下面对本发明实施例提供的寻呼方法进行详细说明。
下面结合图 1具体阐述本发明实施例提供的一种电路交换域回退方法。 如图 1所示, 该 方法包括:
步骤 101, 移动交换中心 MSC向移动管理实体 MME发送第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻呼消息 包括用户设备 UE的 IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identifier, 国际移动用户 标识)信息; 并向接入网的控制器发送第二寻呼消息, 所述第二寻呼消息包括所述 UE的 IMSI 信息;
步骤 102, 所述接入网的控制器接收所述第二寻呼消息, 并确定所述 MSC与所述 UE的对 应关系;
步骤 103, 所述 MME接收所述第一寻呼消息, 并控制所述 UE进行电路交换域回退 CSFB; 所述 UE向所述接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息;
步骤 104, 所述接入网的控制器接收所述第一寻呼响应消息, 所述第一寻呼响应消息包 括所述 UE的 IMSI信息, 并根据所述第一寻呼响应消息中的 IMSI信息, 以及所述 MSC与所述 UE 的对应关系, 确定所述 MSC, 并向所述 MSC发送第二寻呼响应消息。
可选的, 上述 UE的 IMSI信息, 可以是 IMSI本身, 也可以是基于 IMSI计算出的参数。 通过本发明实施例提供的一种电路交换域回退的方法, 能够使得在进行 CSFB的时候, 接入网的控制器能够正确地确定应该发送寻呼响应给 MSC池中的哪个 MSC, 从而能够保证后 续的 CSFB流程能够顺利进行。
下面结合图 2具体阐述本发明实施例提供的一种寻呼方法。 如图 2所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 201, MSC向接入网的控制器发送第二寻呼消息, 所述第二寻呼消息包括用户设备 UE的国际移动用户标识 IMSI信息, 并且该 MSC向移动管理实体匪 E发送第一寻呼消息, 该第 一寻呼消息包括所述 UE的 IMSI信息;
所述接入网的控制器接收所述第二寻呼消息, 可以确定所述 MSC与所述 UE的对应关系, 例如, 可以建立 MSC的标识与 UE的 IMSI信息之间的映射表, 或者建立所述发送第二寻呼消息 的 MSC与所述 UE的关联信息等。
所述 IMSI信息可以是所述 UE的 IMSI或基于所述 IMSI所导出的参数;
上述 MSC发送第一寻呼消息和发送第二寻呼消息的步骤没有时间顺序, 可以同时发生, 也可以先后发生。 可选的, 在一个实施例中, 该步骤可以在 MSC中某个 UE的临时标识, 如, 在 TMSI (Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity, 临时移动用户标识) 已经失效的情况下进行。
步骤 202, 如果 UE处于空闲态, MME向基站发送第三寻呼消息, 该第三寻呼消息包括所 述 UE的 IMSI信息, 所述基站在不同网络中的名称可以不同, 例如, 在 LTE网络, 基站可以称 为 eNB; 或者,
如果该 UE处于连接态, 那么 MME发送 CS域业务通知消息给 UE, 该 CS域业务通知消息包括 所述 UE的 IMSI信息, 进行步骤 204。
步骤 203, 该基站使用所述 UE的 IMSI信息寻呼上述 UE;
该步骤为可选, 当 UE处于连接态时, 可不执行该步骤。
步骤 204,所述 UE发送扩展的业务请求消息给 MME,匪 E控制基站通过 PS (Packet Switch, 分组交换) HANDOVER (PS域切换)或 RRC RELEASE (重定向)或 NACC (Network Assisted Cell Change, 网络辅助小区改变命令) 命令等方式使所述 UE回退到 2G或 3G网络;
步骤 205, 该 UE向上述接入网的控制器返回第一寻呼响应消息, 所述第一寻呼响应消息 包括所述 UE的 IMS I, 还可以是基于该 IMS I导出的参数;
步骤 206, 上述接入网的控制器根据所述第一寻呼响应消息中的所述 UE的 IMSI或基于该
IMSI导出的参数, 并根据所述 MSC与所述 UE的对应关系确定所述 MSC, 并向所述 MSC发送第二 寻呼响应消息。
可选的, 在该 MSC向接入网的控制器发送的第一寻呼消息中可以包括指示信息, 所述指 示信息用于指示接入网的控制器不向所述 UE发起寻呼。
通过本发明实施例提供的一种电路交换域回退方法, 能够使得在进行 CSFB的时候, 接 入网的控制器能够正确地确定应该发送寻呼响应给 MSC池中的哪个 MSC, 从而能够保证后续 的 CSFB流程能够顺利进行, 并且由于在上述的第一寻呼消息中可以包括第一指示信息, 所 述第一指示信息用于指示接入网的控制器不向所述 UE发起寻呼, 则接入网的控制器不会向 UE发起寻呼, 从而节省了系统资源。
本发明另一个实施例提供了一种 CSFB方法, 下面结合图 3具体阐述。 如图 3所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 301, MSC向匪 E发送第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻呼消息包括所述 TMSI , 该第一寻呼 消息用于通知该匪 E需要把该 TMSI发送给 UE。
可选的, 在该第一寻呼消息中还可以同时包括所述 UE的 IMSI、 所述 UE的 TMSI以及指示 信息, 该指示信息用于指示该 UE的 TMSI为重新分配的;
在一个实施例中, 该步骤可以在 MSC中 UE的 TMSI已经失效而且 MSC池在使用的情况下进 行, 贝 ijMSC重新为 UE分配一个临时移动用户标识 TMSI ;
上述 UE的 TMS I为所述 MSC分配的;
步骤 302, 当所述 UE处于空闲态时, 该匪 E向基站发送第二寻呼消息以寻呼所述 UE; 如果 UE处于连接态, 那么匪 E发送第一信息, 该第一信息可以是 CS业务通知消息 (CS SERVICE NOTIFICATION) 给 UE, 该 CS业务通知消息包含上述 TMSI , 进行步骤 304。
步骤 303, 该基站使用所述 IMSI寻呼所述 UE;
可选的, 当 UE处于连接态时, 可不执行本步骤。
步骤 304, 所述 UE发送扩展的业务请求消息给匪 E, 匪 E控制基站通过 PS域切换 (PS HANDOVER) 或重定向 (RRC RELEASE) 或者网络辅助的小区改变命令等方式使所述 UE回退到 2G或 3G网络;
步骤 305, 所述 MME向所述 UE发送第一信息, 所述第一信息包括所述 UE的 TMSI; 例如可 以发送临时标识重分配消息 (GUTI reallocation) 携带 UE的 TMSI。
可选的, 当 UE处于连接态时, 可不执行本步骤。
步骤 306, 所述 UE发送第一响应消息给 MME, 该匪 E向 MSC发送第二响应消息, 该步骤 306 可选;
步骤 307, 所述 UE向上述接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息, 所述第一寻呼响应消 息包括所述 UE的所述 TMSI;
该第一寻呼响应消息可以为初始直传消息 (Initial Direct Transfer) , 或者可以为 位置更新消息, 或者可以为寻呼响应消息;
步骤 308, 所述接入网的控制器根据所述第一寻呼响应消息所携带的 TMSI推导出对应的
MSC的标识, 向所述 MSC发送第二寻呼响应消息。

在一个实施例中, 当 MSC发送第一寻呼消息给 MME, 在该第一寻呼消息中可以包括 UE的
IMSI , 也可以包括 UE的 TMSI , 该第一寻呼消息包括 UE的标识, 匪 E指示基站寻呼所述 UE, UE 回退到 2G或 3G网络, UE向接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息, 接入网的控制器在收到 该第一寻呼响应消息后, 如果无法确定应该向哪个 MSC发送第二寻呼响应消息, 则给所有与 所述接入网的控制器相连的 MSC都发送第二寻呼响应消息。
在一个实施例中, 当 MSC发送第一寻呼消息给匪 E, 在该第一寻呼消息中可以包括 UE 的 IMSI , 也可以包括 UE的 TMSI , 该第一寻呼消息包括 UE的标识, 匪 E指示基站寻呼所述 UE, UE回退到 2G或 3G网络, UE向接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息, 接入网的控制 器在收到该第一寻呼响应消息后, 接入网的控制器发送第二寻呼响应消息给某个特定的 MSC, 该特定的 MSC可以由网络设定, 也可以在第二寻呼响应消息中添加该特定的 MSC的标 识, 如果该 UE没有附着在该特定的 MSC上面, 则该特定的 MSC转发给在同属于一个 MSC池 中的其他的 MSC。
在一个实施例中, 还提供一种电路交换域回退方法, 方法包括:
接收移动交换中心 MSC发送的第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻呼消息包括用户设备 UE的国 际移动用户标识 IMSI , 确定所述 MSC的标识与所述 UE的 IMSI的对应关系;
接收所述 UE发送的第一寻呼响应消息, 所述第一寻呼响应消息包括所述 UE的 IMSI , 所述第一寻呼响应消息为所述 UE在根据所述 MME向所述 UE发送的第一消息后进行电路交 换域回退 CSFB后发送;
根据所述第一寻呼响应消息中的所述 UE的 IMSI并根据所述 MSC的标识与所述 UE的 IMSI的对应关系获取所述 MSC的标识, 并根据所述 MSC的标识向所述 MSC发送第二寻呼响 应消息。

接收模块 402, 用于接收接入网的控制器向 MSC发送的第二寻呼响应消息。
发送模块 401,还用于在发送模块 401向接入网的控制器发送的第二寻呼消息中添加第 一指示信息, 第一指示信息用于指示接入网控制器不寻呼 UE。
关于本实施例的描述可以参考前述的方法实施例。 通过本发明实施例提供的一种移动交换中心,能够使得在进行 CSFB的时候, BSC或 RNC 能够正确地确定应该发送寻呼响应给 MSC池中的哪个 MSC, 从而能够保证后续的 CSFB流程 能够顺利进行, 并且由于在上述的第一寻呼消息中可以包括第一指示信息, 第一指示信息 用于指示 BSC或 RNC不向 UE发起寻呼, 则 BSC或 RNC不会向 UE发起寻呼, 从而节省了系 统资源。
本发明另一个实施例提供了一种寻呼装置, 如图 5所示, 该装置包括:
接收模块 501, 用于接收移动交换中心 MSC发送的第二寻呼消息, 第二寻呼消息包括用 户设备 UE的国际移动用户标识 IMSI信息;
确定模块 502,用于根据接收模块 501接收的 UE的 IMSI信息以及 MSC发送的第二寻呼 消息确定 MSC与 UE的对应关系;
接收模块 501, 还用于接收 UE发送的第一寻呼响应消息, 第一寻呼响应消息包括 UE的 IMSI信息, 第一寻呼响应消息为 UE在根据匪 E向 UE发送的第一消息后进行电路交换域回 退 CSFB后发送;
确定模块 502,还用于根据接收模块 501接收的第一寻呼响应消息中的 UE的 IMSI信息 并根据与 UE的对应关系确定 MSC;

发送模块 602, 用于根据接收模块 601接收的第一寻呼消息向 UE发送 UE的 TMSI , 并 控制 UE进行电路交换域回退 CSFB并向接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息, 第一寻呼 响应消息包括 UE的 TMSI。

所述接入网的控制器接收所述第二寻呼消息, 并确定所述 MSC与所述 UE的对应关系; 所述 MME接收所述第一寻呼消息, 并控制所述 UE进行电路交换域回退 CSFB并且向所述 接入网的控制器发送第一寻呼响应消息;
所述接入网的控制器接收所述 UE发送的第一寻呼响应消息,所述第一寻呼响应消息包括 所述 UE的 IMSI信息,并根据所述第一寻呼响应消息中的所述 UE的 IMSI信息, 以及所述 MSC 与所述 UE的对应关系, 确定所述 MSC, 并向所述 MSC发送第二寻呼响应消息。

7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述匪 E向所述 UE发送所述 UE的 TMSI , 并控制所述 UE进行 CSFB, 包括:
当所述 UE处于连接态时, 所述 MME向所述 UE发送电路交换域业务通知消息以使得所述 UE进行电路交换域回退 CSFB。
