如图 7-11所示,在本发明给出的第二种实施例中,所述本体和固 定在所述本体后端的后轮 38和固定在所述本体前端的两前轮 37,所述 前轮 37可沿轴线调节的安装在所述本体上, 所述本体包括手把 1、 与 所述手把 1相连接的上车架 2以及固定在所述上车架 2上的下车架 3,两 所述前轮 37分别通过可调节的调节组件 9沿轴向可调节的安装在所述 前轮轴 32上, 由于球包大小各不相同, 通过调节前轮 37之间的轮距, 避免球袋与车轮相接触造成的损坏, 延长了球包的使用寿命。
在本发明优选的实施例中, 当所述高尔夫球车展开后, 前轮 37 的轴距与后轮 38的轴距之比为 1: 1. 3 - 1: 1. 4, 即前轮轴距与后轮 38 的最大轴距之比为 1: 1. 3 - 1: 1. 4。 本实施例为 1 : 1. 3。 在上述比例 之下, 本发明的高尔夫球车既可以保持推行的平稳性, 又可以保证转 向的灵活性。
如图 7-11所示, 在本发明的上述实施例中, 所述调节组件 9包括 设置在所述前轮轴 32上的容置槽 91、 设置在容置槽 91内的调节钮 911 和设置在所述前轮 37上的转轴 92, 所述转轴 92与所述调节钮 911相连 接, 所述调节钮 911与所述容置槽 91之间设置有复位弹簧 93, 球车在 折叠后为了进一步减小球车的体积,可以减小球车中两前轮 37之间的 轮距, 具体操作为: 按下设置在前轮轴 32上容置槽 91内可滑动的调节 钮 911, 此时与所述前轮 37相连接的转轴 92可在前轮轴 32内滑动, 转 轴 92可进一步伸入到轮轴内, 当两前轮 37之间的轮距达到某一位置 时, 松开调节钮, 通过两端抵靠在所述调节钮 911与容置槽 91上的复 位弹簧 93使调节钮 911将转轴 92锁止在此位置,此种结构的调节组件 9 既可以避免调节钮 911由于在装载和运输的过程中造成的损坏和丢 失, 也可以方便将前轮 37进行固定, 防止球车在运输过程中产生晃动 造成球车的损坏, 进一步延长球车的使用寿命。
如图 7-11所示, 在本发明的上述实施例中, 所述调节钮 911上设 有一卡孔 912,所述转轴 92上设置有与所述卡孔 912相配合的多个卡槽 921, 所述卡槽 921卡接在所述卡孔 912上, 通过相互配合的卡槽 921 和卡孔 912, 因此, 只需按压或松开调节钮 911就可实现对前轮 37轮距 的调节和固定, 另外可以很方便的对车轮进行拆装和更换。
如图 7-11所示, 在本发明的上述实施例中, 所述调节钮 911上设 有滑槽 913, 所述调节钮 911通过螺丝穿过所述滑槽 913固定在所述容 置槽 91内, 车轮在拆卸下后, 不用单独放置调节钮 911, 节省了空间, 同时避免了调节钮的丢失。
如图 12-16所示, 在本发明给出的第三种实施例中, 包括手把 1、 与所述手把 1相连接的上车架 2以及固定在所述上车架 2上的下车架 3, 所述下车架 3上设置有一前轮轴 32,所述下车架 3上设置有一锁定装置 10, 所述手把 1上转动安装有一板扣 11, 所述上车架 2上设有一联动刚 线 22, 所述联动钢线 22的两端分别与所述板扣 11和锁定装置 10相连 接。 向上扳动板扣 11, 联动钢线 22打开锁定装置, 下车架 3可以自由 转动, 可以很方便的进行收车, 另外, 本产品并不局限于钢线, 还可 以采用尼龙线、不锈钢丝或铁丝等其他连接线以及实现扳动板扣就可 以打开或关闭锁定装置,并且球车在打开和收合状态下的结构更加牢 固。
如图 12-16所示, 在本发明的上述实施例中, 所述锁定装置 10包 括与所述联动钢线 22相连接的定位块 101、固定在定位块 101内的回复 弹簧 102以及设置在所述下车架 3上的多个定位槽 103,所述定位块 101 卡接在所述定位槽 103上。 当向上扳动板扣 11时, 联动钢线 22带动定 位块 101向上运动, 此时的下车架 3可自由转动以实现收合下车架。
如图 12-16所示,在本发明的上述实施例中,所述下车架 3还进一 步包括设置在所述上车架 3下端的下关节主体 35、 转动安装在所述下 关节主体 35上的转臂 36。 球车打开时, 定位块 101卡接在定位槽 103 内, 当需要收起球车时, 向上扳动板扣 11, 与板扣 11相连接的联动钢 线 22带动定位块 101脱离定位槽 103,此时的转动安装在下关节主体 35 两侧的转臂 36可自由旋转, 当转动到某一位置时, 定位块 101卡接在 另一定位槽内以固定收车后的球车。 如图 17所示, 在本发明的第四种实施例中, 所述下车架 3上设置 有一板扣锁止装置 39,所述板扣锁止装置 39连接并锁定所述下车架与 所述上车架 2, 此种结构的球车结构更加简单, 操作更方便。 其他结 构与第一实施例相同。
本发明的四轮折叠高尔夫球车展开的步骤中,各个部件的运动方 向和步骤与所述收合步骤正好相反, 在此不再赘述。在展开步骤完成 后, 锁止所述第一、 第二锁止装置, 从而锁止整个折叠连杆机构, 使 所述高尔夫球车在使用中始终保持展开状态。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种四轮折叠高尔夫球车, 包括手把、 上车架、 安装有前轮 的下车架、 安装有后轮的两个摇臂、 设置在上、 下车架上的托架, 上 车架设有滑套, 所述摇臂安装在所述滑套上, 所述滑套和所述下车架 之间设有第一连杆, 所述上车架与所述摇臂之间分别设有第二连杆, 所述手把、 所述上车架、 所述下车架、 所述两个摇臂、 所述滑套以及 所述两个连杆构成了折叠连杆机构, 其特征在于: 所述下车架包括两 根并排设置的杆, 在所述下车架的前端部设有穿过所述两杆的前轮 轴, 所述前轮轴分别安装有所述前轮。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 两所述前轮 分别通过调节组件沿轴向可调节的安装在所述前轮轴上。
3.如权利要求 2所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述调节 组件包括设置在所述前轮轴上的容置槽、设置在容置槽内的调节钮和 设置在所述前轮上的转轴, 所述转轴与所述调节钮相连接, 所述调节 钮与所述容置槽之间设置有复位弹簧。
4.如权利要求 3所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述调节 钮上设有一卡孔, 所述转轴上设置有与所述卡孔相配合的多个卡槽, 所述卡槽卡接在所述卡孔上。
5.如权利要求 3所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述调节 钮上设有滑槽,所述调节钮通过螺丝穿过所述滑槽固定在所述容置槽 内。
6.如权利要求 1所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述下车 架上设置有一锁定装置, 所述手把上转动安装有一板扣, 所述上车架 上设有一联动刚线,所述联动钢线的两端分别与所述板扣和锁定装置 相连接。
7.如权利要求 6所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述锁定 装置包括与所述联动钢线相连接的定位块、固定在定位块内的回复弹 簧以及设置在所述下车架上的多个定位槽,所述定位块卡接在所述定 位槽上。
8.如权利要求 1所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述下车 架上设置有一板扣锁止装置,所述板扣锁止装置连接并锁定所述下车 架与所述上车架。
9.如权利要求 1所述的一种高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述下车 架还进一步包括设置在所述上车架下端的下关节主体、转动安装在所 述下关节主体上的转臂。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述下车架 的后端部两杆之间的距离小于其前端部两杆之间的距离。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述前轮轴 距与所述后轮的最大轴距之比为 1: 1. 3- 1: 1. 4。
12. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述下车架 托架包括设置在所述前轮轴上的第一托架和设置在所述下车架两杆 之间的第二托架。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述第二 托架为一根中部弯曲的杆。
14. 如权利要求 12所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 在所述第 一托架和所述第二托架上表面设有防滑颗粒。
15. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述前轮可 拆卸地安装在所述前轮轴两端。
16. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述第一连 杆一端与所述滑套铰接,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述下车架后端铰 接。
17. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述第二连 杆一端与所述上车架铰接, 另一端分别与所述摇臂铰接。
18. 如权利要求 1所述的高尔夫球车, 其特征在于: 所述第一连 杆有两根。
