Abstract

본 발명은 전선 절연 커버를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 길이 방향을 따라 일측에 개구부가 형성되는 중공 원통형의 본체와, 본체의 길이 방향으로 돌출되어 형성되는 결합수단을 포함하고, 결합수단은, 요철 형상으로 형성되고, 개구부의 일측에 본체의 길이방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성되는 제 1 돌출부와, 개폐부의 타측에 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성된 제 2 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

전선 절연 커버
본 발명은 커버에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전선 절연 커버에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 배전선로는 전력 공급을 위하여 발전소에서 생산되는 전력을 변전소를 통하여 각 지역으로 공급하기 위한 전력 시설인 송전선로로부터 전력을 공급받고, 공급된 전력을 분배하여 일반 가정으로 공급하는 역할을 하는 시설이다.
배전선로는 설치되는 위치에 따라 지중배전선로와 가공배전선로로 구분한다. 지중배전선로는 배전선로가 땅속에 매장되어 설치되는 배전선로이며, 가공배전선로는 공중을 가로질러서 설치되는 배전선로이다.
가공배전선로는 공중에 설치되므로 정전을 유발할 수 있는 원인이 많다. 그 중, 가공배전선로는 가로수와 수목의 접촉 및 도괴로 인해 고장이 발생하여 이를 방지하기 위해 수목전지 작업을 실시한다. 한전은 매년 수목전지 작업으로 수백억원을 투자하고 있지만 연도별 배전선로에서 고장이 발생하는 건수는 투자 비용에 비해 효과가 미비한 실정이다. 또한, 수목전지를 설치하면 도심 가로수의 불균형이 발생하고, 녹시율이 감소하며 미관이 저해되어 일반인의 민원이 꾸준하게 발생하는 실정이다.
종래의 전선 절연 커버는 전선의 굵기와 상관없이 하나의 규격으로 제작되어 있으며 전선과 전선 커버의 내부가 밀착되지 않아 전선과 전선 커버 간에 전계가 집중되는 문제가 발생한다. 또한, 수목전지 방지용 전선 커버는 지속적으로 수목을 접촉하거나 커버 내부에 염해 및 분진이 쌓이게 되어 전계의 불균등이 발생한다. 수목전지 방지용 전선 커버는 전계의 불균등으로 상대적으로 절연이 약한 부위에서 전계가 발생되어 열과 부분 방전 현상에 의해 전선이 단선되는 문제가 발생한다.
또한, 우천시 전선 절연 커버는 내부에 유입된 빗물에 의해 전류가 외부로 누설됨으로써 절연내력이 감소되어 정전이 발생하거나 사람이 감전될 수 있다. 특히 종래의 전선 절연 커버는 나전선 절연용이 아닌 절연전선 보호용으로 개발되어 나전선에 사용하려면 주수시(우천시를 상정하여 인공으로 물을 살수하는 것) 절연내력 시험기준에 합격하지 못하는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 우천시 수목이나 이물의 접촉으로부터 전선을 보호하고, 감전사고를 방지할 수 있는 전선 절연 커버를 제공하는 것이다.
그리고, 본 발명은 전선의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 전선 절연 커버를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 전계를 균등하게 유지할 수 있는 전선 절연 커버를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면은, 길이 방향을 따라 일측에 개구부가 형성되는 중공 원통형의 본체와, 상기 본체의 길이 방향으로 돌출되어 형성되는 결합수단을 포함하고, 상기 결합수단은, 요철 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 개구부의 일측에 상기 본체의 길이방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성되는 제 1 돌출부와, 상기 개폐부의 타측에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성된 제 2 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 돌출부는 상기 제 2 돌출부 측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1 돌출돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 돌출돌기는 상기 제 1 돌출부의 일면에 복수개가 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 제 1 돌출돌기는 서로 소정간격 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 각 제 1 돌출돌기 사이에는 제 1수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 돌출돌기는 상기 제 1 돌출부의 일면으로부터 소정각도로 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 돌출돌기는 끝단이 라운드(Round)지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 2 돌출부는 요철 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 2 돌출부는 상기 제 1 돌출부 측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 2 돌출돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 2 돌출돌기는 상기 제 2 돌출부의 일면에 복수개가 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 제 2 돌출돌기는 서로 소정간격 이격되어 형성되며, 상기 각 제 2 돌출돌기 사이에는 제 2수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.

상기 결합 돌기부의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형 또는 삼각형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 결합 수단은, 상기 결합 돌기부를 기준으로 양측에 위치하며 상기 제 1돌출부의 내측면이 함몰되어 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부와, 상기 결합 홈부를 기준으로 양측에 위치하며 상기 제 2돌출부의 내측면이 돌출되어 상기 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부 각각에 삽입되는 제 1 및 제 2삽입부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형, 삼각형 또는 타원형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.

또한, 상기 공기 절연홀의 양측 가장자리는 라운드(round) 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 본체의 내측 절연면에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 복수의 통기홈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 통기홈은 일부분이 상기 본체의 내측 절연면으로 개방된 원통 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 통기홈은, 상기 복수의 공기 절연홀의 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하고, 상기 복수의 통기홈은, 상기 복수의 공기 절연홀이 형성된 부분과 일부분이 중첩되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버는 수목 및 이물질로부터 전선을 보호할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버는 전계를 균등하게 하여 전선 절연 커버와 전선의 절연 파괴를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
그리고, 본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버는 전선과 전선 절연 커버가 견고하게 결합되어 전선 절연 커버가 전선에서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버는 전선과 설치 및 해체가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 발생한다.

도 1을 참조하면, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 본체(200) 및 결합 수단(300)이 형성된다.
본체(200)는 길이 방향을 따라 개폐가 가능하며 중공 원통형으로 형성된다. 본체(200)는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 양측면이 밀폐되어 형성한다. 이에 따라, 외부로부터 먼지나 분진과 같은 이물질의 인입을 방지할 수 있으므로 전기 절연 커버(100)의 절연 성질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본체(200)의 내부에는 복수개의 통기홈(400)이 형성된다.
본체(200)는 가용성을 갖는 고분자 절연 물질로 이루어진다. 여기서, 가용성 고분자 절연 물질은 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 폴리이소시아누레이트(polyisocyanurate), 폴리에스테르(polyester) 또는 폴리아미드이미드(polyamideimide) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
결합 수단(300)은 본체(200)의 길이 방향으로 일부분이 돌출되어 형성된다. 전선 절연 커버(100)는 결합 수단(300)을 이용하여 개폐 가능한 본체(200)를 결합할 수 있다. 결합 수단(300)은 본체(200)와 동일하게 가용성을 갖는 고분자 절연 물질로 이루어진다.

도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 본체(200) 및 결합 수단(300)을 포함한다.
본체(200)는 전선과 접촉하는 내측 절연면(220) 및 외부의 수분 및 이물질과 접촉하며 최외측에 위치하는 외측 절연면(210)을 포함한다. 본체(200)에는 공기 절연홀(230)과 통기홈(400)이 형성된다.
공기 절연홀(230)은 외측 절연면(210)과 내측 절연면(220) 사이에 위치하며 본체(200)의 길이 방향에 따라 형성한다. 통기홈(400)은 내측 절연면(220)에 형성되며 본체(200)의 길이 방향에 따라 형성한다. 통기홈(400)은 내측 절연면(220)으로부터 외측 절연면(210)으로 일부분이 함몰되어 형성된다. 공기 절연홀(230) 및 통기홈(400)은 도 4를 참조하여 좀 더 자세하게 설명하기로 한다.
결합 수단(300)은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 본체(200)의 길이 방향에 따라 개폐부(150)가 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)를 포함한다. 이때, 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)는 요철형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)는 주름지게 형성될 수 있다.

제 1돌출부(310)에는 본체(200)의 길이 방향에 따라 제 2돌출부(350)와 접속하는 일부분이 돌출된 결합 돌기부(320)가 형성된다. 제 1돌출부(310)에는 본체(200)의 길이 방향에 따라 결합 돌기부(320)의 양측에 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 제 2돌출부(350)와 접속하는 일부분이 함몰된 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)가 형성된다.

도 4를 참조하면, 본체(200)에는 공기 절연홀(230) 및 통기홈(400)이 형성된다.
공기 절연홀(230)은 외측 절연면(210)과 내측 절연면(220) 사이에 위치하여 공기에 의해 절연하는 용도와 재료비의 절감과 전선 절연 커버(100)의 무게를 감소하는 3중의 효과를 얻기 위한 목적으로 구비된다. 공기 절연홀(230)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 양측이 폐쇄되어 형성된다. 이에 따라, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 양측이 폐쇄되어 공기 절연층이 형성되므로 외부로부터 수분, 먼지와 같은 이물질을 차단할 수 있다.
공기 절연홀(230)의 양측 가장자리(243, 245)는 라운드(round) 형태로 형성된다. 전선 절연 커버(100)는 라운드 형태를 갖는 공기 절연홀(230)을 포함하므로 전계를 균등하게 형성할 수 있다.
본체(200)에는 복수의 공기 절연홀(230)이 등간격으로 배치한다. 즉, 본체(200)에는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 등간격으로 배치한 3개의 공기 절연홀(230)이 형성된다. 여기서는 3개의 공기 절연홀(230)을 예를 들어 도시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않고 외측 절연면(210)과 내측 절연면(220) 사이에 위치하면 공기 절연홀(230)의 개수는 무관하다.
통기홈(400)은 본체(200)의 내측 절연면(220)에 형성되며 본체(200)의 내측 절연면(220)으로 개방된 원통 형상을 갖는다. 즉, 통기홈(400)의 양측 가장자리(413, 415)는 라운드 형상을 갖는다. 전선 절연 커버(100)는 이렇게 라운드 형상으로 통기홈(400)이 형성되므로 전선이 전선 절연 커버(100)에 삽입되면 전계를 균등하게 형성할 수 있다.
통기홈(400)은 공기 절연층 사이에 배치된다. 다시 말하면, 통기홈(400)은 복수개의 공기 절연홀(230) 중 제 1공기 절연홀(230)과 제 2공기 절연홀(230) 사이에 배치된다. 그리고, 본체(200)에는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 등간격으로 배치된 3개의 통기홈(400)이 형성된다. 여기서는 3개의 통기홈(400)을 예를 들어 도시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않고 공기 절연홀(230)과 공기 절연홀(230) 사이에 배치되어 있으면 통기홈(400)의 개수는 무관한다.
결합 수단(300)은 본체(200)의 일부분이 외측으로 돌출 형성된다. 결합 수단(300)은 개폐부(150 : 도 3을 참조)를 결합하기 위해 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)를 포함한다.
제 1돌출부(310)는 개폐부(150 : 도 3을 참조)의 일측이 외측으로 돌출되어 형성된다. 제 1돌출부(310)는 제 2돌출부(350)와 결합하기 위해 일부분이 돌출되어 형성되는 결합 돌기부(320)를 포함한다.
제 2돌출부(350)는 개폐부(150 : 도 3을 참조)의 타측이 외측으로 돌출되어 형성된다. 즉, 제 2돌출부(350)는 제 1돌출부(310)와 마주보며 형성된다. 제 2돌출부(350)는 제 1돌출부(310)와 결합하기 위해 일부분이 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)를 포함한다.
결합 수단(300)은 제 1돌출부(310)의 결합 돌기부(320) 및 제 2돌출부(350)의 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)를 이용하여 결합된다. 이러한 결합 수단(300)은 도 5 및 도 6을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전선 절연 커버의 결합 수단(300)을 확대하여 나타낸 단면도이고, 도 6은 도 5에서 나타낸 전선 절연 커버의 결합 수단(300)을 개구하여 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 결합 수단(300)은 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)를 포함한다. 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350)는 폴리우레탄, 폴리이소시아누레이트, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드이미드와 같은 고분자 절연 물질로 이루어진다. 이러한 고분자 절연 물질은 가용성을 가지고 있으므로 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350)는 용이하게 결합하고 분리할 수 있다.
제 1돌출부(310)는 개폐부(150)의 일측이 외곽으로 돌출되어 형성되며 제 2돌출부(350)와 분리 가능하게 결합된다. 제 1돌출부(310)의 내측면(313)은 제 2돌출부(350)의 내측면(353)과 접촉한다. 제 1돌출부(310)에는 결합 돌기부(320), 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)가 형성된다.
결합 돌기부(320)는 제 2돌출부(350)에 형성된 결합 홈부(360)와 결합하기 위해 제 1돌출부(310)의 내측면(313)에 돌출되어 형성된다. 결합 돌기부(320)의 양측면은 결합 홈부(360)와 용이하게 결합하기 위해 경사면으로 형성될 수 있다.
결합 돌기부(320)의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형 또는 삼각형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성된다. 예를 들어, 결합 돌기부(320)의 횡단면은 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 사다리꼴의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)는 결합 돌기부(320)를 기준으로 양측에 제 1돌출부(310)의 내측면(313)이 함몰되어 형성된다. 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)에는 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)가 삽입된다. 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)의 횡단면은 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)에 대응되도록 형성된다.
제 1돌출부(310)는 결합 돌기부(320)의 양측에 형성된 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335)에 의해 막대부가 형성된다.
제 2돌출부(350)는 개폐부(150)의 타측이 외곽으로 돌출되어 형성된다. 제 2돌출부(350)는 제 1돌출부(310)와 결합한다. 이를 위해, 제 2돌출부(350)에는 결합 홈부(360), 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)가 형성된다.
결합 홈부(360)는 제 2돌출부(350)의 내측면에 위치하며 제 2돌출부(350)의 내측면이 함몰되어 형성한다. 결합 홈부(360)는 결합 돌기부(320)가 삽입되어 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350)가 결합된다.
제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)는 결합 홈부(360)를 기준으로 양측에 위치하며 제 2돌출부(350)의 내측면이 돌출되어 형성된다. 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375) 각각은 제 1 및 제 2 삽입 홈부에 삽입되어 개폐부(150)에 형성된 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 1돌출부(310)를 결합한다.
제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)의 횡단면은 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형, 삼각형 또는 타원형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성된다. 예를 들어, 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)의 횡단면은 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 타원형의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버(100)는 제 2돌출부(350)에 형성된 결합 홈부(360)에 제 1돌출부(310)에 형성된 결합 돌기부(320)가 삽입되고 제 1돌출부(310)에 형성된 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335) 각각에 제 2돌출부(350)에 형성된 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)가 삽입되므로 이중으로 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350)가 결합된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 전선 절연 커버(100)는 외부로부터 이물질이 인입되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 제 1돌출부(310)에는 제 2돌출부(350) 측으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 제 1돌출돌기(311)가 형성될 수 있고, 제 2돌출부(350)에는 제 1돌출부(310) 측으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 제 2돌출돌기(351)가 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제 1돌출돌기(311)는 제 1돌출부(310)의 일면으로부터 소정각도로 돌출되어 형성되고, 제 2돌출돌기(351)는 제 2돌출부(350)의 일면으로부터 소정각도로 돌출되어 형성될 수 있다.
제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)의 끝단은 라운드(Round)지게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서 빗물일 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)를 이동하는 경우 이동경로를 최대화할 수 있다.
또한, 제 1돌출돌기(311)는 제 1돌출부(310)로부터 연장되는 부분이 제 1돌출부(310)로부터 이격되어 형성된 부분보다 낮게 형성될 수 있다. 제 2돌출돌기(351)는 제 1돌출돌기(311)와 유사하게 제 2돌출부(350)로부터 연장되는 부분이 제 2돌출부(350)로부터 이격되어 형성된 부분보다 낮게 형성될 수 있다.
제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)는 각각 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)에 복수개가 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 복수개의 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 복수개의 제 2돌출돌기(351)는 서로 소정간격 이격되도록 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 각 제 1돌출돌기(311) 사이에는 제 1수용홈(312)이 형성되며, 각 제 2돌출돌기(351) 사이에는 제 2수용홈(352)이 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 비가 내리는 경우, 비는 본체(200)의 외면을 유동하여 이동할 수 있다. 이때, 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)는 전선 절연 커버(100)를 타고 흐르는 빗물의 이동거리를 증대시킬 수 있다. 구체적으로 비가 내리는 경우 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350) 사이로 빗물의 일부가 유입될 수 있다.
유입된 빗물은 제 1돌출부(310)와 제 2돌출부(350) 사이를 통과하여 이동할 수 있다. 이때, 이동하는 빗물은 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)에 의하여 차단될 수 있다. 특히 도 5의 상측에서 흐르는 빗물은 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)에 의하여 이동거리가 길어질 수 있다. 구체적으로 빗물은 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)를 흐르면서 제 1수용홈(312) 및 제 2수용홈(352)에 일부가 저장된다. 이때, 계속해서 빗물이 유입되면, 제 1수용홈(312) 및 제 2수용홈(352)의 저장능력을 벗어나게 되고, 유입된 빗물은 제 1수용홈(312) 및 제 2수용홈(352)으로부터 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)를 따라 이동할 수 있다.
제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)는 상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 복수개가 형성될 수 있으므로 빗물은 상기의 과정을 반복하면서 이동할 수 있다. 따라서 제 1돌출부(310) 및 제 2돌출부(350)를 이동하는 빗물은 이동거리가 증가되고, 이동하는 동안 중간에 제 1돌출돌기(311) 및 제 2돌출돌기(351)에 의하여 이동이 차단되므로 결합수단(300)의 끝단으로 이동하지 못한다.
또한, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 상기와 같이 빗물을 차단함으로써 수목의 접촉으로 인한 선로고장 발생 및 중장비의 접촉시 감전에 의해 사람이 중상이나 사망하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
특히 전선 절연 커버(100)는 우천 상태에서 내부에 유입된 빗물을 타고서 흐르는 누설전류를 효과적으로 차단하여 절연내력을 강화시킬 수 있다.
또한, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 수목접촉으로 인한 배전선로의 정전발생 방지를 위해 시행하는 수목전지 비용과 교체에 필요한 막대한 공사비를 절감할 수 있다.
도 7은 전선이 삽입된 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전선 절연 커버(100)를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 전선 절연 커버(100)의 내부에는 전선(30)이 삽입된다. 즉, 전선(30)은 전선 절연 커버(100)의 개폐부(150)를 통해 전선(30)이 삽입된다. 이때, 전선(30)은 도체층(40) 및 절연층(50)을 포함한다. 전선(30)은 사용하는 용도에 따라 내부 반도전층, 외부 반도전층, 중성선 수밀층, 중성선 및 외피층을 더 포함할 수 있다.
전선 절연 커버(100)는 전선(30)의 크기의 따라 다양하게 형성할 수 있다. 즉, 전선 절연 커버(100)의 내측 절연면(220)과 전선(30)의 최외곽면이 접촉하도록 형성할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 전선(30)을 전선 절연 커버(100)에 삽입하면 남는 공간이 발생하지 않으므로 전계를 균등하게 형성할 수 있다.
전선(30)이 삽입된 전선 절연 커버(100)는 빗물이 유입되면 복수의 통기홈(400)을 통해 외부로 배출할 수 있다. 또한, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 외부로부터 먼지, 이물질 및 수분 등이 유입되면 통기홈(400)을 통해 배출할 수 있다.
그리고, 전선 절연 커버(100)의 통기홈(400)이 라운드 형태로 형성되므로 균등하게 전계가 형성되어 전선 절연 커버(100) 및 전선(30)을 부분 방전으로부터 보호할 수 있다. 또한, 전선 절연 커버(100)에 형성된 공기 절연홀(230)의 양측은 라운드 형태로 형성되므로 전계를 균등하게 형성할 수 있다.
전선 절연 커버(100)는 외측 절연면(210) 및 내측 절연면(220)을 포함하여 외측 절연면(210)이 손상되어도 공기 절연홀(230) 및 내측 절연면(220)이 절연 효과를 발생한다. 이에 따라, 전선 절연 커버(100)의 내부에 삽입된 전선(30)은 전선 절연 커버(100)를 이용하여 외부로부터 보호할 수 있다.
그리고, 전선 절연 커버(100)는 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(373, 375)와 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(333, 335) 및 결합 돌기부(320)와 결합 홈부(360)를 이용하여 결합되므로 외부로부터 이물질이 전선 절연 커버(100)의 내측으로 인입되는 형상을 방지할 수 있다.
따라서 전선 절연 커버(100)는 빗물에 의하여 내부의 전선(30)에서 발생하는 전류 및 전압이 외부로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전선 절연 커버를 도 8을 참조하여 설명하기로 한다. 도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전선 절연 커버(1000)를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 전선 절연 커버(1000)는 본체(1200) 및 결합 수단(1300)이 형성된다.
본체(1200)에는 외측 절연면(1210)과 내측 절연면(1220) 사이에 공기 절연홀(1230)이 위치한다. 이때, 본체(1200)는 가용성을 갖는 고분자 절연 물질로 이루어진다. 여기서, 가용성 고분자 절연 물질은 폴리우레탄, 폴리이소시아누레이트, 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드이미드 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다.
공기 절연홀(1230)은 본체(1200)의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 등간격으로 배치된다. 이러한 공기 절연홀(1230)은 외부로부터 인입되는 이물질 또는 수분으로부터 전선 절연 커버(1000)에 삽입된 전선을 보호할 수 있다. 본체(1200)에는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 6개의 공기 절연홀(1230)이 형성될 수 있다. 여기서는 6개의 공기 절연홀(1230)을 예를 들어 도시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며 외측 절연면(1210)과 내측 절연면(1220) 사이에 위치하면 공기 절연홀(1230)의 개수는 무관하다.
본체(1200)에는 내측 절연면(1220)으로 일부분이 함몰되어 형성되는 통기홈(1400)이 형성된다. 통기홈(1400)은 공기 절연홀(1230)이 형성된 부분과 일부분이 중첩되어 배치된다. 이러한 통기홈(1400)은 전선 절연 커버(1000)에 삽입된 전선을 외부의 충격 및 수분으로부터 보호할 수 있다.
본체(1200)에는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 3개의 통기홈(1400)이 형성될 수 있다. 여기서는 3개의 통기홈(1400)을 예를 들어 도시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않으며 공기 절연홀(1230)과 일부 중첩되어 형성하면 통기홈(1400)의 개수는 무관하다.
결합 수단(1300)은 본체(1200)의 일부분이 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1돌출부(1310) 및 제 2돌출부(1350)를 포함한다. 제 1돌출부(1310)에는 본체(1200)의 길이 방향에 따라 제 2돌출부(1350)와 접속하는 일부분이 돌출된 결합 돌기부(1320)가 형성된다. 제 1돌출부(1310)에는 본체(1200)의 길이 방향에 따라 결합 돌기부(1320)의 양측에 제 2돌출부(1350)와 접속하는 일부분이 함몰된 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(1333, 1335)가 형성된다.
또한, 제 1돌출부(1310) 및 제 2돌출부(1350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 요철형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 특히 제 1돌출부(1310) 및 제 2돌출부(1350)는 주름지게 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 제 1돌출부(1310)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 제 1돌출돌기(1311) 및 제 1수용홈(1312)을 구비할 수 있다. 제 2돌출부(1350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 제 2돌출돌기(1351) 및 제 2수용홈(1352)을 구비할 수 있다.
한편, 제 1돌출부(1310)와 제 2돌출부(1350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 동일하게 형성되고, 빗물을 차단하는 방법도 동일하므로 이하에서는 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
따라서 전선 절연 커버(1000)는 빗물에 의하여 내부의 전선에서 발생하는 전류 및 전압이 외부로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 전선 절연 커버(2000)를 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 9를 참조하면, 전선 절연 커버(2000)의 내부에는 전선(30)이 삽입된다. 즉, 전선(30)은 전선 절연 커버(2000)의 개폐부(2150)를 통해 전선(30)이 삽입된다. 이때, 전선(30)은 도체층(40) 및 절연층(50)을 포함한다.
전선 절연 커버(2000)는 전선(30)의 크기의 따라 다양하게 형성할 수 있다. 즉, 전선 절연 커버(2000)의 내측 절연면(2220)과 전선(30)의 최외곽면이 접촉하도록 형성할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 전선(30)을 전선 절연 커버(100)에 삽입하면 남는 공간이 발생하지 않으므로 전계를 균등하게 형성할 수 있다.
전선(30)이 삽입된 전선 절연 커버(2000)는 빗물이 유입되면 복수의 통기홈(2400)을 통해 외부로 배출할 수 있다. 또한, 전선 절연 커버(2000)는 외부로부터 먼지, 이물질 및 수분 등이 유입되면 통기홈(2400)을 통해 배출할 수 있다.
그리고, 전선 절연 커버(2000)의 통기홈(2400)이 라운드 형태로 형성되므로 균등하게 전계가 형성되어 전선 절연 커버(2000) 및 전선(30)을 부분 방전으로부터 보호할 수 있다.
여기서는 3개의 통기홈(2400)을 예를 들어 도시하였지만 이에 한정되지 않고 통기홈(2400)의 개수는 필요한 수량만큼 추가로 형성될 수 있다.
그리고, 전선 절연 커버(2000)는 제 1 및 제 2삽입부(2373, 2375)와 결합 돌기부(2320)를 이용하여 결합되므로 외부로부터 이물질이 전선 절연 커버(2000)의 내측으로 인입되는 형상을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 결합 수단(2300)은 본체(2200)의 일부분이 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1돌출부(2310) 및 제 2돌출부(2350)를 포함한다. 제 1돌출부(2310)에는 본체(2200)의 길이 방향에 따라 제 2돌출부(2350)와 접속하는 일부분이 돌출된 결합 돌기부(2320)가 형성된다. 제 1돌출부(2310)에는 본체(2200)의 길이 방향에 따라 결합 돌기부(2320)의 양측에 제 2돌출부(2350)와 접속하는 일부분이 함몰된 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부(2333, 2335)가 형성된다.
또한, 제 1돌출부(2310) 및 제 2돌출부(2350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 요철형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 특히 제 1돌출부(2310) 및 제 2돌출부(2350)는 주름지게 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 제 1돌출부(2310)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 제 1돌출돌기(2311) 및 제 1수용홈(2312)을 구비할 수 있다. 제 2돌출부(2350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 같이 제 2돌출돌기(2351) 및 제 2수용홈(2352)을 구비할 수 있다.
한편, 제 1돌출부(2310)와 제 2돌출부(2350)는 상기에서 설명한 것과 동일하게 형성되고, 빗물을 차단하는 방법도 동일하므로 이하에서는 상세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
따라서 전선 절연 커버(2000)는 빗물에 의하여 내부의 전선(30)에서 발생하는 전류 및 전압이 외부로 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 하기의 특허 청구의 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

  1. 길이 방향을 따라 일측에 개구부가 형성되는 중공 원통형의 본체;
    상기 본체의 길이 방향으로 돌출되어 형성되는 결합수단;을 포함하고,
    상기 결합수단은,
    요철 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 개구부의 일측에 상기 본체의 길이방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성되는 제 1 돌출부;
    상기 개폐부의 타측에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 외측으로 돌출 형성된 제 2 돌출부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.

    상기 제 1 돌출부는 상기 제 2 돌출부 측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 제 1 돌출돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.

  10. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2 돌출돌기는 끝단이 라운드(Round)지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1돌출부 및 상기 제 2돌출부는 분리 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합 수단은,
    상기 제 1돌출부의 내측면에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 돌출되어 형성된 결합 돌기부와,
    상기 제 2돌출부의 내측면에 상기 결합 돌기부가 삽입되는 결합 홈부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합 돌기부의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형 또는 삼각형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  14. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 결합 수단은,
    상기 결합 돌기부를 기준으로 양측에 위치하며 상기 제 1돌출부의 내측면이 함몰되어 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부; 및
    상기 결합 홈부를 기준으로 양측에 위치하며 상기 제 2돌출부의 내측면이 돌출되어 상기 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부 각각에 삽입되는 제 1 및 제 2삽입부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 및 제 2삽입 홈부의 횡단면은 사다리꼴, 사각형, 삼각형 또는 타원형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  16. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 전선 절연 커버.
  17. 제 16 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 공기 절연홀은 등간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  18. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 공기 절연홀의 양측 가장자리는 라운드(round) 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  19. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 내측 절연면에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 복수의 통기홈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  20. 제 19 항에 있어,
    상기 통기홈은 일부분이 상기 본체의 내측 절연면으로 개방된 원통 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  21. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 통기홈은,
    상기 복수의 공기 절연홀의 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  22. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 외측 절연면과 내측 절연면 사이에 상기 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 형성되며 양측이 폐쇄된 복수의 공기 절연홀을 더 포함하고,
    상기 복수의 통기홈은,
    상기 복수의 공기 절연홀이 형성된 부분과 일부분이 중첩되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  23. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 통기홈의 양측 가장자리는 라운드(round) 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  24. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체는 가용성을 갖는 고분자 절연 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
  25. 제 24항에 있어서,
    상기 가용성 고분자 절연 물질은 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 폴리이소시아누레이트(polyisocyanurate), 폴리에스테르(polyester) 또는 폴리아미드이미드(polyamideimide) 중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 절연 커버.
