权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种寻呼的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当移动终端正在进行第一通信业务时, 移动交换中心緩存第二通信业务触 发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息;
在所述移动终端结束所述第一通信业务之后 , 所述移动交换中心向所述移 动终端发送所述寻呼消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当移动终端正在进行第 一通信业务时, 移动交换中心緩存第二通信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻 呼消息包括:
当所述移动终端处于空闲状态时, 所述移动交换中心向所述移动终端发送 第二通信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息, 且在所述移动终端接收到 所述寻呼消息之前, 所述移动终端开始进行第一通信业务时, 所述移动交换中 心緩存第二通信业务触发的重新寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述当移动终端正在进行第 一通信业务时, 移动交换中心緩存第二通信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻 呼消息包括:
当所述终端开始进行第一通信业务之后, 所述移动交换中心未下发第二通 信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息, 所述移动交换中心开始緩存第二 通信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一通信业务的进行时 间小于第二通信业务触发的所述移动交换中心寻呼该移动终端的允许时间。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一 通信业务包括呼叫业务、 短信业务、 非结构化补充数据业务或位置服务业务; 所述第二通信业务包括下行呼叫业务或下行短信业务。
6、 一种移动交换中心, 其特征在于, 包括: 緩存模块, 用于当移动终端正在进行第一通信业务时, 緩存第二通信业务 触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息;
寻呼模块, 用于在所述移动终端结束所述第一通信业务之后, 向所述移动 终端发送所述寻呼消息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于,
所述寻呼模块还用于当所述移动终端处于空闲状态时, 向所述移动终端发 送第二通信业务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息;
所述緩存模块具体用于在所述移动终端接收到所述寻呼消息之前, 所述移 动终端开始进行通信业务时, 緩存第二通信业务触发的重新寻呼所述移动终端 的寻呼消息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于, 所述緩存模块具体 用于
当所述终端开始进行第一通信业务之后, 所述寻呼模块未下发第二通信业 务触发的寻呼所述移动终端的寻呼消息, 开始緩存第二通信业务触发的寻呼所 述移动终端的寻呼消息。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8任一权利要求所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于, 所述第一通信业务包括呼叫业务、 短信业务、 非结构化补充数据业务或位置服 务业务; 所述第二通信业务包括下行呼叫业务或下行短信业务。
