Abstract

본 발명은 고효율 아이피엘 기기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 기기의 크기를 작게 만들 수 있으면서도 공정 수율은 높일 수 있고 제품 생산 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 플래시 램프 광에 의한 반사층 손상 문제를 방지할 수 있는 고효율 아이피엘 기기를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고효율 아이피엘 기기는, 상호 평행하게 이격 배치되는 적어도 한 개 이상의 직관형 플래시 램프와; 상기 플래시 램프의 길이 방향을 따라 구비되고 적어도 한 개 이상의 곡면부와 한 쌍의 벽체를 포함하도록 이루어진 트리거 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 곡면부는 상기 플래시 램프가 상기 곡면부의 내측면 상에 밀착 배치되도록 아치형의 판 부재로 구성되고, 상기 각 곡면부는 그 길이 방향 모서리부를 통해 상호 연결되어 있으며, 상기 일측 벽체는 최좌측 곡면부의 최좌측 모서리부로부터 상측으로 연장되게 형성된 판 부재로 구성되고, 타측 벽체는 최우측 곡면부의 최우측 모서리로부터 상측으로 연장되게 형성된 판 부재로 구성된다. 또한, 상기 곡면부로부터 수직 상부 방향으로 향할 수록 상기 한 쌍의 벽체가 형성하는 간격은 적어도 동일하도록 구성되거나 또는 점차 넓어지도록 구성되고, 상기 트리거 플레이트는 상기 곡면부의 최저점에 대한 접평면으로부터 상기 한 쌍의 벽체의 상단부 선상 까지의 수직거리가 적어도 상기 곡면부에 밀착 배치된 플래시 램프의 반경과 같거나 보다 크게 구성된다.
