有鉴于此， 本案发明人乃针对上述缺点， 努力研究、 实验与改良， 并配合 多年从事相关行业的产制经验， 而创作出此一实用的发明。 发明公开

一下座体 2， 该下座体 2亦具有一平面部 21， 同样是提供给物体或鞋子置 放之用， 与该下座体 2的平面部 21上缘连接且呈现类垂直角度处亦设有一卡 合活动部 22， 该卡合活动部 22与上座体 1的卡合活动部 13的孔槽 131对应 处乃凸设有一凸块 221， 该凸块 221是可据以卡入上座体 1 的卡合活动部 13 的孔槽 13中且得以自由转动者；于该下座体 2的平面部 21的侧缘处且与下座 体 2的卡合活动部 22位处同一平面处， 亦向上凸设有一凸耳 23，在该凸耳 23 的适当位置处是贯穿设有一孔洞 231，该孔洞 231是可供调整杆 3的卡合块 321 置入卡扣并据以活动之；
一调整杆 3， 该调整杆 3是呈现适当曲度者， 该曲度恰可配合上座体 1于 调整高度时所呈现的角度予以调整，该调整杆 3上适当位置贯穿设有由数个类 于『凸』字型的孔洞连接而成的滑动固定部 31， 该滑动固定部具有滑轨部 311 及卡合部 312， 可分别提供上座体 1的卡栓 141具以滑动及卡扣固定之用， 该 调整杆 3的下部与下座体 2的凸耳 23的孔洞 231对应处是凸设有一凸块 32， 该凸块 32是呈倒 『凸』 字型的样态与该调整杆 3相互接合， 亦即再该凸块 32 的顶缘乃凸设有一凸出部 321， 当该凸块 32穿透卡入下座体 2的凸耳 23的孔 洞 231内时， 该凸出部 321恰可抵置于该凸耳 23的内缘处而使该调整杆 3不 会与下座体 2分离；
利用上述构件相互组合后所形成的架体， 是可供物体或鞋子置放之， 其上 座体 1与下座体 2分别具有平面部 11、 21位处同一空间但不同平面， 因此能 使同一双鞋子被上下分隔的置放着而不会在同一平面处浪费空间，且利用上座 体的卡合活动部 13及下座体的卡合活动部 22相互的扣合并得以活动的特性， 据以调整上座体 1的平面部 11的角度以符合所置放的物体或鞋子的高度而不 会造成挤压或不适用， 另外， 利用调整杆 3与下座体 2的凸耳 23的活动卡扣 特性，而使得上座体 1的卡栓 141可在调整杆 3的滑动固定部 31的滑轨部 311 上滑行并扣合于卡合部 312中， 如此而能使上座体 1的平面部 11能被固定在 所调整的倾斜角度与高度上，使上座体 1所置放的物体或鞋子能处于平稳置放 的状态；

其中， 该图 3及图 4中所列示的内盖体 224的肋体 2242与外盖体 225的 凹条 2252的设置方式， 亦可相互置换之， 意即内盖体 224可形成凹条状， 而 外盖体 225可形成肋体状而相互卡合固定之； 另外图 4的下座体 2的贯穿孔 223内缘面可形成为凸块状， 而内盖体 224的外缘则对应形成内凹状而相互卡 合固定之；

综合上述， 本发明的置鞋架可调整结构的创新结构及绝佳功效， 确实未见 于任何刊物及市面上的既有产品当中， 亦非为熟悉该项技术者可易于思及之， 其具有新颖性专利要件乃不容置疑， 另， 本发明的变化结构并不限于所呈现的 各图面所限制者，凡利用此基础原理所创作者且简易置换或增加构件而能达到 相同或近似功效者， 皆属本发明的保护范围内， 而本发明所能达到的进歩性及 产业利用性亦非目前业界相似产品所能及者，故本发明是完全符合发明专利申 请的要件规定， 乃依法提起申请。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种置鞋架可调整结构， 其包括：
一上座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该平面部一端适当位置处凸 设有一阻尼部， 该卡合活动部上是贯穿设有一孔槽， 以供与下座体相互卡合并 予以活动调整之；
一下座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该卡合活动部上凸设有一凸 块， 利用该凸块可与上座体的孔槽相互卡合并据以活动调整之。
2 . 根据权利要求 1所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该置鞋架是可包括一 调整杆组合。
3 . 根据权利要求 2所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合主要包 括有一调整杆。
4 . 根据权利要求 2所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合， 主要 是于上座体的侧缘适当位置处向内凹设一内凹部，并于该内凹部上凸设有一卡 栓， 另于下座体的侧缘处适当位置处设一凸耳， 该凸耳贯穿设有一孔洞， 以供 调整杆穿设活动之。
5 . 一种置鞋架可调整结构， 其包括：
一上座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该平面部一端适当位置处凸 设有一阻尼部， 该卡合活动部上是贯穿设有一孔槽， 该孔槽的周缘环绕排列有 等距的孔， 以供与下座体相互卡合并据以活动调整之；
一下座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该卡合活动部上凸设有一凸 块， 凸块周缘等距对应上座体的孔环绕排列有等距的凸部， 以供与上座体的孔 槽及孔相互卡合并据以活动调整之。
6 . 根据权利要求 5所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该置鞋架可包括一调 整杆组合。
7 . 根据权利要求 6所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合主要包 括有一调整杆。
8 . 根据权利要求 6所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合， 主要 是于上座体的侧缘适当位置处向内凹设一内凹部，并于该内凹部上凸设有一卡 栓， 另于下座体的侧缘处适当位置处设一凸耳， 该凸耳贯穿设有一孔洞， 以供 调整杆穿设活动之。
9 . 一种置鞋架可调整结构， 其包括：
一上座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该平面部一端适当位置处凸 设有一阻尼部， 该卡合活动部上是贯穿设有一孔槽， 该孔槽的周缘环绕排列有 等距的孔， 以供与下座体相互卡合并据以活动调整之；
一下座体， 包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部， 该卡合活动部上形成有一贯 穿孔， 该贯穿孔的内缘延伸凸出有凸肋， 且该凸肋的外缘形成有螺纹；
一内盖体，是呈内凹状且中心部位凸设有一中空槽，该中空槽形成有肋体; 一外盖体， 亦呈内凹状且中心部凹设有一孔部， 该孔部形成有凹条； 一弹性体， 是置放于内盖体的中空槽与外盖体孔部之间。
1 0 . 根据申请权利要求 9所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该中空槽亦可 形成为凹条， 而孔部亦可形成有肋体 ·
1 1 . 根据权利要求 9所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该置鞋架是可包括 一调整杆组合。
1 2 . 根据权利要求 1 1所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合主 要包括有一调整杆。
1 3 . 根据权利要求 1 1所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合， 主要是于上座体的侧缘适当位置处向内凹设一内凹部，并于该内凹部上凸设有 一卡栓， 另于下座体的侧缘处适当位置处设一凸耳， 该凸耳贯穿设有一孔洞， 以供调整杆穿设活动之。

一外盖体， 亦呈内凹状且中心部凹设有一孔部， 该孔部形成有凹条； 一弹性体， 是置放于内盖体的中空槽与外盖体孔部之间。
1 5 . 根据申请权利要求 1 4所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该中空槽亦 可形成为凹条， 而孔部亦可形成有肋体 ·
1 6 . 根据权利要求 1 4所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该置鞋架可包括 一调整杆组合。
1 7 . 根据权利要求 1 6所述的置鞋架可调整结构， 其中该调整杆组合主 要包括有一调整杆。
