Description
Claims (10)
- 一种药粉吸嘴,包括吸管(1)和过滤用件(2),其特征在于:至少包括一节前后贯通的吸管(1),吸管(1)一端为进药口,另一端(16a)为吸出口,吸管(1)中设有过滤用件(2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的药粉吸嘴,其特征在于:吸管(1)与后续至少一节吸管依次通过匹配的方式连接,它们组成的吸出通道中的过滤用件(2)为过滤杯,或包括用筛绢、网、布、膜、袋,或在整个吸出通道中的任一部位安放过滤用件(2),或在不同部位安放一个以上相同规格的过滤用件(2),或分别安放一个以上不同规格的过滤用件(2)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的药粉吸嘴,其特征在于:过滤用件(2)至少由两层镂空杯组成,稍大的镂空杯(a)罩在相同形状稍小镂空杯(b)之外,一个杯口的凸点(91)与另一个杯口凹点(92)相匹配,锁定两个杯重叠之间方位,使这层杯的若干镂空处(93)与另一层杯的镂空处(94)岔开,而是通过两层杯重叠之间空隙相通,若设定两层杯重叠之间空隙的距离是10微米,那末10微米以下大小的微粒从空隙处滤出;为避免使用时手拿过滤杯的污染,最外层过滤杯周壁外侧不透空,在其周壁内侧设有数条沟直通杯底部镂空处(96)。
- 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的药粉吸嘴,其特征在于:过滤杯(a)内安放过滤袋(2),其袋口内放置支架,勾住或固定在袋口,或支架与过滤杯(a)的杯口之间可扣住或可拆开。
- 根据权利要求1~4之一所述的药粉吸嘴,其特征在于:过滤用件(2)的过滤孔数量、形状、大小、层次等根据需要设定,例如5微米以下大小的药粉可滤出,而6微米以上大小的赋形剂被拦住。
- 根据权利要求1~5之一所述药粉吸嘴的应用,其特征在于:药粉吸嘴分别与多种型号干粉吸入器对接,或至少由二个所述的药粉吸嘴并列分别与多种型号干粉吸入器对接。
- 根据权利要求6所述药粉吸嘴的应用,其特征在于:药粉吸嘴分别与多种型号干粉吸入器对接,包括:干粉吸入器、药粉吸嘴放置盒、准纳器、都保、中国专利号ZL200510038681.1吸入器。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的药粉吸嘴的应用,其特征在于:吸管(1)与吸入器干粉吸出口之间,设有连接座(3),由中心管体(31)与连接处(5)等组成,中心管体(31)插入吸入器的干粉吸出口内,中心管体(31)上凸起(32、33),勾住干粉吸出口内壁,连接处(5)与吸管(1)连接,或连接处(5)与至少由二个吸管(1)并列连接。
- 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的药粉吸嘴的应用,其特征在于:对接内管(8)为中空管,其前端细、末端呈喇叭状腔,喇叭状腔中可有球体(8a),喇叭状腔端口设有阻挡球体的栅栏(8b),对接内管(8)的前端可直接插入吸入器干粉吸出口内,或插入连接座(3)的中心管体(31)内。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的药粉吸嘴的应用,其特征在于:先将连接座(3)插入吸入器干粉吸出口内,再把对接内管(8)上的凸起(8d)瞄准连接座(3)上的缺口(5a),将对接内管(8)插入中心管体(31)内,锁定方位,使对接内管(8)的前端弧形等恰好与被对接的吸入器干粉吸出口内的弧形等相符合,减少漏气,有利第一时间吸出药粉。
