在其他实施例中 , 还可以在上述的各承载台或承载台的各承载部 处设置指示器, 该指示器包括但不限于指示灯(例如 LED灯)或其他 指示标志等等, 用于指示承载药品的服用状态。 例如, 可将控制单元 1 30 配置成在提醒服用药物时, 使相应的指示器工作, 例如指示灯闪 烁或点亮; 在确定该药物被服用后, 使相应的指示器停止工作, 例如 指示灯熄灭。 另外, 针对一些药物包装上没有标明每片净重的情况, 可以将服 药监测装置 100配置成自动计算单个药片或药粒的重量。 自动计算的 方法有很多, 例如只在承载台上放一片待测药物, 或者从一瓶药物中 取出一粒来计算重量差等等。
按照本发明实施例的服药监测装置 100除了可以单机使用之外, 还可以接入网络而作为服药监测管理系统的一部分。
如图 4所示, 是按照一个实施例的服药监测管理系统的示意性框 图, 该系统包括: 服药监测装置 100, 连接单元 200, 管理终端 300, 以及网络服务器 400。 虽然图 4 中只示出了一个服药监测装置 100, 但是, 在按照该实施例的服药监测管理系统中, 服药监测装置 100是 可扩展的, 也就是说可以包括多个服药监测装置 100, 它们可以通过 连接单元 200接入同一个服药监测管理系统网络。
其中管理终端 300可以是普通的个人计算机、主机、或者 PDA等等, 可以单独組网来形成按照该实施例的服药监测管理系统, 也可以借助 于局域网或互联网等来形成按照该实施例的服药监测管理系统。 优选 的是, 在一个实施例中通过互联网来形成按照本发明实施例的服药监 测管理系统。 籍此, 管理终端 300可以对病人长期服药历史记录、 分 析、 以及管理等等。
对于连接单元 200, 有多种实现方式。 可以是 USB或串口连接, 通 过数据线把数据直接上传到管理终端, 再由管理软件进行数据处理与 分析; 同时, 通过管理软件还可以把服药剂量, 服药时间, 药片或药 丸的重量等信息下载到服药监测装置 100。 也可以通过无线传输, 把 数据传到数据终端, 再由数据终端把数据传到服务器上, 用户通过网 页或管理软件下载并查看服务器上的数据; 用户在网页或管理软件上 做出的设置, 通过服务器传输到数据终端, 数据终端通过无线传输把 各种设置回传到服药监测装置 100 , 从而实现数据交换。
可见, 服药监测管理系统可以大大筒化服药监测装置 100使用的 复杂程度。 具体来说, 服药监测装置 100中的输入单元 150可以由管理 终端 300代替, 这样操作会更筒单, 即可以通过连接单元 200把有关参 数和 /或设置下载到服药监测装置 100, 而不用由用户输入。 使用服药 监测管理系统后, 除了可以长期监测病人的服药情况外, 还可以实现 资源共享, 通过互联网, 可以让家庭医生随时了解患者的服药情况。
以上通过具体的实施例对本发明进行了说明, 但本发明并不限于 这些具体的实施例。 本领域技术人员应该明白, 还可以对本发明做各 种修改、 等同替换、 变化等等。 但是, 这些变换只要未背离本发明的 精神, 都应在本发明的保护范围之内。 另外, 本申请说明书和权利要 求书所使用的一些术语并不是限制, 仅仅是为了便于描述。 此外, 以 上多处所述的 "一个实施例" 、 "另一个实施例" 等等表示不同的实 施例, 当然也可以将其全部或部分结合在一个实施例中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种服药监测装置, 包括:
承载台, 设置成适于放置待服用药物;
称量单元, 附加在所述承载台上, 用于称量重量;
控制单元, 与所述称量单元连接, 并配置成根据称量的重量变化 判断是否服药。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的服药监测装置, 还包括:
提醒单元, 与所述控制单元连接, 用于在所述控制单元的控制下 发出提醒。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的服药监测装置, 其中所述提醒单元包括: 扬声器和 /或显示器。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的服药监测装置,其中所述提醒单元还包括: GSM和 /或 GPRS模块, 用于通过短信和 /或 Email发出提醒。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的服药监测装置, 还包括:
输入单元, 与所述控制单元连接, 用于输入参数以及进行设置。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的服药监测装置, 其中包括:
两个或两个以上承载台; 以及
两个或两个以上称量单元, 分别附加在各承载台上。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的服药监测装置, 其中所述承载台包括多个 承载部; 各承载部分别设置有感应器, 与所述控制单元连接, 用于检 测所承载物品的放入和 /或取出。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的服药监测装置, 其中所述感应器包括: 接 触开关, 光电开关, 或者机械开关。
9. 如权利要求 6所述的服药监测装置, 还包括:
指示器, 设置在各承载台处, 用于指示所承载药品的服用状态。
10. 如权利要求 7所述的服药监测装置, 还包括: 指示器, 设置在各承载部处, 用于指示所承载药品的服用状态。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的服药监测装置, 其中所述称量单元包括: 称重传感器; 以及
测量电路。
12. —种服药监测理系统, 包括:
管理终端;
连接单元; 以及
权利要求 1至 11任一项所述的服药监测装置;
其中所述连接单元将所述服药监测装置与网络服务器通信连接, 所述管理终端可接入该网络。
