Abstract

용철제조장치 및 용철제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 용철제조장치는 분철광석을 환원하여 분환원철로 전환시키기 위한 다단의 유동 로, 상기 분환원철을 압착하여 고온 괴성체를 제조하기 위한 적어도 하나의 고온 괴성화 장치, 상기 고온 괴성체를 일정한 입도로 파쇄하기 위한 적어도 하나의 파쇄장치, 상기 파쇄된 고온 괴성체를 이송하기 위한 제1 이송장치, 및 상기 이송된 고온 괴성체를 분상 또는 괴상의 일반탄을 연소시켜 용융하며 로내에서 발생하는 환원가스를 상기 유동 환원로에 공급하는 용융로를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 파쇄된 고온 괴성체의 일부를 저장하기 위한 적어도 하나의 괴성체 저장조를 더 포함한다. 본 발명을 적용함으로써, 안정적 및 효율적으로 용철을 제조할 수 있다.
