一种起泡器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种起泡器。
背景技术
现有起泡器,如中国专利数据公开、公告的CN03819912.2,它包括一壳体、一喷射分解装置和一喷射调节装置。所述壳体设贯穿内外的吸气孔。所述喷射分解装置装设在壳体内。所述喷射调节装置包括多颗依次壳体内的插入件。所述插入件都包括相互交叉固接在一起隔板,隔板顶面齐平。所述多个插入件沿水流方向排列。所述水流受喷射分解装置作用形成射流,射流碰撞插入件产生雾化效果,且与由吸气孔吸进的空气混合。该起泡器存在有如下不足:采用多个插入件实现多次碰撞,则会增加用料,增加制造成本,则会增大占用空间,增大起泡器体积,则会增加安装难度,增加安装成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种起泡器,其克服了背景技术中起泡器所存在的成本高、体积大的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
一种起泡器,它包括本体(100)、分流器(200)和插入件(300),插入件(300)和分流器(200)装接进本体(100)内,本体(100)设内外贯穿的吸气孔(110),水流受分流器(200)作用形成射流,射流碰撞插入件(300)产生雾化效果,且与由吸气孔(110)吸进的空气混合,插入件(300)包括固接在一起的多条底层筋条(310)和多条顶层筋条(320),底层筋条(310)碰撞面和顶层筋条(320)碰撞面构成沿方向(X)间隔的二层。
一较佳实施例之中:它还包括过滤部件(400),过滤部件(400)装接在分流器(200)内。

一较佳实施例之中:所述插入件(300)外设有凸起(301),套体内设有相应的限转槽(101),凸起(301)和限转槽(101)适配插接。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、插入件包括底层筋条和顶层筋条,底层筋条碰撞面和顶层筋条碰撞面构成间隔的二层碰撞面,则不但一个插入件即可实现双重碰撞功能,使雾化更彻底,水花含气量更足,而且,插入件体积小,用料省,本体结构简单,成本低,安装方便;
2、底层筋条为底层辐条,顶层筋条为顶层圆条,则增加射流碰撞机会,增加射流多次碰撞机会;
3、插入件俯视投影中,底层辐条和顶层辐条交错布置,则增加射流碰撞机会,增加射流多次碰撞机会。

请查阅图1至图6,一种起泡器,它包括本体100、分流器200、插入件300和过滤部件400。

所述顶层筋条320分为顶层圆条321、顶层辐条322和顶层短辐条323,顶层圆条321上端面、顶层辐条322上端面和顶层短辐条323上端面齐平组成顶层筋条320碰撞面。所述顶层圆条321同心套设中柱330外且固接在底层辐条311上。所述顶层辐条322内端固接中柱330,外端固接环圈340,而且和顶层圆条321交叉固接。所述顶层圆条321和环圈340之间、相邻二顶层辐条322间固接顶层短辐条323。
本实施例之中,所述插入件300俯视投影中,底层辐条311和顶层辐条322交错布置。所述底层筋条310碰撞面和顶层筋条320碰撞面构成沿方向X间隔的二层。相邻底筋条间形成通道。
所述分流器200,它外设凸起210。所述分流器200适配装接在本体100套体内且凸起210卡接在缺口130,以固定分流器和本体。所述分流器200撑靠在插入件300上,以此定位本体100、分流器200、插入件300。
所述过滤部件400,它卡接在分流器200内回转面。
所述起泡器之水流:先经过过滤部件400进行过滤;接着经过分流器200,以将管流转化成射流;然后射流碰撞插入件300产生雾化效果,且与由吸气孔110吸进的空气混合。

本发明一种起泡器,其插入件包括底层筋条和顶层筋条,底层筋条碰撞面和顶层筋条碰撞面构成间隔的二层碰撞面,则不但一个插入件即可实现双重碰撞功能,而且插入件体积小,用料省,本体结构简单,成本低,安装方便。

  1. 一种起泡器,它包括本体(100)、分流器(200)和插入件(300),插入件(300)和分流器(200)装接进本体(100)内,本体(100)设内外贯穿的吸气孔(110),水流受分流器(200)作用形成射流,射流碰撞插入件(300)产生雾化效果,且与由吸气孔(110)吸进的空气混合,其特征在于:插入件(300)包括固接在一起的多条底层筋条(310)和多条顶层筋条(320),底层筋条(310)碰撞面和顶层筋条(320)碰撞面构成沿方向(X)间隔的二层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种起泡器,其特征在于:它还包括过滤部件(400),过滤部件(400)装接在分流器(200)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种起泡器,其特征在于:所述本体(100)设撑框(120)和缺口(130),分流器(200)外设凸起(210);插入件(300)适配装接在本体(100)内且撑靠在撑框(120)上,分流器(200)适配装接在本体(100)内且凸起(210)卡接在缺口(130),且分流器(200)撑靠在插入件(300)上。

    至少有部分顶层筋条(320)为顶层辐条(322),其内端固接中柱(330),外端固接环圈(340),且顶层圆条(321)上端面和顶层辐条(322)上端面齐平。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种起泡器,其特征在于:所述插入件(300)俯视投影中,底层辐条(311)和顶层辐条(322)交错布置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种起泡器,其特征在于:所述顶层圆条(321)和环圈(340)之间、相邻二顶层辐条(322)间固接顶层短辐条(323)。
