本发明还提供了一种优先业务的处理系统, 该系统包括 UE、 eNB 和 MME, 其中,

所述 UE, 用于在 GERAN或 UTRAN发起对应的业务时, 向 GERAN 或 UTRAN发送所述业务对应的优先级指示。
所述 eNB进一步用于, 对于处于空闲态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的寻呼 消息和 /或无线连接释放请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
所述 MME进一步用于,对于处于连接态的 UE,通过发送给 UE的 CS 业务通知消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
所述 eNB进一步用于, 对于处于连接态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的无线 连接释放请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
所述 UE进一步用于, 向 GERAN发送信道请求消息, 所述请求消息中 的建立原因作为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为紧急呼叫。
所述 UE进一步用于, 向 UTRAN发送无线资源连接建立请求消息, 所 述请求消息中的建立原因作为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为终 呼高优先信令或紧急呼叫。
本发明所提供的一种优先业务的处理方法和系统, 在电路域回落的移 动台终呼过程中 , eNB和 /或 MME在发送给 UE的消息中携带业务的优先 级指示; UE在 GERAN或 UTRAN发起对应的业务时,向 GERAN或 UTRAN 发送该业务对应的优先级指示。通过本发明, 源网络 E-UTRAN能够充分利 用现有消息携带业务信息通知 UE , UE 中转该信息到目标网络 GERAN/UTRAN, 从而能够避免目标网络中的高优先业务失败。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明提供的一种优先业务的处理方法, 如图 4所示, 主要包括以下 步骤:
步骤 401 , 在电路域回落的移动台终呼过程中, eNB和 /或 MME在发 送给 UE的消息中携带业务的优先级指示。
其中, 对于处于空闲态的 UE , eNB可以通过发送给 UE的寻呼消息和 /或无线连接释放请求消息携带对应业务的优先级指示。 对于处于连接态的 UE, MME可以通过发送给 UE的 CS业务通知消息携带对应业务的优先级 指示, 和 /或 eNB可以通过发送给 UE的无线连接释放请求消息携带对应业 务的优先级指示。
步骤 402, UE在 GERAN或 UTRAN发起对应的业务时, 向 GERAN 或 UTRAN发送该业务对应的优先级指示。
下面再结合具体实施例对上述优先业务的处理方法进一步详细阐述。 本发明的实施例一、二发生在 UE处于空闲态的情况下, 图 5所示优先 业务的处理方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 501 , UE有一个呼叫, 并且 UE是被呼叫的用户, 此时 UE处于 空闲态, 与网络之间没有连接存在。 UE所在的被叫网络的 MSC接收到入 呼请求的初始地址消息。 该入呼请求的主叫方是一个具有高优先级特性的 用户, 其中携带优先级指示; MSC/VLR接收到入呼请求, 开始寻呼被叫用 户, 根据保存的关联关系信息等, MSC/VLR给 MME发送一个 CS寻呼请 求消息, 其中包含优先级指示。
步骤 502, MME接收到 MSC/VLR发来的 CS寻呼请求消息, 开始寻 呼 UE, 向 eNB发送寻呼消息, 且寻呼消息中包含优先级指示。
步骤 503 , eNB向 UE发送寻呼消息, 该寻呼消息中携带优先级指示, 该指示可以用 1个比特来表示, 用于指示高优先级。
步骤 504, UE收到寻呼消息后, 保存其中的优先级指示, 并向 MME 发送扩展的业务请求消息。
步骤 505 , MME向 eNB发送用户设备上下文建立请求消息, 其中携带 CSFB指示和优先级指示。 步骤 506 , eNB向 MME发送用户设备上下文建立回复消息。
步骤 507, eNB决定使用重定向机制, 发起无线连接释放, 即向 UE发 送无线连接释放请求消息, 指示 UE重定向到 2G/3G进行电路域业务。
步骤 508, UE在 GERAN/UTRAN发起无线连接建立请求消息, 在该 请求消息中, UE携带优先级指示通知 GERAN/UTRAN。
当 UE连接到 GERAN时,该请求消息可以是信道请求( channel request ) 消息, 其中的优先级指示可以是建立原因 ( establishment cause ), 该原因可 以是紧急呼叫 ( emergency call ); 当 UE连接到 UTRAN时, 该请求消息可 以是无线资源连接建立请求( RRC Connection SETUP Request )消息, 其中 携带的建立原因可以是终呼高优先信令( terminating High Priority Signaling ) 或者紧急呼叫。 收到上述请求消息后, GERAN/UTRAN根据其中携带的建 立原因值, 优先处理该请求消息及分配资源。
图 6所示优先业务的处理方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 601 , UE有一个呼叫, 并且 UE是被呼叫的用户, 此时 UE处于 空闲态, 与网络之间没有连接存在。 UE所在的被叫网络的 MSC接收到入 呼请求的初始地址消息。 该入呼请求的主叫方是一个具有高优先级特性的 用户, 其中携带优先级指示; MSC/VLR接收到入呼请求, 开始寻呼被叫用 户, 根据保存的关联关系信息等, MSC/VLR给 MME发送一个 CS寻呼请 求消息, 其中包含优先级指示。
步骤 602, MME接收到 MSC/VLR发来的 CS寻呼请求消息, 开始寻 呼 UE, 向 eNB发送寻呼消息, 且寻呼消息中包含优先级指示。
步骤 603 , eNB向 UE发送寻呼消息。
步骤 604, UE收到寻呼消息后, 向 MME发送扩展的业务请求消息。 步骤 605 , MME向 eNB发送用户设备上下文建立请求消息, 其中携带 CSFB指示和优先级指示。 步骤 606 , eNB向 MME发送用户设备上下文建立回复消息。
步骤 607, eNB决定使用重定向机制, 发起无线连接释放, 即向 UE发 送无线连接释放请求消息, 指示 UE重定向到 2G/3G进行电路域业务; 且 该请求消息中携带优先级指示, 该指示可以用 1 个比特来表示, 用于指示 高优先级。 UE接收到无线连接释放请求消息后, 保存其中的优先级指示。
步骤 608, UE在 GERAN/UTRAN发起无线连接建立请求消息, 在该 请求消息中, UE携带优先级指示通知 GERAN/UTRAN。
当 UE连接到 GERAN时,该请求消息可以是信道请求( channel request ) 消息, 其中的优先级指示可以是建立原因 ( establishment cause ), 该原因可 以是紧急呼叫 ( emergency call ); 当 UE连接到 UTRAN时, 该请求消息可 以是无线资源连接建立请求( RRC Connection SETUP Request )消息, 其中 携带的建立原因可以是终呼高优先信令( terminating High Priority Signaling ) 或者紧急呼叫。 收到上述请求消息后, GERAN/UTRAN根据其中携带的建 立原因值, 优先处理该请求消息及分配资源。
本发明的实施例三、四发生在 UE处于连接态的情况下, 图 7所示优先 业务的处理方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 701 , UE有一个呼叫, 并且 UE是被呼叫的用户, 此时 UE处于 连接态, 与网络之间存在连接。 UE所在的被叫网络的 MSC接收到入呼请 求的初始地址消息。 该入呼请求的主叫方是一个具有高优先级特性的用户, 其中携带优先级指示; MSC/VLR接收到入呼请求, 开始寻呼被叫用户, 根 据保存的关联关系信息等, MSC/VLR给 MME发送一个 CS寻呼请求消息, 其中包含优先级指示。
步骤 702, UE与 MME之间存在连接, MME直接向 UE发送 CS业务 通知消息, 该 CS业务通知消息中携带优先级指示, 该指示可以用 1个比特 来表示, 用于指示高优先级。 步骤 703 , UE收到 CS业务通知消息后, 保存其中的优先级指示, 并 向 MME发送扩展的业务请求消息。
步骤 704, MME向 eNB发送用户设备上下文修改请求消息, 其中携带 CSFB指示和优先级指示。
步骤 705 , eNB向 MME发送用户设备上下文修改回复消息。
步骤 706, eNB决定使用重定向机制, 发起无线连接释放, 即向 UE发 送无线连接释放请求消息, 指示 UE重定向到 2G/3G进行电路域业务。
步骤 707, UE在 GERAN/UTRAN发起无线连接建立请求消息, 在该 请求消息中, UE携带优先级指示通知 GERAN/UTRAN。
当 UE连接到 GERAN时,该请求消息可以是信道请求( channel request ) 消息, 其中的优先级指示可以是建立原因 ( establishment cause ), 该原因可 以是紧急呼叫 ( emergency call ); 当 UE连接到 UTRAN时, 该请求消息可 以是无线资源连接建立请求( RRC Connection SETUP Request )消息, 其中 携带的建立原因可以是终呼高优先信令( terminating High Priority Signaling ) 或者紧急呼叫。 收到上述请求消息后, GERAN/UTRAN根据其中携带的建 立原因值, 优先处理该请求消息及分配资源。
图 8所示优先业务的处理方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 801 , UE有一个呼叫, 并且 UE是被呼叫的用户, 此时 UE处于 连接态, 与网络之间存在连接。 UE所在的被叫网络的 MSC接收到入呼请 求的初始地址消息。 该入呼请求的主叫方是一个具有高优先级特性的用户, 其中携带优先级指示; MSC/VLR接收到入呼请求, 开始寻呼被叫用户, 根 据保存的关联关系信息等, MSC/VLR给 MME发送一个 CS寻呼请求消息, 其中包含优先级指示。
步骤 802, UE与 MME之间存在连接, MME直接向 UE发送 CS业务 通知消息。 步骤 803 , UE收到 CS业务通知消息后, 向 MME发送扩展的业务请 求消息。
步骤 804, MME向 eNB发送用户设备上下文修改请求消息, 其中携带 CSFB指示和优先级指示。
步骤 805 , eNB向 MME发送用户设备上下文修改回复消息。
步骤 806, eNB决定使用重定向机制, 发起无线连接释放, 即向 UE发 送无线连接释放请求消息, 指示 UE重定向到 2G/3G进行电路域业务; 且 该请求消息中携带优先级指示, 该指示可以用 1 个比特来表示, 用于指示 高优先级。 UE接收到无线连接释放请求消息后, 保存其中的优先级指示。
步骤 807, UE在 GERAN/UTRAN发起无线连接建立请求消息, 在该 请求消息中, UE携带优先级指示通知 GERAN/UTRAN。
当 UE连接到 GERAN时,该请求消息可以是信道请求( channel request ) 消息, 其中的优先级指示可以是建立原因 ( establishment cause ), 该原因可 以是紧急呼叫 ( emergency call ); 当 UE连接到 UTRAN时, 该请求消息可 以是无线资源连接建立请求( RRC Connection SETUP Request )消息, 其中 携带的建立原因可以是终呼高优先信令( terminating High Priority Signaling ) 或者紧急呼叫。 收到上述请求消息后, GERAN/UTRAN根据其中携带的建 立原因值, 优先处理该请求消息及分配资源。
对应上述优先业务的处理方法, 本发明还提供了一种优先业务的处理 系统, 包括: UE、 eNB和 MME。 其中, eNB和 /或 MME, 用于在电路域 回落的移动台终呼过程中, 在发送给 UE的消息中携带业务的优先级指示。 UE,用于在 GERAN或 UTRAN发起对应的业务时, 向 GERAN或 UTRAN 发送该业务对应的优先级指示。
较佳的, eNB进一步用于, 对于处于空闲态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的 寻呼消息和 /或无线连接释放请求消息携带对应业务的优先级指示。 较佳的, MME进一步用于, 对于处于连接态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE 的 CS业务通知消息携带对应业务的优先级指示。
较佳的, eNB进一步用于, 对于处于连接态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的 无线连接释放请求消息携带对应业务的优先级指示。
综上所述,通过本发明, 源网络 E-UTRAN能够充分利用现有消息携带 业务信息通知 UE, UE中转该信息到目标网络 GERAN/UTRAN, 从而能够 避免目标网络中的高优先业务失败。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种优先业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
在电路域回落的移动台终呼过程中, 演进的节点 B ( eNB )和 /或移动 性管理实体(MME )在发送给用户终端(UE )的消息中携带业务的优先级 指示;
所述 UE在 GSM EDGE无线接入网( GERAN )或通用陆地无线接入网 ( UTRAN )发起对应的业务时, 向 GERAN或 UTRAN发送所述业务对应 的优先级指示。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述优先业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进 一步包括: 对于处于空闲态的 UE, 所述 eNB通过发送给 UE的寻呼消息和 /或无线连接释放请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述优先业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进 一步包括: 对于处于连接态的 UE, 所述 MME通过发送给 UE的切换电路
( CS ) 业务通知消息携带所述业务的优先级指示, 和 /或 eNB通过发送给 UE的无线连接释放请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述优先业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE 在 GERAN发起对应的业务时 ,向 GERAN发送所述业务对应的优先级指示, 具体为:
所述 UE向 GERAN发送信道请求消息,所述请求消息中的建立原因作 为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为紧急呼叫。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述优先业务的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE 在 UTRAN发起对应的业务时,向 UTRAN发送所述业务对应的优先级指示, 具体为:
所述 UE向 UTRAN发送无线资源连接建立请求消息,所述请求消息中 的建立原因作为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为终呼高优先信令 或紧急呼叫。
6、 一种优先业务的处理系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括 UE、 eNB和 MME, 其中,
所述 eNB和 /或 MME, 用于在电路域回落的移动台终呼过程中, 在发 送给所述 UE的消息中携带业务的优先级指示;
所述 UE, 用于在 GERAN或 UTRAN发起对应的业务时, 向 GERAN 或 UTRAN发送所述业务对应的优先级指示。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述优先业务的处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述 eNB 进一步用于, 对于处于空闲态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的寻呼消息和 /或无线 连接释放请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
8、根据权利要求 6所述优先业务的处理系统,其特征在于,所述 MME 进一步用于, 对于处于连接态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的 CS业务通知消息 携带所述业务的优先级指示。
9、 根据权利要求 6或 8所述优先业务的处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述 eNB进一步用于, 对于处于连接态的 UE, 通过发送给 UE的无线连接释放 请求消息携带所述业务的优先级指示。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述优先业务的处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述 UE 进一步用于, 向 GERAN发送信道请求消息, 所述请求消息中的建立原因 作为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为紧急呼叫。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述优先业务的处理系统, 其特征在于, 所述 UE 进一步用于, 向 UTRAN发送无线资源连接建立请求消息, 所述请求消息 中的建立原因作为所述优先级指示, 且所述建立原因填充为终呼高优先信 令或紧急呼叫。
