微博作为一种扩展 IM消息传播机制的新产品、新应用, 得到了快速的 增长。 在现有 IM工具中存在的群组功能, 一般用户在 IM中创建某个群组 时, 如果需要其他用户加入群组, 一般都是采用让其他用户获知到这个群 号码, 然后通过群号码请求加入群, 再经群管理员同意后, 该用户可以加 入群组。 这种方式对于初建群组的用户来说, 不能在最初自动邀请一批用 户进入群组, 这样对于扩展群的实现非常不方便。 发明内容

通过本发明为群组设置标签的方法, 很好地实现了群组的自动邀请, 并实现了快速聚合与群组关联的用户, 从而实现了有目的的快速扩大群组 的使用规模。
图 3是本发明群组的实现的实施例的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 本实 施例中假设客户端为微博终端, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 300: 微博终端与服务器之间建立连接。
本步骤中, 用户对应的微博终端将用户的账号与密码发送到服务器, 通过验证并登录成功后, 建立起与服务器之间的连接通道; 后续, 微博终 端与服务器之间可以通过定时发送心跳包的形式, 确保与服务器的连接。 本步骤的具体实现属于本领域技术人员的惯用技术手段, 这里不再详述。
步骤 301 : 微博终端向服务器发送创建群组的协议命令。
本步骤中, 微博终端监听用户操作(如鼠标点击), 确认用户点击创建 群组后, 创建对应的群组資料填写界面, 此时, 用户可以通过提供的界面 设置群组的名称、 群组简介等群组相关信息, 将设置好的群组相关信息打 包成数据包并加密后发送给服务器, 以请求创建群组。
步骤 302: 服务器为请求创建的群组生成群组 ID, 并返回给微博终端。 本步骤中, 服务器接收到创建群组的请求后, 对接收到的数据包进行 解密, 并从有效的数据包中提取群组相关信息, 并存入群组数据表中对应 的数据行, 同时生成对应的群组 ID。 如果操作成功, 则将群组 ID返回微博 终端; 如果操作失败, 则向微博终端返回失败提示。 本实施例中加解密的实现方法很多, 属于本领域技术人员惯用技术手 段, 这里不对其具体实现方法进行限定, 其具体实现方法也不用于限定本 发明的保护范围。
步骤 303: 微博终端为成功建立的群组设置标签。
本步骤中, 微博终端接收到服务器返回的操作成功命令后, 提取出数 据包中的群组 ID并存储在本地, 同时, 监听用户鼠标消息确认用户是否通 过点击操作设置群组标签, 如果是, 则创建标签设置界面, 以便用户可以 通过该界面针对该群组设置对应的标签内容。
步骤 304: 微博终端将设置的标签发送给服务器,服务器将标签对应群 组 ID存储, 并向客户端返回成功设置标签指令。
本步骤中, 用户通过微博终端设置好标签后, 微博终端向服务器发送 设置群组标签属性的协议命令, 其中携带有包括群组 ID及对应的标签的加 密数据包, 服务器解密接收到的数据包并提取其中的群组 ID, 按照群组 ID 查询数据库并将用户设置的标签存储在对应的数据行中, 之后返回成功设 置标签的协议指令。
步骤 305: 微博终端从服务器获取设置有该标签的用户信息。
本步骤中, 微博终端接收到成功设置标签指令后, 向服务器发送获取 对应该标签的用户号码列表的协议指令, 服务器查询设置过该标签的用户 信息, 获取已经设置过该标签的用户号码列表, 并返回给微博终端。
步骤 306: 微博终端从获得的用户号码列表中选择需要发起邀请的用 户, 并向其发起邀请请求。
本步骤中, 微博终端提取出用户号码列表进行微博资料查询, 创建自 动邀请的界面, 将提取的用户号码列表信息展示给用户, 用户可以根据自 己的需要勾选对哪些用户发送邀请; 扫描用户勾选的需要邀请的用户号码 列表, 将群组名称、 发邀请用户昵称以及号码、 接收邀请用户号码与提醒 信息发送给服务器, 服务器将接收到的邀请请求转发给接收邀请用户号码 对应的微博终端登录地址。
步骤 307: 接收到邀请请求的用户选择是否接受邀请, 并经所在被邀请 微博终端和服务器, 将确认返回给发起邀请的微博客户端。
本步骤中, 接收到邀请的微博终端, 从解密接收到的消息数据包, 提 取出群组名称以及发邀请用户昵称与号码等消息后, 创建对应的群组邀请 界面, 用户通过该界面展示的信息, 确认是否加入该发起邀请的微博群组。 如果加入, 则可以自动加入到该微博群组中, 进行微博群组消息的接收与 收听处理; 否则拒绝即可。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
客户端为成功创建的群组设置标签, 并向服务器端请求与该标签关联 的用户信息;
客户端根据获得的用户信息, 发起群组加入邀请。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法之前 还包括:
设置对应的群组创建信息; 所述客户端向服务器端发送创建群组的协 议命令,创建群组成功后, 所述服务器端向客户端返回创建成功的群组 ID。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述客户端 为成功创建的群组设置标签包括:
所述用户通过客户端为创建成功的群组设置相应的标签, 并向所述服 务器端发起设置标签指令;
所述服务器端接收到设置标签指令后, 将需要设置的标签与对应的群 组 ID对应存储, 并向客户端返回成功设置标签指令。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述向 服务器端请求与该标签关联的用户信息包括:
所述客户端从所述服务器端请求并获取与该标签相关的用户信息; 所述用户信息包括用户账号列表。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述客 户端根据获得的用户信息, 发起群组加入邀请包括:
所述客户端将获得的与所述标签相关的用户信息展示给用户; 所述用户从获得的用户信息中选择需要发送邀请加入所述群组的协议 命令的用户, 并通过服务器端向选出的用户发出邀请信令。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的群组的实现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包 括:
受邀请用户的客户端接收到所述邀请信令后, 根据受邀请用户的需要 确定是否加入所述群组。
7、一种群组的实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括客户端和服务器端, 其中, 客户端, 用于为成功创建的群组设置标签, 并向服务器端请求与该标 签关联的用户信息; 客户端根据获得的用户信息, 发起群组加入邀请; 服务器端, 用于接收来自客户端的标签, 将需要设置的标签与群组对 应存储, 并向客户端返回与标签关联的用户信息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的群组的实现系统, 其特征在于,
所述客户端还用于, 设置对应的群组创建信息; 向所述服务器端发送 创建群组的协议命令;
所述服务器端, 还用于创建群组, 向客户端返回创建成功的群组 ID。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的群组的实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述客 户端包括群组管理模块、 标签管理模块、 邀请模块和消息提醒模块, 其中, 群组管理模块, 用于与所述服务器端的群组服务器进行协议命令交互, 创建群组, 并在需要设置群组标签时, 向所述服务器端的群组服务器发起 设置标签指令, 并将返回的成功设置标签指令输出给标签管理模块;
标签管理模块, 用于接收成功设置标签指令, 从所述服务器端的标签 服务器中获取对应该标签内容的用户信息并输出给邀请模块;
邀请模块, 用于对接收到的用户号码列表进行循环扫描, 在接收到对 用户信息中的用户进行邀请的指令时, 向所述服务器端的中转服务器发送 邀请信令;
消息提醒模块, 用于接收到从所述服务器端的中转服务器的群组邀请 消息, 通过界面的方式展示提醒以及响应用户的操作, 确认是否加入当前 群组。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的群组的实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述 服务器端包括群组服务器、 用户服务器、 标签服务器和消息中转服务器, 其中,
群组服务器, 存储有与群组关联的信息; 用于与所述客户端的群组管 理模块交互, 完成群组的创建; 接收来自所述客户端的群组管理模块的设 置标签指令, 对应群组 ID存储设置的标签, 并返回成功设置标签指令; 标签服务器, 用于查询用户服务器, 获取已经设置过的标签的用户信 息, 并返回给所述客户端的标签管理模块;
用户服务器, 存储有客户端用户的收听关系, 以及用户类型, 用户标 签属性, 是否认证的信息;
消息中转服务器, 用于接收来自所述客户端的邀请模块的邀请指令, 向邀请的客户端转发群组邀请消息。
11、 一种群组的实现客户端, 其特征在于, 包括群组管理模块、 标签 管理模块、 邀请模块和消息提醒模块, 其中,
群组管理模块, 用于与服务器端进行协议命令交互, 创建群组, 并在 需要设置群组标签时, 向所述服务器端发起设置标签指令, 并将返回的成 功设置标签指令输出给标签管理模块;
标签管理模块, 用于接收成功设置标签指令, 从所述服务器端获取对 应该标签内容的用户信息并输出给邀请模块;
邀请模块, 用于对接收到的用户号码列表进行循环扫描, 在接收到对 用户信息中的用户进行邀请的指令时, 向所述服务器端发送邀请信令。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的群组的实现客户端, 其特征在于,还包括: 消息提醒模块, 用于接收来自所述服务器端的群组邀请消息, 通过界 面的方式展示提醒以及响应用户的操作, 确认是否加入当前群组。
