Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of mechanical watchmaking.
- Swiss anchor escapement implements an anchor provided with a rod provided at its free end with a fork and a dart to cooperate with a plateau pin of a balance.
- the rod On the side opposite to the fork, the rod is extended by separating into two arms.
- Each arm has a housing for receiving a stone, the surfaces of which form support planes intended to cooperate with an escape wheel, to ensure the functions of the exhaust.
- document EP1276021 proposes a particularly original exhaust, with two rockers that cooperate with each other and, respectively, with a first tooth and a second consecutive tooth, the escape wheel.
- the profile of the teeth the escape wheel is of suitable shape and each comprises a concave impulse face, a locking top face.
- the present invention aims to solve this disadvantage, that is to say, to facilitate the adjustment of the exhaust by avoiding the presence of etcaux, while not changing the different parts of the exhaust. Disclosure of the invention
- the invention relates to a Swiss anchor escapement anchor, made in a monolithic piece, comprising a rod defining a general plane in which the anchor is fitted and provided at its free end.
- a fork for cooperating with a rocker arm and extending, on the side opposite the fork, by two arms, each arm comprising:
- a stop pallet distinct from the first, and arranged projecting relative to the arm, in said general plane, said stop pallet having at its end a convex portion defining a point of contact with an escape wheel.
- the anchor is made of a monocrystalline material, in particular based on silicon.
- the stopping pallets are located between the impulse and rest pallets.
- the stopping pallets are located on either side of the impulse and rest pallets.
- the anchor may comprise a dart reported on the fork or come from a room with the fork.
- the anchor comprises a structure for assembling an axis.
- the anchor may also include a pivot axis.
- the invention relates to an exhaust comprising an escape wheel and an anchor as mentioned above.
- the pulse and rest pallet, on the one hand, and the stop pallet, on the other hand, of an arm are arranged to cooperate respectively with a first and a second consecutive teeth of the escape wheel, thus ensuring pulling and blocking functions without external stop.
- the escape wheel comprises teeth defining a pulse plane and a rest plane
- the pulse and rest pallet comprises a pulse plane and a rest plane.
- the rest plane of the pallet rest and pulse of a first arm is arranged to cooperate with the rest plane of a first tooth of the escape wheel, while the pulse plane of a tooth consecutively cooperates with the pallet stopping said first arm.
- the escape wheel and the anchor are made of a monocrystalline material, advantageously based on silicon.
- Figure 1 provides a first embodiment of an anchor 10 according to the invention. It is similar to an anchor 10 of the state of the art of a Swiss anchor escapement. It comprises a rod 12 provided at its free end with a fork 14. The rod 12 defines a general plane in which the anchor 10 is inserted. The fork 14 is intended to cooperate with a plate pin 16 of a balance 17, shown schematically. The fork 14 can be completed by a dart 18 intended to cooperate with a small plate of the balance 17. On the opposite side to the fork 14, the rod 12 is extended by separating into two arms 20, located in the general plane. Thus, with regard to the overall form of the rod 12 and arms 20, the anchor 10 is similar to a conventional anchor 10 of a conventional anchor escapement.
- the anchor 10 comprises, at the arms 20, an impulse pallet and rest 22, provided with a pulse plane 22a and a rest plane 22b. These planes are intended to cooperate respectively, in a conventional manner, with the pulse planes and the rest planes that comprise each tooth of an escape wheel 24.
- the term pallet should not be interpreted in a limiting manner and does not necessarily indicate a ruby element attached to the anchor 10.
- the pallet designates the portion of the anchor 10 intended to cooperate with the escape wheel 24.
- the anchor 10 further comprises a stop pallet 26, distinct from the pulse and rest pallet 22, and arranged projecting relative to the arm 20, in the general plane defined by the rod 12.
- the stop pallet 26 has at its end a convex portion defining a point of contact with the escape wheel 24.
- the pulse and rest pallet 22, on the one hand, and the stop pallet 26, on the other hand, an arm 20 are arranged to cooperate. respectively with a first and a second consecutive teeth of the escape wheel 24, thus ensuring the functions of pulling and blocking the exhaust, without external stop.
- the rest plane 22b of the pulse and rest pallet 22 of a first arm 20 is arranged to cooperate with the rest plane 24b of a first tooth of the escape wheel 24, while the plane of impulse 24a of a consecutive tooth cooperates punctually (that is to say according to a single point of contact) with the stop pallet 26 of this first arm 20.
- the stopping pallets 26 are located between the pulse and rest pallets 22.
- the stopping pallets are located on either side , ie outside, pulse and rest pallets 22, as shown in Figure 2.
- the anchor 10 and the pallets are made monolithically, in a monocrystalline material, preferably silicon or silicon-based.
- the dart 18 can be attached to the anchor or come in one piece with the fork.
- the escape wheel 24 is also made of a monocrystalline material, preferably silicon or silicon-based, in order to optimize the friction conditions between the escape wheel 24 and the anchor 10.
- the stop of the escape wheel 24 is without contact of the anchor 10 with the etcaux 28, which are shown for illustrative purposes.
- the anchor 10 For its pivoting, the skilled person may choose various techniques to provide the anchor 10 with a pivot axis, which can be mounted in a bearing.
- the anchor 10 may have, at its pivot point, a structure for assembling an axis.
- the anchor 10 according to the invention makes it possible to substitute for an anchor 10 of the state of the art, in a conventional anchor escapement 10.
- This substitution can be made without any modification to the other parts of the exhaust, or the pointing of the pivot of the anchor 10. It is therefore possible to greatly simplify the adjustment of the functions of the exhaust, thanks to the suppression of the etocaux, without having to specifically reconstruct a movement around a particular exhaust.
- the only replacement of a conventional anchor 10 with an anchor 10 according to the invention makes it possible to obtain this result.
- An anchor 10 according to the invention may also be substituted for a conventional anchor 10 in a transverse anchor escapement.
- the choice of materials also optimizes the friction between the anchor 10 and the wheel. It also makes it possible to optimize the shapes of the anchor 10 and its pallets. Indeed, thanks to the forms of the anchor 10 according to the invention, the locking of the escape wheel 24 is without wedge effect, and without a concave zone that would require lubrication. It has been noted that some anchors 10 have concave areas to block the escape wheel 24, which can create fouling with the aging of the lubricants used.
- the anchor 10 optimizes shocks occurring during exhaust stops. In fact, with respect to the shocks occurring between the anchor 10 and the probes, those intervening between the escape wheel 24 and the stopping pallets are made with a smaller lever arm.
