Abstract

一种置鞋架可调整结构,包括:一上座体(1)、一下座体(2)及一调整固定结构,其上座体与下座体是可相互套合并相对活动的,使用者可依据鞋子的高度通过调整固定结构调整其高度。该鞋架可缩减置物空间,令展示品得到最佳的展示。

置鞋架可调整结构
技术领域
本发明是属于一种置物对象结构改良的技术领域,其发明特点是在令置物架体,尤其是置鞋架者得被随意活动调整并具以固定,有效缩减置物空间、令展示品得以调整至最佳展示状态、提升销售效率及便利现代生活者为其发明的主要目的。
背景技术
按,传统的鞋子置放方式,位于卖场或展场者,皆是其中一只置于一I型架者,另一只藏起或置于后方,位于家中者,则是两只并排置于鞋柜或鞋架的中,甚或置于鞋盒的内予以堆栈,如此的情况下,卖场或展场的置鞋空间被大量的浪费,或者在销售时往往让销售人员浪费时间去寻找另一只鞋子,无法有效提升工作效率,而在家中时,鞋子都置放于鞋盒中时,每当要出们都要逐一寻找而显得费时费力,并排平放于鞋柜或鞋架上时,则又占用大量置物空间,对于所租住的空间皆属小而精美的现代人而言,无疑是一种空间的浪费且不便利。
有鉴于此,本案发明人乃针对上述缺点,努力研究、实验与改良,并配合多年从事相关行业的产制经验,而创作出此一实用的发明。
发明公开
本发明主要是提供一种置鞋架可调整结构,主要是利用凹凸卡合的原理构成上座体及下座体的组合可调整结构,并配合卡栓所构成的固定结构而使上、下座体保持于所调整的高度状态,如此除了能使整双鞋都能被置放于同一立体空间之中外,还能根据每双鞋的高度、所欲展现的样态加以调整,以提升销售效率、缩减置物空间及便利现代生活者。

实现本发明的最佳方式
本发明是有关一种制鞋架可调整结构,请参阅图1所示,主要包括有一上座体1,该上座体包括有一平面部11及一卡合活动部13,主要是供物体或鞋子置放后被调整高低的部份,在该平面部11一端适当位置处凸设有一阻尼部12,该阻尼部12可使物体或鞋子被置放于上座体1上且被调整至某倾斜角度时,能有效阻止该物体或鞋子自上座体1的平面物11滑落;与该上座体1的平面部11下缘连接且呈现类垂直角度处连设有一卡合活动部13,该卡合活动部13上贯穿设有一孔槽131,利用该孔槽131得以与下座体2相互卡合并予以活动调整之;位于该平面部11的侧缘适当位置处是向内凹设有一内凹部14,该内凹部14上乃凸设有一卡栓141,利用该卡栓141与调整杆3相互配合而能使该鞋架的上座体1被固定在调整好的高度状态;
一下座体2,该下座体2亦具有一平面部21,同样是提供给物体或鞋子置放之用,与该下座体2的平面部21上缘连接且呈现类垂直角度处亦设有一卡合活动部22,该卡合活动部22与上座体1的卡合活动部13的孔槽131对应处乃凸设有一凸块221,该凸块221是可据以卡入上座体1的卡合活动部13的孔槽13中且得以自由转动者;于该下座体2的平面部21的侧缘处且与下座体2的卡合活动部22位处同一平面处,亦向上凸设有一凸耳23,在该凸耳23的适当位置处是贯穿设有一孔洞231,该孔洞231是可供调整杆3的卡合块321置入卡扣并据以活动之;
一调整杆3,该调整杆3是呈现适当曲度者,该曲度恰可配合上座体1于调整高度时所呈现的角度予以调整,该调整杆3上适当位置贯穿设有由数个类于『凸』字型的孔洞连接而成的滑动固定部31,该滑动固定部具有滑轨部311及卡合部312,可分别提供上座体1的卡栓141具以滑动及卡扣固定之用,该调整杆3的下部与下座体2的凸耳23的孔洞231对应处是凸设有一凸块32,该凸块32是呈倒『凸』字型的样态与该调整杆3相互接合,亦即再该凸块32的顶缘乃凸设有一凸出部321,当该凸块32穿透卡入下座体2的凸耳23的孔洞231内时,该凸出部321恰可抵置于该凸耳23的内缘处而使该调整杆3不会与下座体2分离;
利用上述构件相互组合后所形成的架体,是可供物体或鞋子置放之,其上座体1与下座体2分别具有平面部11、21位处同一空间但不同平面,因此能使同一双鞋子被上下分隔的置放着而不会在同一平面处浪费空间,且利用上座体的卡合活动部13及下座体的卡合活动部22相互的扣合并得以活动的特性,据以调整上座体1的平面部11的角度以符合所置放的物体或鞋子的高度而不会造成挤压或不适用,另外,利用调整杆3与下座体2的凸耳23的活动卡扣特性,而使得上座体1的卡栓141可在调整杆3的滑动固定部31的滑轨部311上滑行并扣合于卡合部312中,如此而能使上座体1的平面部11能被固定在所调整的倾斜角度与高度上,使上座体1所置放的物体或鞋子能处于平稳置放的状态;
其中,上座体1的孔槽131与下座体的凸块的结构是可被相互置换的,亦即上座体1的卡合活动部13所呈现的是内凸的凸块结构,而下座体2的卡合活动部22呈现的是内凹的孔槽状,另上座体1的凸块可被置入下座体2的孔槽中,同样可达到卡合活动的功效;相对的,调整杆3的凸块32与下座体2的凸耳23的孔洞结构亦可被相互置换而达到同样的调整效能;
请再参阅图2所示,该图2是由第一图的基础结构所延伸出的另一较佳实施例,主要结构改变之处在于在该上座体1的孔槽131的周缘环绕排列有等距的孔132,且于下座体2的凸块221周缘等距对应上座体1的孔132环绕排列有等距的凸部222,藉此在调整该鞋架角度及高度并予以固定后,具有更佳的支撑力,而上座体1的孔132与下座体2的凸部222的设置结构亦可相互置换而未脱离本发明的设计基础概念;
请再参阅图3所示,该图3是由图1及图2的基础结构所延伸出的另一较佳实施例,主要结构改变之处在于该下座体2原为凸块之处变化成一贯穿孔223,且该贯穿孔223的内缘面是延伸凸出有凸肋2231,且该凸肋的外缘形成有螺纹2232,该螺纹2232是可供一内盖体224螺合之,该内盖体224是呈内凹状,中心部位凸设有一中空槽2241,且该中空槽的外缘纵向排列有数个肋体2242,该肋体2242是可令当内盖体224与外盖体225相互卡合时,与外盖体225的孔部2251的凹条2252相互卡合,藉此固定外盖体225不会在上座体1进行角度及高度调整时随之转动,且有一弹性体226置放内盖体224的中空槽2241与外盖体225的孔部2251之间,藉此可令上座体1的卡合活动部13与下座体2的卡合活动部22相互套合时,该外盖体225能稳固定牵制着上盖体1,且在调整上盖体1的角度及高度时,仅须按压下座体2的外盖体225向内即可进行调整,待调整到理想的高度及角度后,中止按压外盖体即可进行角度及高度的固定;
请再参阅图4所示,该图4是由图1至图3的基础结构所延伸出来的另一较佳实施例,主要结构改变是为将下座体2的贯穿孔223由原先内缘面延伸凸出有凸肋2231改变为贯穿孔223周缘凹设有内凹部2233,而与该内凹部2233相对应卡合者,则是将内盖体224的外周缘改变为具有凸块状2243,该凸块状2243恰可与该内凹部2233相互卡合之而具以组合;
其中,该图3及图4中所列示的内盖体224的肋体2242与外盖体225的凹条2252的设置方式,亦可相互置换之,意即内盖体224可形成凹条状,而外盖体225可形成肋体状而相互卡合固定之;另外图4的下座体2的贯穿孔223内缘面可形成为凸块状,而内盖体224的外缘则对应形成内凹状而相互卡合固定之;
请再参阅图5至图7所示,该图5至图1则为图2至图4的另一较佳实施例创作样态,主要改变是去除卡栓141及调整杆3的设计,主要因应于制造材质若为硬度较硬的材质且该上盖体1足以支称所置物品或鞋子的重量时,则可不需要卡栓141及调整杆3的设计来加以支撑;
综合上述,本发明的置鞋架可调整结构的创新结构及绝佳功效,确实未见于任何刊物及市面上的既有产品当中,亦非为熟悉该项技术者可易于思及之,其具有新颖性专利要件乃不容置疑,另,本发明的变化结构并不限于所呈现的各图面所限制者,凡利用此基础原理所创作者且简易置换或增加构件而能达到相同或近似功效者,皆属本发明的保护范围内,而本发明所能达到的进步性及产业利用性亦非目前业界相似产品所能及者,故本发明是完全符合发明专利申请的要件规定,乃依法提起申请。

Claims (4)

1.一种置鞋架可调整结构,其包括:
一上座体,包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部,该平面部一端适当位置处凸设有一阻尼部,该卡合活动部上是贯穿设有一孔槽,该孔槽的周缘环绕排列有等距的孔,以供与下座体相互卡合并据以活动调整之;
一下座体,包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部,该卡合活动部上形成有一贯穿孔,该贯穿孔的内缘延伸凸出有凸肋,且该凸肋的外缘形成有螺纹;
一内盖体,是呈内凹状且中心部位凸设有一中空槽,该中空槽形成有肋体;
一外盖体,亦呈内凹状且中心部凹设有一孔部,该孔部形成有凹条;
一弹性体,是置放于内盖体的中空槽与外盖体孔部之间;以及
一调整杆组合,该调整杆组合包括有一调整杆,该调整杆组合于上座体的侧缘适当位置处向内凹设一内凹部,并于该内凹部上凸设有一卡栓,另于下座体的侧缘处适当位置处设一凸耳,该凸耳贯穿设有一孔洞,以供调整杆穿设活动之;该调整杆呈现适当曲度,该曲度恰可配合上座体于调整高度时所呈现的角度予以调整。
2.根据申请权利要求1所述的置鞋架可调整结构,其中该中空槽亦可形成为凹条,而孔部亦可形成有肋体。
3.一种置鞋架可调整结构,其包括:
一上座体,包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部,该平面部一端适当位置处凸设有一阻尼部,该卡合活动部上是贯穿设有一孔槽,该孔槽的周缘环绕排列有等距的孔,以供与下座体相互卡合并据以活动调整之;
一下座体,包括有一平面部及一卡合活动部,该卡合活动部上形成有一贯穿孔,该贯穿孔的周缘设有凹部;
一内盖体,是呈内凹状且外缘环绕形成有凸块状,其中心部位凸设有一中空槽,该中空槽形成有肋体;
一外盖体,亦呈内凹状且中心部凹设有一孔部,该孔部形成有凹条;
一弹性体,是置放于内盖体的中空槽与外盖体孔部之间;以及
一调整杆组合,该调整杆组合包括有一调整杆,该调整杆组合于上座体的侧缘适当位置处向内凹设一内凹部,并于该内凹部上凸设有一卡栓,另于下座体的侧缘处适当位置处设一凸耳,该凸耳贯穿设有一孔洞,以供调整杆穿设活动之;该调整杆呈现适当曲度,该曲度恰可配合上座体于调整高度时所呈现的角度予以调整。
4.根据申请权利要求3所述的置鞋架可调整结构,其中该中空槽亦可形成为凹条,而孔部亦可形成有肋体。
