由于现有技术中 ONT中的网络语音业务装置必须时刻保持工作状态, 消耗了用户终端大量的资源。 针对该问题, 本发明实施例在光线路终端处 建立一个代理网络语音业务的装置, 网络语音业务装置在进入节能状态时 , 代替其保持工作状态。 具体的, 网络语音业务装置通过本发明实施例提供 的代理网络语音业务的装置, 向软交换应用层进行注册的具体过程包括: 代理网络语音业务的装置接收到网络语音业务装置发送的注册请求后, 记 录该注册请求携带的注册信息, 还可以根据该注册信息, 建立网络语音业 务装置的映像; 然后将注册请求转发到软交换应用层; 接收到软交换应用 层返回的注册确认消息后, 可以将该映像的状态更改为已注册, 并转发该 注册确认消息到网络语音业务装置。
完成注册流程后, 代理网络语音业务的装置接收到网络语音业务装置 发送的进入节能状态请求后, 以网络语音业务装置的名义, 定时向软交换 应用层发送心跳消息, 使得软交换应用层确认网络语音业务装置仍处于工 作状态, 例如使用网络语音业务装置的注册信息中的 IP地址向软交换应用 层发送心跳消息, 或者使用其他可以代表网络语音业务装置的特征向软交 换应用层发送心跳消息。 当网络语音业务进入节能状态的情况下, 若接收 到软交换应用层发送的呼叫请求, 其直接向软交换应用层回复回铃音, 并 向网络语音业务装置发送激活消息。 网络语音业务装置收到该激活消息后, 结束节能状态进行正常工作, 并通过结束节能状态请求告知代理网络语音 业务的装置。 代理网络语音业务的装置接收到网络语音业务装置回复的结 束节能状态请求后, 向网络语音业务装置转发该呼叫请求, 停止向软交换 应用层回复回铃音。 然后, 将接收到的网络语音业务装置发送的回铃音, 转发到软交换应用层。
通过上述过程, 网络语音业务装置可以在无呼叫请求的情况下进入节 能状态, 代理网络语音业务的装置根据网络语音业务装置的注册信息中的 内容, 代替其与软交换应用层进行心跳交互, 以节省用户终端的资源。 并 在存在呼叫请求的情况下, 激活网络语音业务装置, 使其恢复正常的工作 状态。
当然, 网络语音业务装置可以主动结束节能状态, 例如: 网络语音业 务装置可以主动向代理网络语音业务的装置发送结束节能状态请求, 待代 理网络语音业务的装置回复确认消息后, 进入正常的工作状态。
上述代理网络语音业务的装置检测到网络语音业务装置离线且未收到 网络语音业务装置发送的注销请求时, 向软交换应用层发送注销请求; 接 收到软交换应用层返回的注销确认消息后, 注销网络语音业务装置。
通过上述描述, 可以看出, 使用本发明实施例提供的代理网络语音业 务的方法, 在网络语音业务装置处于节能状态时, 代理网络语音业务的装 置代替其保持工作状态, 在接收到呼叫请求时, 激活该网络语音业务装置, 确保用户终端在正常使用网络语音业务时, 节省了用户终端的资源。
下面对网络语音业务装置通过代理网络语音业务的装置, 向软交换应 用层进行注册的流程进行详细说明, 如图 2所示, 执行以下步驟:
步驟 201、 网络语音业务装置向软交换应用层发送注册请求;
步驟 202、代理网络语音业务的装置截获该注册请求后,记录其携带的 注册信息; 该注册信息包括用户身份识别码、 软交换 IP地址等信息;
步驟 203、代理网络语音业务的装置根据注册信息, 建立该网络语音业 务装置的映像; 也就是根据记录的注册信息包含的信息建立网络语音业务 装置的代理, 其可以以网络语音业务装置的身份与软交换应用层进行信息 交互;
步驟 204、 代理网络语音业务的装置将注册请求转发到软交换应用层; 步驟 205、 软交换应用层接收到注册请求后, 回复鉴权消息;
步驟 206、代理网络语音业务的装置将该鉴权消息转发到网络语音业务 装置;
步驟 207、 网络语音业务装置发送鉴权注册消息; 步驟 208、代理网络语音业务的装置将鉴权注册消息转发到软交换应用 层;
步驟 209、 软交换应用层回复注册确认消息;
步驟 210、代理网络语音业务的装置将注册确认消息转发到网络语音业 务装置, 并将该网络语音业务装置的映像的状态更改为已注册。
经过上述步驟后, 代理网络语音业务的装置可以在网络语音业务装置 进入节能状态时, 代替其保持工作状态, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步驟: 步驟 301、网络语音业务装置向代理网络语音业务的装置发送进入节能 状态请求;
步驟 302、代理网络语音业务的装置向网络语音业务装置回复节能状态 确认消息;
步驟 303、 代理网络语音业务的装置定时向软交换应用层发送心跳消 步驟 304、软交换应用层接收到心跳消息后, 向代理网络语音业务的装 置回复心跳确认消息。
这样代理网络语音业务的装置以网络语音业务装置的名义, 实时或定 时的与软交换应用层进行心跳消息的交互, 使得软交换应用层确认网络语 音业务装置保持工作状态。
当网络语音业务装置主动结束节能状态时, 如图 4所示, 执行以下步 驟:
步驟 401、网络语音业务装置向代理网络语音业务的装置发送结束节能 状态请求;
步驟 402、代理网络语音业务的装置接收到该结束节能状态请求后, 向 网络语音业务装置回复结束节能状态确认消息, 并停止向软交换应用层发 送心跳消息; 步驟 403、 网络语音业务装置接收到该结束节能状态确认消息后,发送 心跳消息;
步驟 404、代理网络语音业务的装置将接收到的心跳消息转发到软交换 应用层。
通过上述步驟, 网络语音业务装置主动从节能状态更改为正常的工作 状态, 并且代理网络语音业务的装置停止发送心跳消息, 避免软交换应用 层报错。
当网络语音业务装置处于节能状态, 软交换应用层发出呼叫请求时, 如图 5所示, 执行以下步驟:
步驟 501、 软交换应用层向代理网络语音业务的装置发送呼叫请求; 步驟 502a、 代理网络语音业务的装置向软交换应用层回复回铃音; 步驟 502b、 代理网络语音业务的装置向网络语音业务装置发送激活消 息; 该步驟 502a和步驟 502b为同时进行的两个步驟;
步驟 503、 网络语音业务装置接收到激活消息后, 向代理网络语音业务 的装置发送结束节能状态请求;
步驟 504、 代理网络语音业务的装置向网络语音业务装置发送呼叫请 求, 停止向软交换应用层回复回铃音;
步驟 505、 网络语音业务装置接收到呼叫请求后, 向软交换应用层发送 回铃音, 并向用户终端振铃;
步驟 506、代理网络语音业务的装置将网络语音业务装置发送的回铃音 转发到软交换应用层;
步驟 507、 网络语音业务装置检测到用户终端的摘机动作后,发送摘机 消息;
步驟 508、 代理网络语音业务的装置将摘机消息转发到软交换应用层; 步驟 509、 软交换应用层回复摘机确认消息; 步驟 510、代理网络语音业务的装置将摘机确认消息转发到网络语音业 务装置。
通过上述步驟可以得知, 当网络语音业务装置处于节能状态, 软交换 应用层发出呼叫请求时, 代理网络语音业务的装置代替网络语音业务装置 对软交换应用层进行呼叫响应, 并同时激活网络语音业务装置, 使其结束 节能状态。
当网络语音业务装置非正常离线时, 如图 6所示, 包括以下步驟: 步驟 601、代理网络语音业务的装置检测到网络语音业务装置离线、且 未收到网络语音业务装置发送的注销请求时, 向软交换应用层发送注销请 求;
步驟 602、软交换应用层接收到该注销请求后, 向代理网络语音业务的 装置发送注销确认消息;
步驟 603、代理网络语音业务的装置接收到注销确认消息后, 注销网络 语音业务装置的映像。
通过上述步驟, 网络语音业务装置正式在软交换应用层中注销, 而且 代理网络语音业务的装置中的网络语音业务装置的映像也被注销。
相应的, 一种代理网络语音业务的装置, 如图 7所示, 包括: 在线控制单元 701 ,用于接收到网络语音业务装置发送的进入节能状态 请求后, 定时向软交换应用层发送心跳消息;
第一呼叫控制单元 702 ,用于接收到所述软交换应用层发送的呼叫请求 时, 向所述软交换应用层回复回铃音, 并向所述网络语音业务装置发送激 活消息;
第二呼叫控制单元 703 ,用于接收所述网络语音业务装置回复的结束节 能状态请求后, 向所述网络语音业务装置转发所述呼叫请求, 停止向所述 软交换应用层回复回铃音; 第三呼叫控制单元 704,用于将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的 回铃音, 转发到所述软交换应用层。
较佳的, 该装置还包括:
摘机消息转发单元 705 ,用于将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的 摘机消息, 转发到所述软交换应用层;
摘机确认消息转发单元 706,用于将接收到的所述软交换应用层回复的 摘机确认消息, 转发到所述网络语音业务装置, 建立网络语音通道。
较佳的, 该装置还包括:
注册单元 707, 用于接收所述网络语音业务装置发送的注册请求, 记录 所述注册请求携带的注册信息; 根据所述注册信息, 建立所述网络语音业 务装置的映像; 将所述注册请求转发到软交换应用层; 接收到所述软交换 应用层返回的注册确认消息后, 将所述映像的状态更改为已注册, 并转发 所述注册确认消息到所述网络语音业务装置。
较佳的, 该装置还包括: 注销单元 708, 用于检测到所述网络语音业务 装置离线、 且未收到所述网络语音业务装置发送的注销请求时, 向所述软 交换应用层发送注销请求; 接收到所述软交换应用层返回的注销确认消息 后, 注销所述网络语音业务装置的映像。
通过上述描述, 可以看出, 使用本发明实施例提供的代理网络语音业 务的装置, 在网络语音业务装置处于节能状态时, 能够代替其保持工作状 态, 在接收到呼叫请求时, 激活该网络语音业务装置, 确保用户终端在正 常使用网络语音业务的同时, 节省资源。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种代理网络语音业务的系统, 如图 8 所示, 包括: 网络语音业务装置 801、 代理网络语音业务的装置 802和软交 换应用层控制装置 803;
代理网络语音业务的装置 802,用于接收到网络语音业务装置 801发送 的进入节能状态请求后, 定时向软交换应用层控制装置 803发送心跳消息; 接收到所述软交换应用层控制装置 803发送的呼叫请求时, 向所述软交换 应用层控制装置 803回复回铃音, 并向所述网络语音业务装置 801发送激 活消息; 接收到所述网络语音业务装置 801 回复的结束节能状态请求后, 向所述网络语音业务装置 801 转发所述呼叫请求, 停止向所述软交换应用 层控制装置 803回复回铃音; 将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置 801发送 的回铃音, 转发到所述软交换应用层控制装置 803。
较佳的, 该网络语音业务装置 801 , 接收到代理网络语音业务的装置 802发送的呼叫请求后, 结束节能状态, 向软交换应用层控制装置 803回复 回铃音, 并向用户终端振铃; 检测到用户终端的摘机动作后, 通过代理网 络语音业务的装置 802向软交换应用层控制装置 803发送摘机消息。
通过上述描述, 可以看出, 使用本发明实施例提供的代理网络语音业 务的方法、 设备和系统, 在网络语音业务装置处于节能状态时, 代理网络 语音业务的装置能够代替其保持工作状态, 在接收到呼叫请求时, 激活该 网络语音业务装置, 确保用户终端在正常使用网络语音业务的同时, 节省 资源。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种代理网络语音业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 代理网络语音业务的装置接收网络语音业务装置发送的进入节能状态 请求后, 定时向软交换应用层发送心跳消息;
代理网络语音业务的装置接收所述软交换应用层发送的呼叫请求时, 向所述软交换应用层回复回铃音, 并向所述网络语音业务装置发送激活消 息;
代理网络语音业务的装置接收所述网络语音业务装置回复的结束节能 状态请求后, 向所述网络语音业务装置转发所述呼叫请求, 停止向所述软 交换应用层回复回铃音;
代理网络语音业务的装置将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的回 铃音, 转发到所述软交换应用层。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述代理网络语音业务的 装置将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的回铃音, 转发到所述软交换 应用层之后, 还包括:
代理网络语音业务的装置将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的摘 机消息, 转发到所述软交换应用层;
代理网络语音业务的装置将接收到的所述软交换应用层回复的摘机确 认消息, 转发到所述网络语音业务装置, 建立网络语音通道。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收网络语音业务装 置发送的进入节能状态请求之前, 还包括:
代理网络语音业务的装置接收所述网络语音业务装置发送的注册请 求, 记录所述注册请求携带的注册信息;
代理网络语音业务的装置将所述注册请求转发到软交换应用层; 代理网络语音业务的装置接收到所述软交换应用层返回的注册确认消 息后, 将所述映像的状态更改为已注册, 并转发所述注册确认消息到所述 网络语音业务装置。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 代理网络语音业务的装置检测到所述网络语音业务装置离线且未收到 所述网络语音业务装置发送的注销请求时, 向所述软交换应用层发送注销 请求;
代理网络语音业务的装置接收到所述软交换应用层返回的注销确认消 息后, 注销所述网络语音业务装置。
5、 一种代理网络语音业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
在线控制单元, 用于接收网络语音业务装置发送的进入节能状态请求 后, 定时向软交换应用层发送心跳消息;
第一呼叫控制单元, 用于接收所述软交换应用层发送的呼叫请求时, 向所述软交换应用层回复回铃音, 并向所述网络语音业务装置发送激活消 息;
第二呼叫控制单元, 用于接收所述网络语音业务装置回复的结束节能 状态请求后, 向所述网络语音业务装置转发所述呼叫请求, 停止向所述软 交换应用层回复回铃音;
第三呼叫控制单元, 用于将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的回 铃音, 转发到所述软交换应用层。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
摘机消息转发单元, 用于将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发送的摘 机消息, 转发到所述软交换应用层;
摘机确认消息转发单元, 用于将接收到的所述软交换应用层回复的摘 机确认消息, 转发到所述网络语音业务装置, 建立网络语音通道。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 注册单元, 用于接收所述网络语音业务装置发送的注册请求, 记录所 述注册请求携带的注册信息; 将所述注册请求转发到软交换应用层; 接收 到所述软交换应用层返回的注册确认消息后, 将所述映像的状态更改为已 注册, 并转发所述注册确认消息到所述网络语音业务装置。
8、 如权利要求 5、 6或 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 注销单 元, 用于检测到所述网络语音业务装置离线且未收到所述网络语音业务装 置发送的注销请求时, 向所述软交换应用层发送注销请求; 接收到所述软 交换应用层返回的注销确认消息后, 注销所述网络语音业务装置的映像。
9、 一种代理网络语音业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 网络语音业务 装置、 代理网络语音业务的装置和软交换应用层控制装置;
所述代理网络语音业务的装置, 用于接收所述网络语音业务装置发送 的进入节能状态请求后, 定时向所述软交换应用层发送心跳消息; 接收所 述软交换应用层发送的呼叫请求时, 向所述软交换应用层回复回铃音, 并 向所述网络语音业务装置发送激活消息; 接收所述网络语音业务装置回复 的结束节能状态请求后, 向所述网络语音业务装置转发所述呼叫请求, 停 止向所述软交换应用层回复回铃音; 将接收到的所述网络语音业务装置发 送的回铃音, 转发到所述软交换应用层。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络语音业务装置, 接收到所述代理网络语音业务的装置发送的呼叫请求后, 向所述软交换应 用层回复回铃音, 并向用户终端振铃; 检测到所述用户终端的摘机动作后, 通过所述代理网络语音业务的装置向所述软交换应用层发送摘机消息。
