Description

处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法及系统
技术领域 本发明涉及码分多址( Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 CDMA )无 线通信技术领域例如 CDMA2000技术领域,尤其涉及一种处理寻呼起呼冲突 的方法及系统。
背景技术 现有技术中, 基站系统包括基站控制器 (Base Station Controller, 简称 BSC )和基站收发信机 ( Base Transceiver System, 简称 BTS ) , 基站系统收 到移动交换中心(Mobile Switch Center, 简称 MSC )发送的寻呼消息, 向终 端发起寻呼业务后未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响应时收到所述终端发送 的起呼业务请求的情况下, 基站系统认为发生了寻呼起呼冲突。 发生寻呼起呼冲突时, 基站系统优先处理寻呼消息时, 终端的起呼流程 将失败, 用户直接感受到发起的语音、 数据或短消息业务失败, 影响用户感 受。 例如, 实际商用中, 当用户下飞机或者早上起床开机时, 有大量短信需 要接收时, MSC在终端开机后通过基站系统向终端发送寻呼消息,基站系统 在此情况下可能会面临寻呼起呼冲突问题。 CDMA2000系统中, 短信的发送 可以从业务信道发送也可以从控制信道发送, 短信寻呼从控制信道发送短信 时, 有寻呼信道功率容易过载、 保密性差而且成功率低的缺点, 所以一般情 况下短信经由业务信道发送。 目前部分终端不支持多条短信从一条短信业务 信道下发,所以 CDMA2000系统一般釆用发送完一条短信后,重新寻呼终端 建立业务信道下发另外一条短信的方式。 这种情况下, 基站系统优先处理寻 呼消息会使用户长时间无法作为主叫进行起呼, 直接影响用户体验。
发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法及系统, 在寻呼起呼冲突情况下, 能够提高用户体验。 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法, 所述方法包括: 基站系统在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响 应时收到所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 优先处理所述起呼业务请 求。 所述方法还包括: 所述基站系统处理所述起呼业务请求完毕, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理 所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端。 其中, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务 信道上发送至所述终端的步骤中, 所述基站系统自向终端发起寻呼业务后在预设定时时间内未收到所述终 端对此寻呼业务的响应后, 判断所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道处 于正常状态时, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的 业务信道上发送至所述终端。
其中, 所述寻呼业务为短消息业务。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供了一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法, 所述方法包括: 基站系统在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响 应时收到所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 所述基站系统判断所述寻 呼业务为短消息业务时, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明还提供了一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的基站 系统, 所述基站系统设置为: 在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响应时收到 所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。 所述基站系统还设置为: 处理所述起呼业务请求完毕, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务 请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端。
其中, 所述基站系统是设置为按如下方式将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼 业务请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端: 自向终端发起寻呼业务 后在预设定时时间内未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响应后, 判断所述起呼 业务请求过程中建立的业务信道处于正常状态时, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处 理所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端。 其中, 所述寻呼业务为短消息业务。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明还提供了一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的基站 系统, 所述基站系统设置为: 在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收所述终端对此寻呼业务的响应时收到所 述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 判断所述寻呼业务为短消息业务时, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。
本发明在寻呼起呼冲突情况下, 保证了终端的起呼成功率, 提高了用户 体验。 同时, 本发明使用二次寻呼的方式, 保证了寻呼业务的准确送达以及 寻呼业务的寻呼成功率。

如图 1所示, 处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法包括: 基站系统在向终端发起寻 呼业务并且未收到终端对此寻呼业务的响应时收到终端发送的起呼业务请求 的情况下 (即判断发生寻呼起呼冲突的情况下) , 优先处理起呼业务请求。 基站系统在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到终端对此寻呼业务的响应时 收到终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下判断发生寻呼起呼冲突的具体方式 为:基站系统收到 MSC的寻呼请求后,根据国际移动台识别码( International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, 简称 IMSI )建立 IMSI与寻呼消息相关字段的映 射关系 (例如 IMSI与寻呼业务选项的映射关系) , 保存该映射关系; 基站 系统在收到终端的响应后, 删除该映射关系; 基站系统在未收到终端的响应 时收到终端的起呼消息后,根据 IMSI查找是否存在该 IMSI与寻呼消息相关 字段的映射关系, 如果存在, 则判定发生了寻呼起呼冲突。 所述基站系统处理所述起呼业务请求完毕, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理 所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端。 具体的, 所述 基站系统自向终端发起寻呼业务后在预设定时时间内未收到所述终端对此寻 呼业务的响应后, 判断所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道处于正常状 态时, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道 上发送至所述终端。 寻呼业务为短消息业务。 本发明尤其典型应用于寻呼起呼冲突中寻呼业务为短消息业务的情况, 具体的, 基站系统在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收所述终端对此寻呼业务的 响应时收到所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 所述基站系统判断所述 寻呼业务为短消息业务时, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。
本发明在寻呼起呼冲突情况下,保证终端的起呼成功率,提高用户体验。 同时, 本发明使用二次寻呼的方式, 保证寻呼业务的准确送达, 保证寻呼业 务的寻呼成功率。

3、如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起 呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端的步骤中, 所述基站系统自向终端发起寻呼业务后在预设定时时间内未收到所述终 端对此寻呼业务的响应后, 判断所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的业务信道处 于正常状态时, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务请求过程中建立的 业务信道上发送至所述终端。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述寻呼业务为短消息业务。
5、 一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的方法, 所述方法包括: 基站系统在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响 应时收到所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 所述基站系统判断所述寻 呼业务为短消息业务时, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。
6、 一种处理寻呼起呼冲突的基站系统, 所述基站系统设置为: 在向终端发起寻呼业务并且未收到所述终端对此寻呼业务的响应时收到 所述终端发送的起呼业务请求的情况下, 优先处理所述起呼业务请求。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的基站系统, 所述基站系统还设置为: 处理所述起呼业务请求完毕, 将所述寻呼业务承载于处理所述起呼业务 请求过程中建立的业务信道上发送至所述终端。
