Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un animal à modèle de lésion pulmonaire provoquée par une exposition à l'hyperoxie, et sur une trousse pour diagnostiquer une lésion pulmonaire provoquée par une exposition à l'hyperoxie par utilisation d'un marqueur TAZ. Un poumon fibroïde séreux a été induit dans des souris à déficience en TAZ (TAZ-/-), et ceci était similaire à un poumon fibroïde se produisant dans les poumons de souris dans un groupe normal qui ont été exposées à l'hyperoxie. TAZ supprime des molécules-signaux par affectation d'un chemin de signal relatif au stress oxydant, permettant à l'hémostase de poumons d'être contrôlée. Par conséquent, les souris à déficience en TAZ (TAZ-/-) peuvent être utilisées de manière utile en tant que souris à modèle de poumon fibroïde provoqué par une exposition à l'hyperoxie, et également utilisées pour la préparation de souris à modèle de poumon fibroïde provoqué par une exposition à l'hyperoxie, et lors du dépistage de substances candidates pour traiter des agents à l'aide des souris. En outre, les souris à déficience en TAZ (TAZ-/-) peuvent être utilisées pour diagnostiquer un poumon fibroïde provoqué par une exposition à l'hyperoxie et une trousse de diagnostic peut être utilisée à cet effet, par confirmation de l'expression du gène ou de la protéine TAZ.
