- 移動可能な小型基地局であって、
設置場所におけるライフラインの加入者識別情報を外部から取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段により取得した前記加入者識別情報と自局を識別する小型基地局識別情報とを通信相手に送信して前記設置場所における設置の許可を要求する要求手段と、
前記要求に対して前記通信相手により前記設置を許可された場合にサービスを開始するサービス管理機能手段と、
を具備する小型基地局。 - 移動可能な小型基地局の設置場所を管理する監視装置であって、
前記小型基地局の設置場所におけるライフラインの加入者識別情報と、前記小型基地局を識別する小型基地局識別情報とを前記小型基地局から受信する受信手段と、

前記小型基地局の設置場所におけるライフラインの加入者識別情報と、前記小型基地局を識別する小型基地局識別情報とを前記小型基地局から受信するステップと、
前記加入者識別情報と前記小型基地局識別情報とを対応付けたプロファイル情報をあらかじめ記憶するステップと、
前記プロファイル情報と、受信した前記加入者識別情報及び前記小型基地局識別情報とに基づいて、前記設置場所における前記小型基地局の設置を許可するか否かを判定するステップと、
前記判定の結果を前記小型基地局に通知するステップと、
を具備する小型基地局の設置場所管理方法。
