Abstract

L'objet de cette présente demande est la mise en place des liaisons mécaniques par une auto régulation électromagnétique autogérée. En effet, les ajustements mécaniques sont des tolérances d'ajustage adaptées pour la liaison des pièces mécaniques et des organes mécaniques en mouvement entres elles. Ces cotes se font sur des pièces à l'usinage et ensuite elles sont montées ensemble. L'usage de ces pièces mécaniques et des ajustages répond à des normes par l'homme de l'art. Les pièces subissent en phase dynamique des chocs, des secousses, des échauffements et des contraintes de tous types de pressions, d'extensions et de torsions. Les jeux initiaux se modifient par les effets des chocs mécaniques, des surfaces de frottement qui s'échauffent et cela dans des environnements modifiés suivant les fonctions. Il est donc difficile d'adapter les vrais jeux mis en contribution entre les pièces mécaniques. La présente demande pallie à cette incertitude de tolérance avec brio, car au lieu d'être une fonction mécanique pure, c'est une fonction magnétique qui devient la solution pratique et fonctionnelle. Elle est auto induite par les contraintes qui, de par les propriétés des matériaux, et notamment l'élasticité des matériaux et leur réactivité, émettent des ondes électromagnétiques de façon diffuse. Le fait de canaliser ces ondes électromagnétiques en palier magnétique ou zone magnétique intense, permet d'utiliser ces forces, et d'agir en les concentrant en partie, pour qu'elles agissent comme des aimants auto-induits et créent ainsi des coussins électromagnétiques qui agissent dans l'air, l'espace de la jonction comblant ainsi les jeux mécaniques dans l'espace de tolérance mécanique. Les jeux mécaniques et d'incertitudes de cote de tolérance sont ainsi définitivement réglés.
