层也在200g左右,内胆也在200g左右对于现有常用的橡胶材质,200g左右内胆的厚度为0.7mm左右,而对于相同材质的内胆,350~450克的内胆可以做到1.2~1.6mm的厚度,从而实现内胆加厚。内胆厚度能加厚一倍左右,从而实现内胆加厚,提高内胆气密性。
一般地,采用本发明结构的发泡中胎,所述泡棉层的重量占整个发泡中胎较轻的重量比例,具体重量比例为中胎总重量的3%~15%。传统采用发泡橡胶材质的中胎,其发泡中胎层的重量要占到整个发泡中胎重量的50%左右。
此外,基于泡棉层重量轻的特点,本发明的发泡中胎能满足排球重量要求。
对于排球来说,一般排球成品重量要求在260克~280克,中胎重量还要远低于这个重量,一般排球中胎要求控制在在180克~190克,中胎中用到的排球内胆的重量为80克~90克。现有技术中使用发泡橡胶制得的中胎,为了实现发泡橡胶的柔韧性(不能太薄),很难满足这一重量要求,而本方案中由于采用质量轻的泡棉层替代现有技术中的橡胶发泡中胎层,可以减轻整个中胎的质量,从而实现将其应用于排球中,同时在保证排球重量要求的前提下,也能实现对内胆适当加厚。采用本发明结构的排球发泡中胎,用到90~115g左右的内胆,对于相同材质的排球内胆,厚度能增加10~30%。因此,本发明方案提供的中胎,不仅能满足排球的重量要求,同时也能实现对排球内胆的加厚,提高内胆气密性。
进一步地,所述发泡中胎还包括梗线,所述梗线贴设在所述泡棉层的外表面。
常用的皮球中,篮球或橄榄球需要贴设梗线,而足球、排球不用贴梗线,梗线采用先贴设在中胎上,然后再贴合外皮;或先贴外皮然后再贴梗线;或印刷在成品球的外皮表面。
进一步地,为了使梗线更好地贴合在泡沫层的外表面,同时防止泡棉层受强拉力作用而 被撕裂。所述泡棉层的外表面还设有第二贴布层,所述第二贴布层为整体覆盖设置在泡棉层的外表面或仅设置在梗线贴设处。本发明中的第二贴布层能起到保护泡棉层的作用。
同样的,本发明中的第二贴布层的材质也包括但不限于贴布等其他织物层。
进一步地,所述梗线的材料为合成材料,包括但不限于合成PVC、PU、纤维材料中的一种。
对于需要贴设梗线的篮球或橄榄球,由于梗线贴设在泡棉层或者通过贴布贴设在泡棉表面,现有的发泡橡胶料梗线,由于发泡橡胶密度低,所以外漏部分与空气、阳光接触容易老化龟裂,且不耐磨。而本发明中的梗线采用合成PVC、PU、纤维等合成材质,阳光接触不易老化龟裂,使用时更耐磨,使用寿命更长。
进一步地,所述糊料为橡胶材料。
由于本方案中的糊料是涂设在纱线层、贴布层或其他织物层上,其渗透入纱线层、贴布层或其他织物层,干燥凝固后能使得纱线层、更加紧致,牢固,为了更好地防止内胆变形。一般涂设量控制在能看到织物为准,糊料比例控制在整个发泡中胎重量的20%以内不用硫化。
本方案中的橡胶材料包括但不限于天然橡胶(NR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)、异戊橡胶(IR)、氯丁橡胶(CR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、丁晴橡胶(NBR)、乙丙橡胶(EPM/EPDM)、硅橡胶(Q)、氟橡胶(FPM)、聚氨酯橡胶(AU/EU)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM/AEM)、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)、氯醚橡胶(CO/ECO),或以上述橡胶为主要成分添加功能性添加剂组成的橡胶混合物。
进一步地,所述发泡中胎还包括植入的电子器件。
随着电子技术的发展,为了增加球的智能功能及娱乐性,会在球体中植入电子器件。这些电子器件包括但不限于芯片、各类传感器等实现球类智能化应用功能的各类小型或微型的电子设备,例如为了记录球类运动轨迹的位移传感器等。
进一步地,所述电子器件设于内胆材料中,或设于防内胆变形层与内胆层之间,或设于防内胆变形层与泡棉层之间;或者所述内胆为带有腔体的内胆,所述电子器件设于腔体内。
具体制作过程中,电子器件通过在制作内胆过程中植入在内胆材料中,或植入在防内胆变形层与内胆层之间,或植入在防内胆变形层与泡棉层之间;或者设计带有腔体的内胆,将电子器件设于腔体内。
进一步地,
所述泡棉层的表面设有多条划分线或凹槽,所述划分线或凹槽将中胎的泡棉层的外表面按照球类规范划分成若干块片区,片区的划分可按等面积或等周长或等宽度或不规则片型的形式进行划分,同时各划分线或凹槽之间在整个中胎外表面相互连通;所述发泡中胎还包括梗线,梗线贴设于划分线或凹槽处。
具体制作过程中,通过压设或通过刮薄的方式形成划分线或凹槽或者在贴合模具或定型模具内压设划分线或凹槽,然后按各划分线或凹槽划分的片区贴设外皮或者梗线。
本发明还提供一种贴皮球,包括上述的发泡中胎及外皮,所述外皮贴设在发泡中胎外表面。
进一步地,所述贴皮球包括但不限于篮球、排球、橄榄球、足球。
本发明还提供一种发泡中胎的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)在内胆外表面设置一层防内胆变形层,所述防内胆变形层具体是通过缠绕纱线形成纱线层,或者贴上第一贴布形成第一贴布层;
(2)然后在防内胆变形层的表面涂上粘接剂后,贴上泡棉层即可。
另一种制作方法的方案中:
步骤(1)中防内胆变形层具体是通过如下方法制得:
先在内胆外表面缠绕纱线,然后在纱线表面涂上糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层;
或者是,先在内胆外表面贴上第一贴布,然后在第一贴布层表面涂上一层糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层。
进一步地,步骤(2)中控制泡棉层的重量为中胎总重量的3%~15%。
进一步地,步骤(1)还包括制作加厚内胆,内胆的厚度在保证不同型号皮球发泡中胎重量要求的前提下进行加厚。
进一步地,上述制作方法还包括步骤(3),在泡棉层的整个外表面贴设贴布或者预留梗线贴设处贴设第二贴布形成第二贴布层,然后在第二贴布层上贴设梗线。
本发明的有益效果:
1、能提高柔软度,降低不良,免硫化免打磨:采用本发明结构的发泡中胎由于在防内胆变形层(纱线层或贴布层或其复合层)上直接贴设泡棉层,没有中间发泡橡胶层的束缚,球体弹跳和柔软度更好;且在防内胆变形层表面贴上泡棉,能保持纱线或贴布和泡棉原有的柔韧性,拍打碰触感更柔软舒服。而现有技术制作的发泡中胎是在纱线或贴布上贴合发泡橡胶 料,再在硫化模硫化而成,因为橡胶要制作出发泡效果必须经过硫化,硫化过程中发泡橡胶层与纱线层或贴布层相互渗透,制作出的发泡中胎外软内硬,拍打碰触的感觉相比本发明的中胎明显偏硬。
同时采用泡棉层替代发泡橡胶中胎层,可以省去发泡橡胶中胎在制作过程中的硫化工艺,同时也就避免了硫化过程中产生的较高不良及发泡不均匀现象。而且由于泡棉自身的发泡孔隙利于胶水渗透附着,也可免去打磨的步骤。
3、避免不良,降低成本:现有技术制作的发泡中胎由于原料的稳定性不够,而且需要在硫化摸内进行硫化反应,技术条件要求高,且一般都有10%-25%的不良品,一旦原料不稳定或打料过程中出现一点偏差或硫化模具温度偏差,都会造成发泡不均或发泡不起,出硫化摸就无法挽回,造成不良品,所以市场价格高,有能力生产的厂家有限,市场占有率比较低。本发明的发泡中胎在制作过程中泡棉层是发泡好的泡棉层贴合上去就行,不会产生不良品,造价成本低,有利于市场应用。
3、加重内胆,提高气密性:本发明的发泡中胎在制作过程中由于是在防内胆变形层(纱线层或贴布层或其符合层)上贴合泡棉,泡棉比重轻,所以在同等重量的中胎情况下,能加重内胆层,加重后的内胆气密性更高。
比如:7号篮球,现有技术一般会使用200克左右的内胆,橡胶发泡中胎层重量也会在200克左右(橡胶发泡中胎层会占到整个中胎总质量的50%左右),而本发明由于用到的泡棉层的重量在15克~60克即可(泡棉层的重量会仅占到整个中胎总质量的3~15%),因而可以用到350克~450克内胆,能增大内胆的重量,对于相同尺寸和材质的内胆,350克~450克重量的内胆会比200克左右具有更厚的厚度(相同材质厚一倍左右),其内胆气密性增加一倍以上,中胎保气时间增加一倍以上。
4、能应用于排球,应用更广泛:基于泡棉层重量较轻这一特点,本发明提供的中胎还能用于排球上,采用普通排球中胎用的内胆,加上.纱线层或贴布层,贴合上泡棉层即可。一般排球成品重量要求在260克~280克,中胎重量还要远低于这个重量,现有技术中使用发泡橡胶制得的中胎很难满足这一重量要求。在相同内胆重量的情况下,采用本发明的方案,可以使得成品排球的重量控制在质量要求范围内;同时也能实现对排球内胆的加厚,提高内胆气密性。而且采用本发明发泡中胎做出的排球手感更舒适。
5、对于同样重量要求的中胎,本发明的发泡中胎能在原有基础上对内胆加重加厚,更利于植入电子器件,并且设计较为复杂的结构,容纳和保护电子器,让其发挥更好的性能,同时也能拓宽成品球的应用范围。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种发泡中胎,包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3,防内胆变形层2包裹在内胆1外表面,泡棉层3覆盖设置在防内胆变形层2外表面。
作为优选实施例,防内胆变形层2采用纱线层或第一贴布层。纱线层或第一贴布层设置在内胆外表面,能够固定内胆圆周,不让内胆充气过程中无限膨胀,防止内胆变形。但防内胆变形层的材质并不局限于纱线或者贴布,其他防止内胆变形的织物层也属于本方案保护的范围内。
本实施例提供的发泡中胎由如下方法制得:
(1)在内胆1外表面设置一层防内胆变形层2,防内胆变形层2具体是通过缠绕一层纱线形成纱线层,或者贴上第一贴布形成第一贴布层;
(2)然后在防内胆变形层2的表面涂上胶水或其他粘接剂后然后贴上泡棉层3即可。
作为优选实施例,泡棉层的材料根据实际需要采用采用PU泡棉,EPE泡棉,PORON泡棉,CR泡棉,EVA泡棉,PE泡棉,SBR泡棉,EPDM泡棉,EPE泡棉中的一种。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,防内胆变形层2采用纱线层与糊料或乳胶组成的复合层,或第一贴布层与糊料或乳胶组成的复合层。
进一步在纱线层、第一贴补层或其他织物层的外表面图上糊料或乳胶,糊料或乳胶干燥凝固后能使得纱线层、第一贴布层或其他织物层更加紧致,牢固,能更好地防止内胆变形。
同样的,本实施例的防内胆变形层2同样不局限于纱线层或贴补层,其他防止内胆变形的织物层与糊料或者橡胶组成的复合层也属于本方案保护的范围内。
本实施例提供的发泡中胎由如下方法制得:
(1)在内胆1外表面设置一层防内胆变形层2,防内胆变形层2具体是通过如下方法制得:先在内胆外表面缠绕一层纱线或贴上一层贴布,然后在纱线层表面/贴布层表面涂上一层糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层。
(2)然后在防内胆变形层2的表面涂上胶水或其他粘接剂后贴上泡棉层3即可。
作为优选实施例,泡棉层的材料根据实际需要采用泡棉层的材料采用PU泡棉,EPE泡棉,PORON泡棉,CR泡棉,EVA泡棉,PE泡棉,SBR泡棉,EPDM泡棉,EPE泡棉中的一种。
所述糊料为橡胶材料,由于此处的糊料是涂设在纱线层、贴布层或其他织物层上,其渗透入纱线层、贴布层或其他织物层,干燥凝固后能使得纱线层、更加紧致,牢固,能更好地防止内胆变形。一般涂设量控制在能看到织物为准,糊料比例控制在整个发泡中胎重量的20%以内不需要硫化。
作为优选实施例,橡胶材料根据实际需要采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、异戊橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁基橡胶、丁晴橡胶、乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯醚橡胶,或以上述橡胶为主要成分添加功能性添加剂组成的橡胶混合物。
作为其中更优选的实施例,实施例1、2提供的发泡中胎,为了满足篮球的重量要求,本实施例提供的发泡中胎,用到加厚内胆1,内胆1的厚度在保证不同型号皮球发泡中胎重量要求的前提下进行加厚,一般采用比传统发泡橡胶中胎厚度厚一倍左右的内胆。本发明中的内胆1的厚度指的形成内胆的内胆层的厚度。
基于泡棉层重量轻的特点,一般地,泡棉层3重量设置为中胎总重量的3%~15%。按照国际标准,一颗篮球的重量为600~650g,一般中胎的重量为450~500g,那么泡棉层的重量一般设置在15~75g,那么本实施例中就可以用到350克~470克内胆,相比传统发泡中胎,一般发泡橡胶中胎层在200g左右,用到的内胆也在200g左右。对于相同内胆材质的情况下,350克~470克内胆的厚度相对200g左右内胆的厚度,要厚一倍左右,从而实现内胆1加厚,提高内胆1的气密性。
具体以7号篮球为例,采用本实施例提供的发泡中胎:泡棉层的重量一般为15~60g;那么可以用到重量为350~450克的内胆1。传统用作7号篮球的发泡中胎,一般发泡橡胶中胎层也在200g左右,内胆也在200g左右,对于现有常用的橡胶材质,200g左右内胆的厚度为0.7mm左右,而对于相同材质的内胆,350~450克的内胆可以做到1.2~1.6mm的厚度(图1中显示内胆1的外皮的厚度),从而实现内胆1加厚。内胆1厚度能加厚一倍左右,其内胆1气密性能增加一倍以上,中胎保气时间增加一倍以上。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,提供一种篮球或者橄榄球的中胎,在泡棉层3的外表面贴设有梗线。作为优选实施例,梗线的材料根据实际需要选用PVC、PU、纤维材料等合成材料。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种贴皮球,选用实施例1所提供的中胎,然后在中胎外表面(即泡棉层3上)贴上外皮组成。作为优选实施例,外皮的材料根据实际需要选用PVC、PU、纤维材料等合成材料。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种贴皮球,选用实施例2所提供的中胎,然后在中胎外表面(即泡棉层3上)贴上外皮组成。包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3组成的发泡中胎,以及外皮。
本实施例提供的贴皮球不包括梗线,一般指的是不需要设置梗线的排球或者足球。
实施例6
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种贴皮球,选用实施例2所提供的中胎,先在中胎泡棉层3的外表面贴上梗线将中胎外表面分区,裁制外皮,然后按区贴上外皮制得。
本实施例提供的贴皮球包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3组成的发泡中胎,梗线4以及外皮5。防内胆变形层2是先在内胆1外表面缠绕一层纱线或贴上一层贴布,然后在纱线层表面/贴补层表面涂上一层糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层。
作为优选实施例,为了使梗线4更好地贴合在泡沫层3的外表面,先在泡棉层3的外表面贴设第二贴布层,第二贴布层为整体覆盖设置在泡棉层3的外表面或仅设置在梗线4贴设处。
本实施例中的贴皮球包括梗线,一般指的是需要设置梗线的篮球或者橄榄球。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种贴皮球,选用实施例3所提供的中胎,然后在中胎外表面贴上外皮组成。包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3组成的发泡中胎,以及梗线4、外皮5。
本实施例中所述贴皮球由如下方法制得:
(1)在内胆1外表面设置一层防内胆变形层2,防内胆变形层2具体是通过缠绕一层纱线形成纱线层,或者贴上一层贴布形成第一贴布层;
(2)然后在防内胆变形层2的表面涂上胶水后然后贴上泡棉层3;
(3)然后在泡棉层3的外表面贴上梗线4,梗线4将中胎外表面分区;
(4)裁制外皮,然后按区贴上外皮即可。
作为优选实施例,为了使梗线4更好地贴合在泡沫层3的外表面,先在泡棉层3的外表面贴设第二贴布层,第二贴布层为整体覆盖设置在泡棉层3的外表面或仅设置在梗线4贴设处。
作为其他优选实施例,上述实施例6、7中的梗线,或者采用在中胎的泡棉层3压印上划分线将中胎外表面分区,裁制外皮,然后按区贴上外皮后贴设梗线制得;或者在外皮贴好之后,通过印刷的方式,印设在外皮表面。
实施例8
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种贴皮球,包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3组成的发泡中胎以及外皮5、梗线4。本实施例中的中胎与实施例1中胎的不同在于,中胎泡棉层3的表面设有多条划分线或凹槽,划分线或凹槽将中胎的泡棉层3的外表面按照球类规范划分成若干块片区,片区的划分可按等面积或等周长或等宽度或不规则片型等多种形式进行划分,同时各划分线或凹槽之间在整个中胎外表面是相互连通的,梗线贴设于划分线或凹槽 处。
在制作时,将泡棉层3的表面通过压设或通过刮薄的方式形成划分线或凹槽或者在贴合模具或定型模具内压设划分线或凹槽,然后将表面设有划分线或凹槽的泡棉层3用胶水贴在防内胆变形层2的表面,然后按区裁制外皮,接着将外皮通过胶水分别粘贴于中胎外表面的片区上,裁制外皮时,所述外皮相对于中胎片区粘贴,最后将梗线贴设于划分线或凹槽处。
作为其他优选实施例,梗线4,或者采用在中胎的泡棉层3压印上划分线将中胎外表面分区,先将梗线贴设于划分线或凹槽处,然后裁制外皮,之后按区贴设外皮;或者在外皮贴设好后,通过印刷的方式,将梗线4印设在外皮表面划分线或凹槽处。
作为优选实施例,为了使梗线4更好地贴合在泡沫层3的外表面,先在泡棉层3的外表面贴设第二贴布层,第二贴布层为整体覆盖设置在泡棉层3的外表面或仅设置在梗线4贴设处。
上述实施例4-8中的贴皮球包括但不限于篮球、橄榄球、足球或排球。一般,篮球、橄榄球是需要设置梗线的,而足球和排球是不需要设置梗线的。
实施例9
本实施例提供一种发泡中胎,所述发泡中胎包括内胆1、防内胆变形层2以及泡棉层3,防内胆变形层2包裹在内胆1外表面,泡棉层3覆盖设置在防内胆变形层2外表面。为了适应智能化应用的要求,所述发泡中胎还包括植入的电子器件。
在实际的制作过程中,电子器件通过在制作内胆过程中植入在内胆材料中,或植入在防内胆变形层与内胆层之间,或植入在防内胆变形层与泡棉层之间;或者设计带有腔体的内胆,将电子器件设于腔体内。
电子器件包括但不限于芯片、各类传感器等实现球类智能化应用功能的各类小型或微型的电子设备。例如用于记录球体运动轨迹的位移传感器。本实施例中的腔体包括但不限于存在一定固定空间的腔体,例如:采用CN106984011A公开的带腔体的内胆。
实施例10
本实施例提供一种带加厚内胆的篮球,包括发泡中胎和外皮,发泡中胎任一选用实施例1、2、3、9提供的发泡中胎,发泡中胎中:泡棉层的重量为15~75g;内胆重量为350~470 克。
以7号篮球为例,其发泡中胎中:泡棉层的重量为15~60;内胆重量为350~450克(厚度为1.2~1.6mm),相比传统采用发泡橡胶中胎的7号篮球,用到的内胆在200g左右(厚度为0.7mm),两者内胆的厚度相比,本实施例提供的篮球的内胆厚度要厚一倍左右,其气密性能增加一倍以上,中胎保气时间增加一倍以上。
因此,由于使用重量较轻的泡棉替代质量较重的发泡橡胶中层,相较于同样质量的中胎,可以提高中胎中内胆的重量,对于相同材质和型号的内胆,也就是可以加厚内胆的厚度,从而提到内胆的气密性。
由于在相同质量中胎的情况下,可以提高内胆的质量,例如采用实施例9提供的带有用于植入电子器件的腔体的内胆的发泡中胎,由于电子器件具有一定重量,如此,不会因为电子器件的引入而降低内胆的重量以实现内胆质量的要求,从而更好地保证内胆的气密性和弹性。因而对于同样重量要求的中胎,本发明的发泡中胎能在原有基础上对内胆加重加厚,更利于植入电子器件,并且设计较为复杂的结构,容纳和保护电子器,让其发挥更好的性能,同时也能拓宽成品球的应用范围。
实施例11
本实施例提供一种排球,选用实施例1或2提供的发泡中胎,贴上外皮制成。本实施例的排球的发泡中胎采用加厚内胆,内胆重量为90~115g,厚度在0.4mm左右。传统相同材质的排球内胆,重量一般在80~90g,厚度在0.3mm左右。本实施例提供的排球能实现内胆加厚,从而提高内胆气密性。
本实施提供的排球重量能控制在260克~280克要求的重量范围内,中胎重量在180克~190克,在保证重量要求的前提下,还能实现对排球内胆的加厚,提高内胆气密性。
相比现有技术制作的发泡中胎,在纱线或贴布上贴合发泡橡胶料,再在硫化模硫化而成,硫化过程中发泡橡胶层与纱线层或贴布层相互渗透,制作出的发泡中胎外软内硬,拍打碰触的感觉相比本发明的中胎明显偏硬。本发明由于在纱线层或贴布层上直接贴设泡棉层,没有中间橡胶层的束缚,球体弹跳和柔软度更好;且在纱线或贴布或者其复合层表面贴上泡棉,能保持纱线或贴布和泡棉原有的柔韧性,拍打碰触感更柔软舒服。同时采用泡棉层替代发泡橡胶中胎层,可以省去发泡橡胶中胎在制作过程中的硫化工艺,同时也就避免了硫化过程中 产生的较高不良及发泡不均匀现象。而且由于泡棉自身的发泡孔隙利于胶水渗透附着,也可免去打磨的步骤。
对于需要贴设梗线的篮球或橄榄球,由于梗线贴设在泡棉层或者通过贴布贴设在泡棉表面,且梗线采用合成PVC、PU、纤维等材质,相比现有贴设在发泡橡胶中胎表面的发泡橡胶料梗线,由于发泡橡胶密度低,所以外漏部分与空气、阳光接触容易老化龟裂,且不耐磨。本发明合成PVC、PU、纤维等材质的梗线阳光接触不易老化龟裂,使用时更耐磨,使用寿命更长。
相比现有技术制作的发泡中胎由于原料的稳定性不够,而且需要在硫化摸内进行硫化反应,技术条件要求高,且一般都有10%-25%的不良品,一旦原料不稳定或打料过程中出现一点偏差或硫化模具温度偏差,都会造成发泡不均或发泡不起,出硫化摸就无法挽回,造成不良品,所以市场价格高,有能力生产的厂家有限,市场占有率比较低。本发明的发泡中胎在制作过程中泡棉层是发泡好的泡棉层贴合上去就行,不会产生不良品,造价成本低,有利于市场应用。
对于实施例8需要在泡棉层上设置划分线或凹槽的情形,操作和制作过程也更简单,可以实现在泡棉层上设置好划分线或凹槽再贴上去即可,现有技术的发泡中胎开设凹槽,需要对开设专门的硫化模具。
此外,最为重要的一点是,基于泡棉层质量轻的特点,在同等重量的发泡中胎情况下,尤其是篮球的发泡中胎,能加重内胆层,对于相同材料和型号的内胆,相当于能加厚内胆的厚度,从而提高内胆气密性;同样基于泡棉层质量轻的特点,本发明结构的发泡中胎还能应用于制作质量要求较轻的排球的发泡中胎,同时还能加厚排球的内胆,提高排球的气密性;而且能适用于制作带有较为复杂结构的内胆的发泡中胎,不会因为复杂结构的质量增加而无法实现球体重量的要求。
以上所述为本发明的具体实施方式,但不能对本发明构成任何限制,因此需特别指出,凡是以本发明为基础,做得任何修改与改进均落在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种发泡中胎,其特征在于,包括内胆、防内胆变形层以及泡棉层,所述防内胆变形层包裹在内胆外表面,所述泡棉层覆盖设置在防内胆变形层外表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述防内胆变形层为纱线,或第一贴布层,或纱线层与糊料或乳胶组成的复合层,或第一贴布层与糊料或乳胶组成的复合层。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,
    所述内胆为加厚内胆,内胆的厚度在保证不同型号皮球发泡中胎重量要求的前提下进行加厚。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述发泡中胎还包括梗线,所述梗线贴设在所述泡棉层的外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述泡棉层的外表面还设有第二贴布层,所述第二贴布层为整体覆盖设置在泡棉层的外表面或仅设置在梗线贴设处。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述泡棉层的材料采用PU泡棉,EPE泡棉,PORON泡棉,CR泡棉,EVA泡棉,PE泡棉,SBR泡棉,EPDM泡棉,EPE泡棉中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述梗线的材料为PVC、PU、纤维材料中的一种。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述糊料为橡胶材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1~2、5或7~8任一所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述发泡中胎还包括植入的电子器件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,所述电子器件设于内胆材料中,或设于防内胆变形层与内胆层之间,或设于防内胆变形层与泡棉层之间;或者所述内胆为带有腔体的内胆,所述电子器件设于腔体内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的发泡中胎,其特征在于,
    所述泡棉层的表面设有多条划分线或凹槽,所述划分线或凹槽将泡棉层的外表面按照球类规范划分成若干块片区,片区的划分可按等面积或等周长或等宽度或不规则片型的形式进行划分,同时各划分线或凹槽之间在整个发泡中胎外表面相互连通;所述发泡中胎还包括梗 线,梗线贴设于划分线或凹槽处。
  12. 一种贴皮球,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~11任一所述的发泡中胎以及外皮,所述外皮贴设在发泡中胎外表面,所述贴皮球包括但不限于篮球、排球、橄榄球、足球。
  13. 一种发泡中胎的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
    (1)在内胆外表面设置一层防内胆变形层,所述防内胆变形层具体是通过缠绕纱线形成纱线层,或者贴上第一贴布形成第一贴布层;
    (2)然后在防内胆变形层的表面涂上粘接剂后,贴上泡棉层即可。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的发泡中胎的制作方法,其特征在于,
    步骤(1)中防内胆变形层具体是通过如下方法制得:
    先在内胆外表面缠绕纱线,然后在纱线表面涂上糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层;
    或者是,先在内胆外表面贴上第一贴布,然后在第一贴布层表面涂上一层糊料或乳胶得到防内胆变形的复合层。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的发泡中胎的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中控制泡棉层的重量为中胎总重量的3%~15%。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的发泡中胎的制作方法,其特征在于,
    步骤(1)还包括制作加厚内胆,内胆的厚度在保证不同型号皮球发泡中胎重量要求的前提下进行加厚。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的发泡中胎的制作方法,其特征在于,
    还包括步骤(3),在泡棉层的整个外表面贴设贴布或者预留梗线贴设处贴设第二贴布形成第二贴布层,然后在第二贴布层上贴设梗线。
